" Thank God for this firm! Loveland Plumbing did it for under $100 and it took under a half an hour! They had been at my home same day and super friendly! . Matthew R." had a wonderful encounter with Loveland Plumbing. Had there run a gas line to an outdoor BBQ and the work was excellent and quick. They were significantly less than half cost of some other firm which I obtained an estimate from. I did not hesitate to phone them and had a leak in my sub pump plumbing a week. They had been on the project in a couple hours and were very reasonably priced. I recommend'em. ".Laurie H." Brian provides wonderful service! I am pleased with ethics and his honesty! After a well-advertised local business attempted to rip us off for a super-inflated cost on a bathtub valve replacement, Brian came to the rescue".

Brain fixed our bathroom and just came by. He was nice and professional, was low cost when compared with the others when I called around, and showed up in a timely fashion. Would recommend.
3.) That wasn't the amount needed by the device although the gas regulator was corrected to maximum.
6.) Loveland Plumbing used tubing which had to be substituted and raised turbulence/pressures.
A few days later, there were elevated CO levels in the house, confirmed by the gas company that found the origin in the tankless exhaust there was gas. The exhaust was hot, and the unit was red-tagged.
8.) Loveland Plumbing did not see that the fresh air compressor at the crawl space had cleaning and siding.
Loveland Plumbing cost me lots and place my family.
1.) There was no reason for the expense of installation. We could not get an itemized bill.
He estimated $600 to put in, carrying a couple of hours. In addition, he said it would require and additional $170 for a coupler for the exhaust system. Three days afterwards, he brought. The order was the wrong size. He said he did not have enough time to track down the right coupler; he cut down instead as a solution. He then presented me with a bill for about $1200, asserting he lent my husband $800 (not $600), also parts. He never returned to put in a coupler and NEVER RETURNED CALLS.
7.) Loveland Plumbing's temporary coupler had endings
5.) The device was placed 12 feet away from where it should have been put, raising the demand for more piping, which decreased efficacy and delayed the delivery of warm water (which wastes water).
9.) The increased pressures in the gas inlet the device has been damaged by my and the insufficient replacements that are make-shift may have voided the warranty of the manufacturer.
On the next 3 weeks, spending an additional $1,800 with plumbers, and three visits by the gas business, the following was uncovered about the installation by Loveland Plumbing:
4.) The procedure is to compute the ability of the gas line connections and decide whether the owner needs different regulator and meter installed. Mr. Gross did not do this. In this case the unit need 171% the capacity of this gas line that is old.
2.) The inlet gas pressure to the device was what it must have been.
