Good company integrity , knowledgable & know how to deal with a client.
I used this company twice, including one time to pick on someone's brain on wether or not there was a water heater in my interest. Mike came over, evaluated my situation, answered ALL my questions it not being in his financial interest, gave a fair view to me. Incidentally, it was a second opinion for me & Mike compared to the plumber recommended by one of the large box stores was knowledgable on the hybrid heaters.
My instant discussion was even more impressive. I had used them to replace found was a slow leak a few days after & a kitchen faucet. I called them was immediately called back. A plumber came to my house the next day, on a vacation weekend & found the escape had nothing to do with the substituted faucet- instead the garbage disposal (that wasn't even touched throughout the faucet replacement). It was fixed by guy !
We had a minor plumbing emergency (dumb Moen facuets, don't buy those). All Plumbing Repair was able to send someone out precisely the exact same day and the secretary did not mind my calling again to check in;"Don't worry, we haven't forgotten you!" The technician was friendly, fast, called before he came , and even offered to look at a separate faucet in the kitchen. Highly recommended!
I'm very pleased with this company. The receptionist was accomodating and extremely cheerful. I needed to have shut off valves to the exterior water faucets so that nobody would need to crawl under the house in spring and fall to turn them off and on installed. Mike assessed the situation showed up 1/2 hour early, and had the work. I didn't need to have plumbing beneath the house since the previous plumber was going to do. It was a bit expensive but he gave me. Very good company to deal with.
I have been a customer for several decades. They are efficient dependable, and not expensive.

3. Chris who was covering for you while you were away....LIED. If there's absolutely no plumber called Angel. I can think that. Chris lied about someone being on the road! So I am not surprised that the name Angel is not true.
I stand my everything I say. Mike you weren't in the town, hence you weren't involved and don't what you're talking about. Your version is obviously secondhand and in the interest of protecting your business

Happily the landlord got a plumbing service who fixed the problem punctually in 1 day AND.
1. Your receptionist was adapting and honestly rude. While letting me know that my request was inconvenient huffing and puffing is BAD customer support.
Bottom line:
I had a great experience with this plumber. They were professional and courteous, showed up on time, completed their work effectively, and cleaned up the work space. Reasonable cost, and support.
They reacted the same day & provided professipnal and wash workmanship. The job required a couple of days to special order components, etc & I was provided with direct mobile phone numbers. They did all of the legwork. Prices really reasonable-felt I have a steal. Highly recommend.
