Mike was outstanding, he responded right away into messages. Came over and gave me a quote the exact same day. Worked around my schedule and came out on a Saturday. Explained me everything and gave me different alternatives. I would highly recommend him! I will be using him for any plumbing or building needs.
Get more than 1 opinion. Cost in components was way over inflated since they talked so highly of their permit and we trusted them. Since work was completed the things aren't there is not as much water pressure in my house. Tried to work it out together and they didn't attempt to help fix the matter. $4000 lost on a $1200 job (if that). Also would not respond once they had been notified there was an issue. If needed to repay this situation, will be submitting complaints and moving as far as courtroom. Than what we paid after they obtained the payment was promised to get money back and never did and was brought equipment. Be cautious till job is done and don't cover full.
Michael and his helper installed a new water heater for me fresh from the box. A few troubles were, not using their job but because of the poor water here. They installed new hot/cold pipes to replace the copper pipes that were deteriorating. They worked around and with the problems and the occupation was a triumph...I appreciated their wisdom and skill. I'll hire them again. I reside near East Hampton, Ct..
