We thought we had a leak from our front yard spigot. The water had been off at the house for several years and we didn't think to turn the nozzle onto the spigot. Anyhow, Mark immediately recognized the problem and rushed over. Well there was not any charge. I invited him into address several of the other troubles since he was so honest about the spigot. He finished some job for us and now we have running water. His prices are reasonable and extremely competitive. We have asked him to come back to complete work for all of us in the future.

Called C4 Plumbing at 7pm due to a backup in the basement, and was searching for someone who could come out.

Don't hire. I contacted this company for some work done, they gave me a quote and we put a period 2 weeks out. I gave number and my address.
It had been awhile so wanted to ensure that he was coming. Never got a response. I got voicemail that I did leave a message and predicted hours. Been so or 19 hours and still havent gotten a text, a telephone, and that he never showed up.

We've had such a headache with our pipes that this spring and after two months of trying to mend it through"cheaper" means, we eventually called in a professional. Mark immediately answered our opinion at 7:30 on Saturday night AND arrived at 9 am on Easter Sunday! Again we needed it done right, therefore we are thankful Mark was willing to come out on a holiday when many businesses were closed and done. Did I mention at this time, we'd had to turn water off to our home? Didn't really want to have to live until Monday evening. Mark was on a new valve installed within one hour and friendly, time, and obtained new pipes. His rates and oh were fair. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a Saturday evening plumbing crisis (sewage water backing up into our cellar ). C4 came into the rescue, after calling about 10 companies that didn't reply or didn't have accessibility. They had a technician and he ended up arriving 90 min later. Mark got to work on our main line, and needed to get a snake because of the space to the tap. Though it took him much longer than normal and that he needed to use 2 machines, he didn't add any extra fees. He explained everything he had been doing and was also friendly. I would certainly recommend this firm and will probably use them in the future.

We noticed a leak around the garbage disposal unit, and of course this happened on a Sunday. Mark managed to come test out it same day. He explained what the issue was, and it was quickly repaired. The fee was less than anticipated, especially for a weekend call. Satisfied customer

I have a boiler pipe escape at 8 pm and Mark had it repaired by midnight. Mark was amazing, he arrived a little before his service said he would and fixed I'd use Mark for all my plumbing, got the part from the on source home came back and discovered the problem needs moving forward

My water heater stopped working after about 16 decades. I emailed several areas and called around, and also the cheapest quote I got to replace it was $1350 in Home Depot and about $1500 on Yelp. Mark responded with a lower cost and stated I could supply my water heater when I wanted. I'm always skeptical of the amount of markup, but after I picked up my own at Home Depot I understood that it couldn't happen to be marked and it wasn't worth the trouble.
I had an issue with the thermocoupler and that I had been quoted $1850 to replace the water heater and $400 to replace the thermocoupler from TJ Christensen, since it had been an old device and they did not create the part. Because it had been such a cost difference I went together with the fix and we'd been without hot water for a couple days. If I had known Mark in the time I saved myself a great deal of time, money, and frustration and would have replaced the entire unit.
Mark is honest and reasonably priced. I will not contact any other technicians for solutions based on some of my previous experiences.

We came home to discover a pipe and water everywhere! We began searching for a plumber to come out instantly After we had water turned off. C4 was the very first to react and Mark Canty - that the owner - was here in 45-50 minutes. Mark mended the pipe and restored our water and heat. He came about 1130 pm and was finished at 330am. In addition, he called that day to ask when all had been well. This is our go to plumber!!!

C4 plumbing is does quality work and efficient. Mark has gone over and beyond to provide me with details on other pipes projects, and is professional and responsive. I won't call anybody else to my plumbing requirements and would suggest them!

Stay away! After doing a little research it turns out this is not the first time Mark has been in operation and based on the work I needed to have re-done and he did, he won't remain in business long back again. He talks a fantastic talk but he shouldn't be in the plumbing business. What a mess that he left. The actual plumber who mended his"work" said Mark must have got his license out of a Cracker Jack box. This firm does not have a license to operate in my town either.

This was an after hours call for us and Mark showed up very! He came in and solved the issue we experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a bathroom sink that is leaking. Mark, the owner of C4 Plumbing, came highly recommended by a friend. When I called, I talked to Mark we and himself set and appointment for the following day. He managed to diagnose the problem, quotation me to repair it, and go ahead and fix it while he was here. He was a pleasure to manage, is considerate, respectful and friendly of the home. My condo does not have a water turnoff. Meaning that I have to schedule a turnoff and need a plumber to come inside a window of time.
They did not bother to let me know it couldn't be made by them. Didn't try to find somebody for me to use. And I left me scrambling to get a new plumber myself that could come out without a notice while the water was off.
