A pipe broke on a weekend under my home. The shut off valve in the road was rusted closed and the crawl space was flooding! V.J. Plumbing has been the sole plumbing service which listed an emergency number. (!) Thank God. By Monday we'd have floated out to sea!
They returned to replace the system. Did a solid job on this too.

So here is the issue. I've used this plumber for about 20 years. For small items but occasionally for issues that are important. I haven't questioned their bills and haven't not paid a bill. The only complaint I had previously was that they leave the region at a mess.
I ask we can defer payment for half and a week. Its an expense that is unexpected and I only require the cash to be got by that time . The price is going to be a minimum of $1800.00 and involves tearing up the floor. He does not respond. So we're without water for 3 days so far.
If you want to stay long-term clients, perhaps you should change the"business" coverage when requested once in over 20 years. Whats the point of building up a long-term relationship with smaller tasks when you cannot respond to a true emergency in an unbending method.
On Monday I am told by him because it is company policy not to deal with insurance we must cover everything in advance. This is the issue. He's the company. Don't hide behind"the business" when it is you. As a result he will not defer payment until State Farm pays. They always cover.)
On Friday December 15th we had a significant pipe break under the floors. I called him and he came out and shut off the water and was to return on Monday. We discuss insurance coverage and he felt it would be covered.

FINALLY a plumbing firm I know I can rely on! After using a few others for some small plumbing issues, I looked to get a third opinion on a continuing issue. V.J.s appeared promising, reading the reviews. A family run company is appreciated by me as I feel they are a builder you can rely on for a long time and more dependable.
I was really appreciative and not disappointed for the fast reply I received. Kesh was here and all said and done, no major difficulty, he gave me a few tips and did the work that is dreadful. I have a plumber in place I understand I will have the ability to depend on!!! Their name and I'll pass on to the others in my complex!

Kesh constantly shows up as soon as he can is fantastic and doesn't mess around. He's fine easy on the eyes and to speak to. Could not ask for more!

These guys are the best!! Kesh is super responsive, helpful and educated. He is extremely fair also! I have had a lot of difficulty finding a plumber at West LA - involving being strung along for hours and overpricing - ! But I discovered VJ's and I am set! It's not necessary to look for anybody. They are excellent.

SO good, honest, and responsive! After moving and detecting issues with our new home that prevented hot showers, then we called, based on a referral system, and Kesh came immediately (15 minutes!) A fix that bought us time to repair the larger problem that demanded a different kind of provider was produced by and. We discovered a problem with the fridge, and then he and Mo were back out first thing in the morning. They made themselves available throughout the weekend when we would need them when the refrigerator guys came back. And only after all that has been resolved did he give a invoice to us! --which unsurprisingly for all these guys, was fairly priced. Wish all providers had V.J.'s capacity to put customers first and to do good work.

V.J.'s Plumbing Inc. is fabulous. I'm staying at a friend's home in Santa Monica for five times. The drain closed to wash out a swimsuit and couldn't make it open. The lever didn't work, a butter knife didn't work. I was at wit's end. I was lucky to call V.J.'s. Kesh, the proprietor's son, answered the phone at 8:10 a.m. on the ring and called me back when reception was demanding. He obtained here before 9 a.m. from another project and fixed the problem within a matter of literally moments. He refused to charge me. The service call was free. He replaced it, cleaned the plug in hair and scum, and left with a goodbye. His dad waved from the car. I am very touched by this display of good will. Please pay it forward. Hire V.J.'s Plumbing. These are the best plumbers in SoCal....and trust me over the years of owning many properties and as an interior designer working with tons of subcontractors...I have used many. They are super reasonable in pricing, get the work done properly & efficiently and omg sooooo clean (I'm beyond OCD. . .so that alone says a lot). They also are truly the most technicians that are fair and have saved me a lot of cash. I have used them for about 5 decades now and will never use anybody else. Nicest people on the planet too.

These gentleman came out to fix a spigot and hose bib. They had the job completed in about 15 minutes and were on time. They're extremely professional and friendly.

VJ's is great. Kesh and VJ and their workers are all wonderful. Pleasant. They came out the exact same day to look at it and I had a water heater which leaked after which came the next day to repair a new one. I completely trust them and will call them back again.

Been using VJ for years - they could do big jobs (condominium complexes) or small ones. They also installed a steam shower and do plumbing work that was basic. Honest and reasonable costs too. VJ and kesh would be the best - highly recommend!

I was originally referred to V.J.'s Pipes by my next door neighbor, who was very happy with their services. When we had a major gas leak from our pipeline, they were first used by us a couple of months ago. They did an excellent job causing as little harm and disruption as possible to our yard and hardscape, although not replacing our pipeline. The workers were professional, courteous, and it was a fair price. Todaywe had a burst pipe below our house due to our hot water heater, leaving 6" of water below the home. It was an awful job, and Kesh managed it with the same professionalism, good nature, and pricing that is fair which we'd experienced previously. I am pleased to have found a fantastic plumber we can consistently rely upon! Thanks to VJ and Kesh!

I called VJ's after viewing the Yelp reviews and was also quite happy with them. The plumber that they delivered was clean, courteous and seemed competent and professional. For what seemed like a very reasonable price, he completely renovated both my bathrooms.
