I can admit when I am wrong, and I had been in this instance. Kaleb managed himself throughout this entire process with the utmost professionalism, and I certainly appreciate it and honor it. Thank you.
As it effected his job professionalism, which is , he was insistent on making the situation right. And he should.
I had written a bad review of the company, because we had been given a second a comment on a furnace dilemma that APC (specifically Kaleb) had found. After receiving a second opinion (from a buddy in HVAC) we had been under the belief that APC was attempting to swindle us. We Kaleb specifically, respectfully, to make it appropriate, and had been contacted on several occasions by APC. On proving to us that what he had advocated was true, he insisted, & wanted. After much reluctance on our part, and persistence on Kaleb's & the firm, we eventually agreed to have him come back (months later mind you - he had been that insistent on proving his professionalism, knowledge, and making it right together ). Admittedly, he did prove that his first recommendation was spot on. Our second opinion that we had chosen to listen to (because it was a friend), was incorrect in their assessment, and Kaleb was actually right. He walked through it, really thoroughly, and I saw the problem he had discovered together with my very own eyes.
I am impressed for needing to make things for us with this particular company, also Kaleb, and also for themselves.

We are in the process of working on a kitchen remodel, and we wanted to get a quote for moving the pipes back . ! Our request was to have three shut-off valves installed since they were dripping and rather old. It was the primary shut-off to our residence, and the laundry area valves. Wow CO2 alarms going off, customer service which has been sub level, and a drywall mess which wasn't cleaned up. Three shut of vales in the invoice and 35 minutes did not have line items for labour but just the total with excursion charge. Ugghh. . .left getting another opinion on having the kitchen plumbing and definitely feeling overcharged moved. Recommendations: Look around for another company that is first to compare customer service ratings, and quotes.

I received several quotes to also lower the plumbing in order to replace it with a one, and to run a gas line by an present chimney to our cooker. APC Plumbing sent Marty out to give a quote the same day responded to my call quickly, and were the most reasonably priced. A separate firm said that it would take two days to finish, and it would cost $ 4000 to run a gas line. For moving the plumbing under the 12, that did not even account. Those pipes be made of gold! Marty cost just to finish and finished the job in 1 day. He was extremely professional, and also the standard of his work was superb. I will use APC Plumbing & Heating in the future.

Very satisfied with the service we received from Steven and APC! He was fast to react and replaced his water heater Saturday afternoon, was very professional and clean in his work! So he replaced it on a Saturday! Highly recommend APC and Steven for any plumbing requirements!

The quotation I got I felt was reasonable and fair in contrast to Brother's Plumbing bid. I will not ever be using their services.
APC was prompt and affordable at helping my resolve my plumbing issue.
Steve came out to my home to fix a complicated issue. He worked his butt off and having to be to take action.

I broke my thermostat at 7:30pm and also called A.P.C.. They took my information answered the phone and said they would call another morning between 7:30 -8:00 am, to allow me to know if they would stand out. At 7:32 the following morning they called and said they would be at my home. I asked for a ball park price and has been quoted a very reasonable price. They came me walked through how to program it when they said they would, oh and the ball park price was included in a dollar of the true price.
We have used this business 3 times and I can not say enough about professional and how fast friendly they are. They do exactly what they say they can perform and say.
A competitor was called by me after I called them constantly with as well as when I called they wouldn't come close to giving me a dollar figure.

Had a good experience with APC. My job was pretty straight forward. . .switch out my sump pump with a new one I had purchased at Lowes. I had originally called Done Right and Plumbline. . .both were courteous and prompt so kudos on that front but their pricing was outlandish. When I phoned APC they were really straight forward and lent me over the phone... whereas the first 2 had to have someone come out to quotation (I think that is part of the sales approach to have someone in front of you where it's more difficult to say no). After getting 3-4 additional estimates, APC was on the low end so we accepted their quote. The technician (Dallas) who was dispatched was on time (really early), knowledgeable, friendly and got the work done quickly. In the long run, I am glad I took the opportunity to get a number of bids and said no to the first two. This is one of these areas where consumers tend to get fleeced.

Had them substitute a PBV for my sprinklers while I was at work today. The job was quick and I don't have any complaints there, however, they charged my spouse $340 for your occupation. Maybe I am missing something but with no itemized bill I will never know. Seems a bit steep to substitute a portion which took less than an hour to the man to finish.

APC is the finest in the city! How can we know that? Because we've done business with other pipes companies for decades -- most of whom let us down because of strange business practices or ethical issues. Having discovered APC has been a breath of fresh air! Everything -- a large job we had was managed by them -- and they were the very professional, knowledgable, on-time, experts. Very conscientious about cleanliness. Their attention to detail was exceptional. In sum, we have discovered a plumbing firm whom we can TRUST A to Z.

Poorly run company! No friendy owners... The job was finished and the system works, I figure.... At least we haven't had any leaks on a zone valve setup one valve clicked and just is broken. My spouse was gauged by the plumber and up billed $400 for a $75valve. We desired the valves ASAP because the weather changed and we now have a two week old and two year-old. The owner of the corporation can't be reached and the receptionist in not valuable.
