For maintaining my furnace I'll use them but I will shop around for a different plumber.
I have to give a great review to the repairman that serviced heater/ac unit and my furnace. He did a great job and discovered why I had water in my cellar. The price was fair.
The star is for the plumber. I had been double booked for an 11:00 appointment. He showed up. He did a good job on my faucet but I believe that I was charged by him for fixing the leaky faucet that is 2nd. This are more expensive than installing the faucet. I wonder whether he billed me overtime since he had been there past his routine hours. (Their error )
After giving this company multiple jobs, I would believe the proprietor Nate would treat me as a client with maintenance. I read the reviews it is consistent with other dissatisfied customers....poor customer support, lack of consumer attention and disrespectful by not returning numerous calls. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody given my experience.

Great company! My wife called stating that the furnace wasn't working so we were panicked and we are leaving for vacation. I discovered Dynamic mechanical and googled heating firms. They showed up on time and gave me an appointment right away. My wife loved that they respected our home on boots by putting surgical booties. The tech explained what went wrong and was very polite. He gave us a price and managed to fixed the engine right away.

And this keeps getting better. . .we contacted the CT Dept of Consumer Affairs who started in search and they found out that the technician who serviced our boiler that eventually blew up 6 months later had been recently (a year or so ago) a realtor and was not licensed to do any work independently on a residential chimney and might have at most per year of experience. My family's lives were at risk because of the decision and this organization they chose to deliver an non-licensed and inexperienced technician. The Department offered to mediate a settlement and the owner rejected that are the outcomes of the law suit.
Well... Almost 4 months after, three messages made for Nate, and still no reply. I guess Yelpers steered me wrong on this one.
Called this business based on reviews and may not have been more disappointed. I spoke with Nate and set up a time to go out to supply an estimate for both hot water heater and an a/c compressor. Nate assured that he give a time period for the numbers to me and would be in contact the next day together with confirmation that the quote was in procedure.
Zero answer to no and three comprehensive voicemails, Bad customer support follow through. Talk because his reply, professionalism and follow through; to Steve and then Telephone Hygrade Home Services have me buying my air conditioning compressor unit and water heater having complete confidence.
So my wife explained to me she noticed the house appeared like it was then normal. I cut off it until a few days after she said she's not heard the AC unit flip off.... I then noticed it was not revealing any temperature, so that I switched it off, but it still kept operating.
He had a technician out over a hour of my phone, midst of summer. He was very professional wearing booties over his boots.
I had met Nathan the owner on another project, and gave a phone to him.
I look forward to doing future Buisness together and would highly suggest Dynamic.

Broken AC, wasn't coming out chilly. Other companies in the area could not come out till 1-2 weeks. After I predicted dynamic came out the next day. What a relief! Showed up early and worked.
What a relief to find an organization that knows what they're currently doing. Professional, on time, moderately priced and neat. Chris and Dan have been a fantastic group that had the moment, everything needed to replace my boiler. I strongly recommend this company they did not"Attempt" like others , they DID the occupation good. Nice and hot tonight
Very pleased with Dynamic Mechanical. Once we got home from vacation to no heat or hot water called them on a Sunday night. Their guy Mike Corbo diagnosed our difficulty and was out house at well under 45 minutes. Quite happy with expertise & Mike Corbo's professionalism and Dynamic Mechanical's service. Could not be happier using a hot shower this Sunday night

They're, and I've used Dynamic several occasions always on time, do work, and with fair market pricing. Their employees are responsible, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They will literally show you exactly what is exactly wrong, what they did to fix it, and it failed. Certainly give them a phone if you ever need HVAC assistance.
I called these guys dependent on the other Yelp reviews that were positive. I can't believe anyone has actually had a positive experience with this provider. I talked with Nathan (the owner) a couple of weeks ago to schedule my annual boiler tune up for today at 8:30 a.m. I did not want to trust that the other negative reviews on Yelp however they were indeed true. The phone was answered by A girl from the firm and I explained I had an appointment scheduled within an hour ago and no one has showed up or called yet. She would call me back, they've been busy and she said sorry and allow me to know what was going on. I told that hasn't been a really great one and her very first impressions are everything so far. A phone call at a minimum would have been nice although Additionally, I told her I know your busy. I took off from work to be home for this particular appointment today. Well, 12:00pm arrived and no one showed up or had the courtesy give me a phone call so I called the phone of Nathan again and surprise, had to leave a voicemail. I asked him to call me. Here I'm now 12 hours after my appointment period, concerning why they blew off my appointment still awaiting a phone call. Do not waste your time. Apparently they have company and they can not handle carrying on any new clients.
