Express Plumbing

Igor came in less than 24 hours when I predicted to our house. He substituted our pressure regulator, added a ball valve, also with our irrigation system vacuum breaker plumbing that he mended an problem for nothing. He was timely, neat and friendly and stuck to the estimate that was provided. Thanks for the excellent work!! A true knowledgeable professional!

Igor took at our house on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe job and we are happy to have found him and Express Plumbing. He managed to get the job completed before a number of the other firms we was the most economical by far, also reached out to were able to even come out to get a quote. I was happy with his job that he managed to find the issue fixed same day and when a plumbing problem came up in my job, we called him up! I can not reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, since they will overcharge you.

This company was chosen by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bath.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he managed to correct the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, since the bathroom was"not covered under our warranty," yet he proceeded to charge for something he couldn't even mend. He technically replaced and fixed one part, yet we had been somehow charged double.
In addition, I believe it is ridiculous that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, since he there were"tools" alongside the shower. The plumber declared this information back and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find unbelievably unprofessional and impolite, although this accusation completely out online. In all my years of customer support, I've never accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would indicate that we left our resources there, and had tried to adjust the faucet . What plumber would leave a set of resources in a customer's house?
Of how horrible our experience was going to be, my first indication was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. I had to remind him our appointment was not until Thursday afternoon. I can understand getting times and dates mixed up, but there is a degree of professionalism and it was concerning many times confused our appointment period.

Knowing his degree of reliability, don't want him anywhere near it ever again. Told us the old water heater could be picked up within 3 days. I reached out to him two days because we informed me could be Thursday and discovered nothing. Got a call on Thursday from a third party stating it could be Friday. I needed to help our water heater is moved by the person out. That wasn't part of this strategy. To this day, no bill has been supplied and was assured that on Friday, September 2nd. It is now Tuesday, September 6th. He keeps making nonsensical texting and excuses. A formal complaint is lodging with the city. Please, do yourself a favor and go with not this crook and a business. We learned our lesson.
He is one of the most shady characters we've ever addressed. Wanted a check for $1,500 and then $900 money. Came back after we gave him the check. He gave a 10 year warranty he provides himself and said he'd come out to support it.

I was referred by A friend to Express Plumbing. Support from the very first phone call to the true support! Igor immediately diagnosed some plumbing issues and repaired my pipes leak with a quick application of sealant.  Since the crawlspace dirt was soaked below the tub, I was concerned I had a leak in the cast iron drain tube. Igor did not try to take advantage through price gouging or supplying us with goods and unnecessary services, he just did the work efficiently and effectively.

I went on Porch.com to find a plummer who would put in a tankless heater. Dan Murphy called immediately me. He came over and explained that it might cost $300 to set the system in. He was very agitated. He did not pay attention to anything he forgot his glasses, his hat and his screw driver. He said he would be back with the part. I had a key chain with my son's name on it. He explained that he would take care of families and that he was a Vet. He has reviews. I did not see him for many days. He came back stating he needed money and it had been a larger job and it'd be more expensive. He explained he wanted $800.00 subsequently went down to $600.00. He asked for 450.00 up front. I gave a check to him. He telephoned me a few mins later and said he needed money as he was to get into the store to get the correct parts. I gave him the money and that was my mistake. I had been without hot water for nearly 2 weeks waiting for him to go back. He explained he place receipts on the Porch. com. He whined. He had to move, he got into an automobile crash on the way he had been in and out of the hospital. He ripped off me pretending to be a vet. I gave him to return my money. He's not. I have contacted Porch.com, The BBB and every organization to receive my money back. STAY AWAY!

My water heater went outside throughout the afternoon June 2013. It was charges that are stated, and a little ad by the job not the hour. I found one review that was very happy with Express Plumbing and took a chance. Igor Klinsky will refer him and includes a client that is new. Igor was able to set up new hot water heater that same afternoon, was first to the promised appointment time (5pm) and hauled old one off, staying in the cost he quoted on the telephone. Igor is quite polite and clarifies everything prior to beginning the job, he wants to do. Thanks for being so nice and doing such a marvelous job. We enjoyed having you .

Igor (the owner) came to my house in just two weeks of my phone to get a broken pipe in my cellar. NO other company could come for two days, and he arrived to fix the pipe so that we could return to the water. His prices were sensible and he finished the work. I will call Igor for plumbing issues and refer him to ANYONE I know that needs plumber. I gave him a hug because he helped us when no plumbing firm would.
