Okay here's my review that I have been excited to leave. Why? Since @first contact with Andrew in the office I had that idea (you know the one when we have when feel great about somebody )"wow those guys are on it! Please be amazing because I am tired of dealing with idiots!"

Long story short our ranch house is 4 acres with lots of irrigation. Over charging us the water company has been and it was verified by Drew with plenty of Leak detection data.

Then the best part, Drew turned out to be cool laid guy back. Again I had the idea"I hope he's great". He wasn't only great he was Wonderful! He understood 5x more each other plumber we had at the home.

We were fortunate to have gotten this organization's name in the plumber who did the pipe work. When he said he would, and arrived at the time he 16, he called. The issue was diagnosed by drew . There was a flow located in our foundation between the water heater and water destruction's area. He marked the spot and wrote notes on the cement. I am pleased to recommend him to any friends in the area and will keep his card.

I phoned D. Lewis Co. along with a very polite Andrew replied the telephone. I had been scheduled for the next morning, ideal! Not 5 minutes later, Andrew calls back and says the owner will stop by today if it will help and will be in my area. Yes ! 20 minutes later Drew shows up. I brief him and he grabs his gear and has to work. To say he is professional is an understatement. He took his time and found my flow with precise precisiondown to the"X" marking the place and lines to each side of the pipe. He was not off with a half inch!
Honest. Reliable. Professional. Polite.
I inquired if he could help me find pipes to assist me with my choice on a repipe. He had been happy to assist. I know where the pipes are found to tie into and to run my repipe.
By taking his time to assist 17, drew saved me some time, money, and headaches.

A few days before, my gardener detected some water seeping in my planter. The water leaking continued, after I shut off the water source to them, although I thought it might have been a sprinkler lineup that had cracked. So shut the valve down at my home manifold. Checked the meter, and it stopped. Alright, perhaps not the mainline. Assess the home. I made certain no appliances drew water and off into the meter I went and switched off all water at the angle stops that were many. Yep. Seems like I have a slab escape. This sucks! To yelp I go to find the escape detection company that is best around. And find the finest I did.
My fellow yelpers helped me to get an honest, trustworthy, and company.

They arrived early to our scheduled appointment. They started checking the rest of the house and were able to determine the leak was not at the house. They found the sprinkler control valve that was dripping also capped it. They confirmed that was the sole escape. I was relieved to not have escape that was likely to cost big $$ to fix.
D. Lewis Company was advocated by a plumber for escape detection. Saw the evaluations from Yelp and submitted a quotation request. A telephone was received by me in just two weeks from Andrew who clarified the services and pricing completely and what to expect.

Outstanding service. Andrew took the opportunity to help over the telephone, which directed me to saving cash. Ultimately he determined we did not have a flow, only by checking a couple of things over the telephone. Due to Andrew we saved almost $600... honest company and would definitely recommend! We'll be using them later on.

I didn't understand the first thing about how to find a leak detector that was fantastic or even that there was such a thing and moved out to Thousand Oaks. This business was referred to me by Plumbing. He gave me the very worst and best case situation and explained in detail as to their process that I greatly appreciated. He was also quite flexible with setting up an appt for me considering I have a hectic schedule. A man named Tim came to my home to perform the job. Really nice guy. He acted as though it didn't disturb him and let my puppies jump around him. (I wouldn't blame him if it did disturb him.) He was able to locate the flow quickly. He gave me advice once I requested his a lot of questions, which was very beneficial. I paid $350 & it was worth the money since they gave me a peace of mind and did a comprehensive job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We discovered the day before when a representative from the water company came to the home to tell us that we'd had high water usage for a couple of weeks which we've got a pipe. I immediately called Thousand Oaks Plumbing who called me to D. Lewis Co to come and discover the leak. Drew and his helper, Jake arrived at our house to do their detective work. Although I didn't have any idea where the leak was, within an hour that they discovered the pipe and had checked all the plumbing in the home. Jake and drew were amazing and quite reasonably priced. It is a service which you expect you will not need if the need arose, Though I would call upon them.

Drew discovered the water leak using CO2 and sophisticated listening equipment -- in a place where I would never have discovered it. What a relief! He utilizes radio and radar frequency detection and is a true pro at finding utilities.

I had an unusual encounter. I had called to inquire about services but did not make an appointment. I had a nightmare weekend with 2 plumbers trying to find a leak whilst getting a tile project 28, whilst detecting water and mold. After having a lot of plumbing work done along with my water shut off D Lewis came out for leak detection following the whole experience was over. I did not make an appointment but for some reason they thought I had. The young man who came out known and was quite nice. I explained what had happened. He agreed to not bill me to the misunderstanding. He'd take a listen with his equipment which I believe was the cause of the whole issue. There was only a slight leak that is almost non-existent. I just wanted to say customer support such as this, even for there is a miscommunication rare. If and when I do need leak detection (hopefully not!) After bad experiences with contractors this was a pleasure! Thank you D Lewis!

We smelled something musty in our home so went on yelp and discovered D Lewis Co.. Called and had the pleasure of talking to Andrew. Can we say so amazing and individual and so pleasant?? umm We ended up discovering the clear leak ourselves and did not need them to come out but I wanted to write a great review for Andrew and how amazing it was to talk to him and if we need a leak detection firm we will for sure call those guys!!!

D. Lewis Co was recommended by our plumber who doesn't perform leak detections. Tim just left my property. He was tidy, courteous, thorough, and very professional. He found the source of our escape and will provide our plumber for us with directions. This company is strongly recommended by me.

I work for a plumbing company and we unfortunately don't conduct leak detection. If we need something detected, we constantly call D. Lewis. We recommend him because we know that their locating is quite accurate which will help cut costs in the long term.

These men did a great job! They could come out with one business day notice and I hired them to find a water flow and were really beneficial.

I was prepared for them to find a leak that would require a plumbing bill that was huge to repair. Turns out they found my sewer vents were obstructed, and they unclogged them.
You have a bad smell that is mysterious and if you reside in the LA area and want professional help to find the source, give a call to them.
D. Lewis Co. supplies a service they predict Utility Locating. A plumber recommended them to help us locate the source of a sewer smell. I'd searched the web for those who tracked down smells in the area, and found nothing. I am not sure who I'd have switched to had I never found that the D. Lewis Company. They could send a camera in your sewer lines to find out what is up, or put a smoke bomb from there to find leaks. They use their wisdom and knowledge.
