Hence today, the man who came DOES understand his work, that I have ice cold air and as he had been here 20 minutes! They have to keep that employee as he is great! Hopefully the atmosphere will still be blowing cold in a week, month, etc.....and I will be happy:)
I'd urge them to friends, but they really need to integrate a method in which they may call & tell you,"hey the guy will probably be there in 30 mins, an hour, etc." Soooooooooo much simpler, which makes customers sooooooooo happy!
Hahahaha I was going to give them 1 star 2x year because of coping with them and them having a 4-5 hour window in which you must sit wait & home, plus after coming out twice, the atmosphere still did not get the job done! But the guy they sent out only now knows what he is doing! Last time the guy tried to tell me it had been the filter, he charged me $92 bucks to change (fyi they are $7 in Lowes) and I told him it wasn't the filter, however when you are dealing with a man, they are right, ideal!? Nope!
4. Our A/C worked after that like a champ, cooling the two bedrooms anticipated. This wasn't an easy job. It required many hoursand if you split it up it was fair.
3. On the day that they came out to fix the dampers/ventsthey needed to conduct the to look at the leaks again. While they do this the A/C broke down. They moved outside, assessed, and found the capacitor blew. (The unit was 10 years old, so not unexpected.) This needed to be fixed before they could continue with the damper restoration. They drove into the office, picked a new capacitor up, popped it , then went back to work. Also, they assessed unit just to make sure capacitor was in good shape. THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR THIS REPAIR. (And I've had other A/C people control a fortune for minor fixes )
Let me tackle the negative reviews. I researched the companies, got several estimates, and weighed against the number of years Henderson Bros. was in Lodi. I could add. If they are doing shoddy work, A company can not survive. See my review--that I wish I had added that one of the * companies that are higher-rated that are * gave me a $10,000 bid to perform the same work that Henderson did for $2300. (In actuality, the bid was really high, I stressed that when I went with Henderson's much lower bid, were they skipping something? No. They did an wonderful job.) On to my second review for a very different job in a very different house.
1. We called Henderson's to perform a review after moving to another house. They billed us for the filters, changed. Standard fare. This was March, and was. We realized the east-facing bedrooms not cooled. We called Henderson to problem-solve this matter. They came out, quantified the flow in the house from every vent. (And we have a good deal.) They found the two bedrooms suggested putting a damper in the guest bath to direct circulation there and more into the two bedrooms, and had flow compared to others. They also suggested putting on vent covers to direct more of their air toward the mattress area instead of the economical, builder tier vents that direct stream to sides of rooms. They gave an estimate to us. They also said the ductwork was well-sealed and in good shape. (I asked them to inspect it, if we needed it fixed as in old house.)
I suggest Henderson. I upped from 4 to 5 stars, after using them another time. (Honestly, I need to wonder about who many of these 1 star reviews are from)
2. There were issues with the order. Henderson called me every couple of days to update. After a continued delay with the arrangement (manufacturer's fault, not Henderson's)they asked if we needed them to appear and fix the dampers subsequently come back to do the vents. We decided to wait.
My landlord needed Henderson Brothers come out and do their annual upkeep. The Tech who came out was Ben. He couldn't have been more considerate, knowledgeable and communicative. He did a fantastic job showed up within the time period they lent and seemed really thorough.
Stay away they were to recharge a/c, next day awakened, was working alright just not cold enough
the bill was $500 initially then $3300 after, they don't stand behind their work, three guys
took a try to mend, again pick someone else to mend you aircond.
Technicians Rich and Sam were Fantastic!
Had facets and trash disposal installled.
Would definitely suggest Henderson Bros. here in Lodi.

I don't have any rating. Henderson's plumber was designed to put in a water heater for me at 8:30 in the morning 3/21/17. They called or never showed up. I called their office. The girl in the workplace did not know where he told ME that I needed to phone him and had been. Really? He did not answer so I left him a voicemail to phone me. So I called the office 10, never heard from him. The girl said she would call him and tell him to call him. 5 o'clock came and I never heard from him. I left another message and called him again. I waited all day on Wednesday and never got a telephone. So at 5 o'clock I called the office to complain. Their voicemail message stated they're not going to be in during New Years. Still? Their system would not allow me to leave a message. On Thursday morning I called and got the exact same girl. I told her nobody called or showed up. I advised her that it had been no way and that I wouldn't be needing their services. And I refer them to anyone else or would never use them. To this day I still have not heard from them!
This business will never be used by me . Last summer, a escape that was spout was developed by my tenant's kitchen faucet. I called & was quoted $100 for the installation, which I personally, as a real estate manager, considered a sensible price & $125 for the faucet. I didn't request a written quotation As they were used by my father for many years based on a handshake. This was my first mistake. The first time they showed up with no faucet that was , and I had indicated that I needed one. So I'd driven 22 miles . Matters got worse after that. I got busy and a week or so slipped away with no word . More time passed with no word. I called again, and they said they had to re-order and the one had come . No one kept me in the loop. I feel it was the 2nd or 3rd. I can forgive that. These things happen. After about a month or more of communication, they showed up and installed . I then went to pay and found that they had placed in a $450 part. The manager was surprised when I whined and then dropped the installation fee. Every time I'd used them before this episode, I was totally happy with charges and their job. I'd have placed the Better Business Bureau on them, if I'd thought this comedy of errors was willful. Else they have a personnel problem that is ridiculous, or But, I believe no one is minding the shop, or some other craziness is going on. I really don't understand, but my recommendation is to get it in writing if you want to do business. Personally, I would call a builder to come from Stockton or Sacramento than to utilize their services again
That had been ruined by a company that got cleaning out plumbing and my backed-up toilet. Their Cable system blade broke off to the upper side of my pipe and created a 6 ft. crack which allowed sewage to drain beneath my house every time we flushed.
I'd like to thank Chris and Richie for their professionalism and for doing a great job of repairing the damaged pipe. I would strongly recommend them to other customers who want a plumber!

Worse customer service ever. Had a project being done by Russ. He explained it'd be ready in three times. It has been three weeks and the job hasn't been started by him. No calls or emails said he didn't have time. This business has gone down hill fast.
I am a little late in writing this, but Henderson's sent out"Richie" to repair my kitchen faucet at Woodbridge at August 2016. It comprised a single pull and a cartridge handle. The cartridge was problematic to eliminate, but Richie was patience and had tools and the magic touch to remove and replace the part required to stop it from leaking from the surface close to the handle. Before to substitute our water softener water heater, we have used Henderson's. They do a fantastic job and Richie was fantastic!
Henderson Bros had just two men out to my house for two days repairing the plumbing Of Lodi water meters that are fresh! They needed to move under my house and put lines in and did a great job! You!
I called Henderson Bros. because they have been doing business in Lodi for years. I had my furnace they came out morning and had it repaired before lunch. The problem was not simple to fix as two contractors had been out and they couldn't debug the furnace. Crystal at the workplace was great to deal with too!
We phoned them to replace the 20 year old ducts under our house since we've got a brand new HVAC unit. After a few calls, they finally came out and performed with an"enalasys"(yes, thats how they spelled it) and I had been told I would recieve a complete report and quote in a few days. Weeks later we recieve no report, no quote, only a bill for$250.00. When they had no intention of performing the work why even come to my house and do"tests" that will have to be carried out again by another company that will actually do the work. We believe it's a scam!!
