I cannot suggest Paradigm Plumbing enough! I phoned them this morning just panicked. It had been raining in my kitchen!! I called, they were very nice, and had somebody here. They fixed the problem, were knowledgable, personable, and most importantly, and did so causing little damage as HUMANLY possible. They cleaned the mess up from the water since he knew we were stressed.
After leaving a message lately and contacting them they never did try to contact me although we worked with this company a few years back. My husband also tried calling; he talked with somebody else and was told they would return to us, but never did.
Excellent in every way! Had an emergency situation with all the water heater and everything went the moment I called. Very friendly woman answered the telephone, called Indira ( I am convinced I got the spelling wrong, sorry)and she dispatched someone ASAP. Justin came and recognized it immediately, then came back to perform the task of replacing the hot water heater. Had a terrific conversation and the task was done very professionally. Even obtained a follow-up call to be sure everything was fantastic. Professional from start to finish, can't recommend this company enough. Thank you to everyone
Thank you for the great support! Plumber checked my outside hose spiggot and proceeded on a mission to discover a rebuild kit. Now my backyard hose bib works flawlessly with not a trickle.
After calling about 30 plumbers, Paradigm Plumbing Services was my salvation. They called me and scheduled an appointment over 30 minutes of my phone, the plumber had been punctually and he worked economically! I know I will call these guys, if I have another plumbing crisis!
Service was okay but 1.5 hours for changing a flange and a gasket on a bathroom @$82/hour is excessive. This comes out to 170k/year! I could have done the work in under that time but they took advantage of this situation and padded the bill since my fiance was at home. My fault for not doing more research but be advised that they are costly and will take their time together with the substitute for pad the bill.
