Swan Plumbing

The only mistake we made, that slowed our structure, was not buy our fittings and hardware . It might be a bit pricier to do so, but in the future it saves energy, time, and it's a more long term value.
Swan plumbing was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We hired them to do our plumbing job. They sent Shawn and Jovan they both did the job begin to finish. Support and their knowledge is exceptional. Swan plumbing knows their stuff and are extremely experienced.
Thank Jovan you George Swan, and Shawn. Your precision and care goes a long way! We highly recommend you to anyone who wants entire construction or only plumbing issues that are common!

I received a ding alert from my safety system now and had the pleasure of seeing a live feed of a Swan Plumbing (the dummies parked their truck to the street with the logo facing our safety camera) both STEALING our power and TRESPASSING. The team entered our property WITHOUT permission, but not before checking to see whether we were via creeping in the windows, home. They had a long extension cord and made their way into our backyard to steal power. Our backyard is presently being renovated and is booby trapped with concrete, exposed pockets and plumbing, etc.. I am just grateful those morons did not step on our newly poured concrete. Called the business to complain, left VM. What sort of business allows their employees to represent them?

We heard about these originally as a referral out of Total Concepts our GC. We have used them on two additional occasions on two remodel jobs. The workmanship was excellent and they were very communicative comparative when they would be out, how the job was progressing, etc. etc.. On the job I acted as the GC for a kitchen remodel, we had a gear failure of some sort. The kitchen faucet provide line failed while we were out on vacation, and we had considerable water damage. Swan stood with their job and while it does not appear to have been their fault, they cared for replacing or repairing the kitchen hardwood flooring, kitchen island, etc.. I was expecting a bunch of finger pointing I got a real dedication. Swan Plumbing is at notch.

We had a bathroom sink that is stopped-up & a kitchen faucet escape. Plumber Steve set up a brand new kitchen fixture (we provided ), and discovered the bathroom sink"culprit"(my wife hair). Both were fixed at a bit more than one hour. Swan managed to return to our home in just 3 hours of this telephone.

I'm thrilled with the service from Swan! I needed two taps installed in my toilets. Who am I kidding, I'm no expert although I tried to do myself. So, after becoming stressed out and phoning 4 places, I talked to Mona and she had been helpful and told me exactly what the cost would be a hour upfront AND got Shawn outside precisely the exact same day! What service! Shawn had another appointment rather than putting the second bathroom off, he needed to get to however the first bathroom took twenty minutes to my surprise he rocked it out and completed the second one. I am quite appreciative of his attitude and clear talent that for him seemed very simple. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I'm not one to give negative reviews so I'm just gonna say that the truth. We have. Our landlord had come out to take a look. He couldn't get the part for a week, leaving us without hot water for a week; knowing we have a teen and an 8 month old. The part he obtained didn't fix the issue. We had hot water for a short time but the pipes now made a vibration. Our landlord chose to call the other plumber, who invested over 5 hours searching for the issue. In the conclusion of the day, he ended up switching out. He said he did not feel right leaving us hot water at the cold of winter with just two kids in the home. I just found out that our plumber is not charging us because of his time. If you would like to use Swan you decide.
