Never return to me. I have called without a return call. Better business practice to say that you don't want to do the job rather than preventing the individual.
I seldom leave poor reviews as someone must do to justify them. Alpha & Omega justified a critique. Let's begin from the start. We called them out to look at a flow involving the septic of my grandmother. They came out, started on the job. They had a couple of mishaps, one had to redo all of it and of their employees ran the pipe entirely incorrect. This looks pretty insane but it is what it is. Calls were made between the boss, the boss has been pissed. Berated said employee near us so we must hear how he should know better by now. This sounded bad. They had the toilet so my grandmother did not want to use the toilet yet disconnected from the septic they left it for more than a month. Before leaving the afternoon of this mishap, they advised my 87 year-old grandmother that with the weather that they needed to wait for a couple of dry days. Calls were made, they did not appear. I told them if they did not come to finish the job they'd be out the cash and called and I would go with someone else as my grandmother was worried. So this motivated them to get over right away. They completed the job and took. They installed a new air vent for the toilet and a cover to the septic system. What a relief, I thought. By how they handled the fact and this I was pissed they charged $1800. I let it go and went about another chunk of time. We known as a roofer and noticed a leak in the roof of the home. He noticed the vent when he got up there. Hey, who ran this port and why? He inquired. They did for the toilet, Omega & Alpha. Then he proceeded to inform us that they did it erroneous. They need to have put the protector they didn't. This subsequently left the roof exposed to leaking. This was not the location of the leak that is principal but this was not OK. They took over to do the task, did a job on lots of it didn't even place in the port up to code. I won't ever recommend them to anyone.

Alpha and Omega was known to me by a significant hardware store. Now I know why. I told him I may require a swamp cooler and called Charlie. I thought I was going to be spending a lot of money. Charlie came out ready to mend before substitute and instead got my swamp cooler He saved me a fortune!! His rates are much less than many others that simply give high bids to you. Charlie charged me what it took to get the job done. Honest and professional.
We had a last minute cancellation from the other business and were led out of town for a week. Our sink leaked water around these guys and our kitchen! They were at our house late the same day after regular business hours (they got us in even when they were busy) and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service! I will call them to get any plumbing needs!!
We've used this company for our properties every single time we now have a drain issue. We urge them to loved ones and our friends. They're professional, knowledgeable and seasoned. Now was the second time that I have used Alpha & Omega Plumbing. The very first time was a couple of years to get a leaking toilet. They installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leaking faucet and replaced with a hose bib Now. They are fabulous! Both father and son are friendly and so kind. And reasonably priced!
His Dad and charlie do work that is fair, . I have recommended them and they've fixed every problem she has had with plumbing wether it's a little or large matter. Is Omega and Alpha without hesitation. After the task is completed my grandmother will inform me to let them know they're the nicest men and to thank them for a job well done. I have seen them where I work fixing plumbing issues since I work for the school system. If they're good enough to get a school district (and my grandma) then they're good for everybody!!
Larry & Charlie were quick and useful and saved me. Their pricing was competitive and my DIY choices were given by them if I wanted to spend less. They gave me same day service without gouging my pocket book. They are stored in my contacts and will be my go to guys for all upcoming plumbing requirements!
