In which my septic tank was, great customer support that they found. Morning, I called on Wednesday and they here in 2 hours. And they are effective and hard working 100% recommend this company

SCAMWe called for another opinion. Drain Masters came out, actually snaked my drains and the drain are back to working totally fine. Glad we didn't fall to the pressure of getting the job done quickly and didn't get scammed like I'm convinced they do to others.
Called for a clogged kitchen drain, figuring it needed to be snaked, which we seem to need so or every year. They immediately came out. "Snaked" the camera and drain the line. They told us there was harm to our cast iron drain deep beneath our property, and we need to split the present flooring or re-route the drain externally for a cool 9K, to the house.

Integrity was one of several technicians when my 38 year-old water heater decided to dump an active waterfall I frantically called at 7:30 am. They called me back in a few minutes and when they couldn't talk me through the shut off valves(frozen in place after all those years), they shipped Jose right over. He immed shut off the water flow and came within an hour. He hauled off the you, all by lunchtime, installed the water heater and then estimated the cost to replace. Price appeared quite reasonable for the emergency situation. Too bad that the new one comes with a 5 year warranty; imagine Jose will be back then!

My bathroom sink wasn't draining well, therefore I called"design" due to the drain cleaning special advertised on their site. Juan, the tech arrived. I told him I needed the 69 deal promoted. He then started trying to explain it was conditional on"easy access" and that I could spend less if I paid more (?!) .
The bathroom sink drain in question was simple to access. It cleared and about 2 feet of gunk and hair clogging it, put it back together, then it drained fine. . But I couldn't know what he was suggesting: snaking these drains (that appear to be functioning fine), eliminating all of the traps and draining, or"hydroscoping" that is running pressurized water through all of the drains and lines. He wished to make sure I understood damage could be caused by the hydro scope, and the repair of this damage that was possible was going to be covered. I told him I'd think about it. A day after, I have nothing in writing, not no charge , and a business card, but I advised their answering service I didn't wish to go with any work.
I couldn't actually understand his English. Like most clients, in writing about the various techniques they had been likely to utilize, and the price of 31, I'd have liked to find the information and explanation.
Basically he tried to upsell me.

Andy was fantastic. Came and fixed my toilet drain and charged me the $69 advertised. He made certain not to leave any mess behind and even dis-infected the tub until he left. Would recommend to anybody ask for Andy!

I'm giving them 1 star, cause theres no way to post this review otherwise. They should change their name . The man comes, and their office estimates a 69 price for rooter work on the telephone and attempts to scam you in paying 500-1000 to get Hydro flushing that is NOT necessary. The supervisor will try to scare you into believing that, that is the only option to clear the drain or Main Line. Please do not get fooled. They're dishonest. We do NOT recommend them to anybody! Don't get fooled by this place. BE WARE!!

Integrity was quick to respond within a couple of hours and solved our toilet issue ASAP. He went the extra mile and everything that was disinfected.
