Chris Paparilla came out to repair my Air Conditioner. The place cleaned up . And sure has been a joy.
He had the burst capacitor and some other damage repaired in no time and was on time, very personable, informative.

The office got back to me the exact same day I sent in a question. They were going to find out someone that same day as well. The technician showed up within the time frame. He gave us a few different estimates so we could decided what was best for us and was very professional. We want all this stuff, without being told. Will be using this company again.

Took advantage of women who didn't know better on estimate. Advised of a"trip charge" to come out then called my wife once they got there and told her it would be another $189 to evaluate the problem. Called manager and was told the excursion charge is to appear and they charge again for a quote. This was not revealed on my call or I would have never consented to it. Estimates. Don't be fooled! In addition to that obtained a high estimate to complete the work. This was the repair estimate experience I've ever had dissapointed.

Update: The owner of the company Howe called to offer his"condolences" somehow skipped the part in which he required any sort of accountability for his technicians poor installation or lack of basic communication skills or diagnostics. After emphasizing his years of experience Howe offered a bad explanation for its botched install saying that it was producers poor quality'faulty merchandise' but then said on the identical call moments his company is the nations largest distributor for this exact same brand. In Summary, Quality First Plumbing works with Poor Quality Installers or Poor Quality Products or equally. Quality was not first on this event.
Absolutely horrible service! The technician that has been sent to our home. Because our hot water heater has been replaced by Quality First, We've not had constant running warm water. We have gone using a fresh born without heat or hot water. In accordance with Audrey, office Manager they sent their"best plumber" Paul. Paul didn't install the appropriate ware that was hard, he utilized commercial programs that was hard on our residence. Afterwards they sent Wayne"Master Plumber"; he failed to trouble shoot and repair the harm they caused. It's the chilly season in Colorado, and quality first has no solutions or answers for us! Before this business came along the hot water heater out of 1992 was functioning just fine. The office staff suggest my lawyers should contact them and hasn't been helpful. Unprofessional un-knowledgeable and not trained correctly.
2nd update: It has been over 2 weeks our hot water heater is failing. Quality will not respond or return any calls.

Quality First Plumbing big came outside to my condominium and did a fantastic job thank you to Jacob Jones and Jon Harris!!! I Suggest this business for all your Plumbing and needs

I was put in a situation where I wait until Monday to get a plumber or pay them, which was against the HOAs coverage. That Monday, all the HOA and I talked and was told this:
Long story short, they were dishonest about billing procedure leaving me to send mails . I would not trust them to perform any work on my property.
I had to utilize quality pipes to snake my principal line when it was clogged, as that's who the HOA sent out. The work they did was nice, likely overpriced ($390 to snake 2 lines) but they were dishonest or ignorant of the billing process. I had a plumbing firm come out through the HOA, and I was told then personally, they HAD to bill the HOA and they couldn't bill me if I was accountable I would be billed. In this case, I was told on Friday evening, following 3 times of water leaking into my basement, they couldn't get a grip of the HOA because it was 5:01pm and, therefore, I would have to pay the bill that night, or else they would not do the work and I'd have to scramble to find a plumber over the weekend.
"I am not sure why you were told that you had to pay the bill or the work would not be finished.  They were assumed to bill the HOA and you're correct whatever was your duty.  I have contacted Quality First to address this problem and the matter that you were told you had to pay the bill."
It took a couple of mails with the HOA to make them agree they were responsible for half of the work (complete was 710) and I am still reading through the docs to find out whether they should be accountable for another half. They had left voicemails and kept saying they tried to get a grasp of the quality first manager.

I called to get help on our water heater that went out. When I called to schedule the appointment, I gave the lady our advice including how old our water heater was, the model and make and she said they'd able to assist us. When they arrived they said they were unable to work on heated water heaters and stated they could replace not repair the device, and they still charged me the support fee. What a joke!

I needed to receive our kitchen faucet replaced. The plumber has been great but I believe so this likely be the last time I will be going for this 26, the cost is too high. There were rival companies that could put in a kitchen faucet that is basic for less than half of what I was billed. Home or purchasing Amazon depot you could have an expert installment with warranty and the very same assurances for cost.

These individuals are great. I had a clogged sink due to common line in condo, and their technician Paul was considerate, clever, and efficient in getting the job done. Skyler in the office went out of her way to schedule and reschedule if there was a blip in my accessibility. Total - yes, I would without question recommend the company for its unbelievable appointment and confirmation program (they call when the guy is on the way so I could be prepared ), and of course for the mechanical work. Thanks Quality First!

These guys are excellent. They recognized the problem and came out on a Saturday to my business, but Saturday night there was not time to mend it. They came out Sunday morning and got the drains working properly all. They are strongly recommended by me.

Following my brand new tenants noticed a gas leak in my rental I ended up calling these men tonight. We had a brand new flooring installed and apparently should not be touching petrol lines. He substituted a Teflon petrol tape onto a lineup and should not have. The tech (Paul Slaughter) utilized a petrol sniffer and soapy water to show me exactly where the leak was coming from and that the link was loose along with it. He gave a fair price considering it was a weekend and after hours, explained what was happening , and did the job quickly. Phenomenal tech they have working for them, we will use this company in the future due to Paul.

Needed my bathtub valved to be substituted. Didn't do that right first time, but called the company and they shipped the plumber back at no cost (I paid a good deal for the first time) but at the end, the shower handled was installed in the reversed direction.
I wound up calling my handyman at the point.

Chris M. was professional, on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The best part is that it did not charge an arm and a leg for those repairs. I really don't feel like I was taken advantage of a heating issue. I trust Measure 1st Plumbing with my fixes.

On a Wednesday in July we had an AC unit neglect in a condominium housing a family that is young, and were able to schedule with Quality First. After keeping our renters waiting for 2 weeks, Quality First eventually called and stated that they had an"emergency" and so were unable to maintain the appointment.
I managed to follow up with Quality first on the next Monday, and the individual I spoke to said that they ran on their prior jobs. Apparently that was the emergency.
Therefore, in a nutshell: Quality first scheduled an AC fix job three times out in the midst of summer, then failed to keep the appointment, saying that there was an"crisis," if they simply ran late on their other jobs. It was still early afternoon in the time of cancellation... it was not made clear why the technicians couldn't simply arrive in the home late, rather than leave a family with young children without AC in the dead of summer.

I am a home manager and I like that initial plumbing can get to emergencies. A bit pricey but good work and great response time. Friday, I phoned them and Josh/Zack were good but I was told I would find a 30 minute call and I got a call when they arrived and was charged the 30 minutes it took for me to meet them.

Exemplary!!!!!!!!
Jacob truely did a comprehensive job...
Had first time service with this company...
Thank you.... To the people on the phone also...!
I am 100% satisfied!!!!!

I recently had Quality 1st Plumbing set up a NEW Hot & Cold Water faucet. The degree of professionalism was amazing. The plumber showed up on time (they even called if they were on their way), understood precisely what I needed, had everything on his truck to complete the job, gave me a suggestion on a better place to install the faucet, and did a wonderful job at a reasonable cost. If you need plumbing work done in your home or 21, I would highly recommend the people at Quality 1st Plumbing. You definitely get what you pay for if utilizing a stand up quality company like Quality 1st Electrical!

Fantastic support. Called in resolved by noon and had service call and am. I would definitely recommend Quality First

My issue is with their manner of conducting business. My water heater broke, and I replaced it myself last night, only to find the 2 lines coming into it weren't reusable, so I wanted a plumber to finish that small part (replacing two 18" pieces of elastic pipe). I also asked about the expense of installing four in-line valves, so in case this happened 31, that I could shut one heater off since we've got two water heaters. Here's what happened:
Begin with rejecting their proposed cost and countering with a few that is about 25% of the cost if you use them, and proceed from there. You will save yourself a bunch of money.
We reside so maybe he just thought I wouldn't mind whatever cost. However, I found that approach to be unappealing. And they'd been here before, and had a left a"free trip charge" coupon and decal on the water heaters. As we were wrapping up and (I believe ) he noticed that the coupon in my hands, he explained he needed to waive the trip charge because he saw the decal on the heater. I'm imagining that he wouldn't have done so had he not seen the coupon in my hands.
Initial quote: $268 PER VALVE ($1,072 total), and for the 2 hoses, the cost to install a new water heater was $790, but because I'd done"a few" work (really everything but the last half hour), he would take $100 off, therefore $690. I told him thanks, I'd pay the $45 trip cost, and I'd find someone else.
The man was fine, and the problem was repaired by him, but I found the pricing strategy of that the company to be distasteful. We will not be using them.
Quote: '' He asked me if there was and after about fifteen minutes of debate, the $ 1,072 fell to also the $690, and $360 fell to $265. So 65% dropped nearly immediately.
Wow, I'm astonished at what happened. Allow me to start off by saying that the work they did seems fine. They're here for under 2 hours and the problem is fixed.

I called Quality First to shut off the water valve into my home after two preceding plumbers tried and failed. Unlike another plumbers, Paul, from Quality First, didn't give up. He was determined to find the valve, that was buried in the ground and covered with grime. Then he replaced the valve inside my residence. He was a joy to use and a real professional. Quality First will be my first call from today on.
