He arrived to our gutted home and told us what the issues were. I knew I had to get them repaired and knew they were awful. To be honest I had been hoping to get the price be. He explained that everything and showed me what needed to be achieved and came prepared to do it. He did and he had been here , I know I couldn't have found a much better company that does excellent work. Worth every penny and I have used them. I will soon be having them do it and will be replacing our hot water heater in the near future.
They are the Do not wish to take my word, them try. I can guarantee they will prove the same point to you. They are the best out there and their prices and professionalism can not be overcome.
Discovered this family run and owned company that prides themselves on ensuring that you are happy. They are prompt and their prices can not be overcome. I really like the staff and that I can not say enough good things about Patrick and how amazing he is.

Because among my security heads leaked, I called them. When they came they told my wife the reason the water pooled in that area of the lawn was because the ground was saturated. So if the ground was not saturated I wouldn't have a flow? That was the line of BS I've ever heard because you can still see water coming out that means the valve isn't closed and water is flowing through the line. Since the service was subpar, thank goodness we weren't charged for this visit. I can't recommend them at least for security service.

Don't employ plumbing and 911 Rooter. They are even the conniving conmen, or even the plumbers. My friend had a sewer back up over the weekend. The 911 Rooter and was to clean the mainline and plumbing contractor showed up with only a 25 foot snake, but billed $700 for his failure. And suggested a solution that would cost $2000 to cure the mainline. Now (after disregarding 911 yesterday - not falling for his swindle), we hired a very different plumbing company who revealed with a 100 foot snake & cleared the line for $35. Do not be a fool. Do not hire plumbing and 911 Rooter.

I called to have someone come to clean my drain. The gentleman came at the conclusion of a 2 hour window. The operator said he had been at another call and would call before him arriving. They said it had been $150 because it was after hours service call. It was paid by me because when I got home from work my laundry area was backed up. He was not on his way out of a call, After the technician arrived I am pretty sure. He was pressed and clean and to get a massive guy he had not broken a sweat in 85 degree weather. I have a 2 way clean out by the drive way. The tech quoted me $ 753 and looked at me with a face. $900 NO WAY!!! He then had the guts to say we dont charge by the hour we charge by the job. Rooter Town arrived the next morning and also for about $95 and 20 minutes worth of work my drain was emptied. Now I understand why he had not broken a sweat because he left more and he had been at my house for no more than 8 minutes. SHAME ON YOU Drain!!!! and 911 Plumbing Don't use this plumber without really performing the job they're only looking to make a quick easy buck and if they do the work for you it will be at a high cost to you!!! I tried to contact them together with my difficulty via e-mail and never heard a word back from them. Please don't create these con artists some cash. They are not in the service business they are only out to take advantage of the client.

Patrick was profesional and courteous. His job is top of the lineup. We're first time home owners, and Patrick not only took the opportunity to educate ushe didn't take advantage of our budget. Yes, you are likely to get work done, but why? Compromise the job? You can not buy manners. We will forever utilize 911 Rooter for our plumbing needs. Also, happy to support a family owned business. I can not speak for the quality of the company's work, since I did not wind up using them.
The quote they gave me was ridiculously high, allegedly because they needed to remove an older toilet from the cellar to access the line and"these older bathrooms are more challenging to remove than the newer ones." I might have been born at night, but it was night. I guess I could have provided to go if it was going to be that difficult remove it . Instead, I called another firm who performed the job for half of what this firm tried to charge me. Shop around one of reputable businesses before you consent to any services!

This provider is AWFUL. The old man charges me $700 for a couple of hour job about the sprinkler system, once I asked why he was charging so much that he stated,"You are able to find someone to do it cheaper, but then you're getting more affordable work and also they won't warranty there function " This was June of 2017, meanwhile April 2018 one of those plastic pipes is broken for a reason that isn't water related and that he wants to bill me $287 for a .58c pipe to substitute to make it appropriate. Then proceeds to argue this matter won't be covered by him. I try to use a firm to do work for, this is not I pay.

Nelson mended a sprinkler problem that was straightforward which I thought was going to be quite complex, and then ended up fixing my outdoor faucets that both were leaking. Cheap, honest, and timely that is! He also gave me a few home since I am fresh to winters with snow, owner tips for winterizing and faucet care. Highly recommend!

Needless to say, trip charge, two guys and 2.5 hours, cost over the $69 discussed in another Yelp inspection, but the work Thomas and Jose was well worthwhile. They wore disposable booties and actually cleaned up after themselves (and much of my jumble ). Job 911!!
As a precautionary measure, and to avoid another trip charge, I asked them to clean the mainline, which they did quickly and economically.
I had a backup that stuffed my washing machine together with sewage out of a plugged pipe in the basement of my townhouse. I dropped in half a gallon of Drano and attempted snaking the clog using a 20 foot snake. Additionally tried blowing out the clog with my air compressor. Nothing worked. All I managed to do was create a sewage/Drano geyser .
They were able to come. Thomas and Jose figured out where the clog was, gave me a reasonable estimate, then rooted thru it and found some goo that they needed to utilize an expanding balloon flying jet to successfully flush out.

This company is a small company and someone you can depend on to get the work done and done correctly. I learned about 911 ROOTER & PLUMBING COMPANY from HOMEADVISOR when researching someone to verify my irrigation system. I am happy they were picked by me. Nelson serviced the machine and came out. He is knowledgeable....he knows his business!!! I will use them again!!!
