We had our Gas Engineers finished back in 2012 by Outstanding Plumbing and they did a wonderful job. Your probably wondering why I'm writing?
That is why I called Rob"The Honest Plumber" and I would recommend Outstanding Plumbing to anybody who could have a plumbing problem!
I called Outstanding Plumbing first thing the next morning and Rob"The Honest Plumber" came out to our home. It began Rob said it had a new Gas Valve. Still no flicker after replacing it! If everything was OK, I see him return in and walk out, I asked him? While you were away, he responded and wasn't there some work done, I said , our neighbors mentioned us that work was being done on our street.

Rob, told me I'm not going to bill you to the new component, because the one that I took off was good, and the cost is only going to be $129.00 not the $500. He said. Rob could of only charged us the $500., also we'd of never known!
After we returned from a short excursion on May 11, 2017, we had no water and the furnace kept on clicking as if it wanted to start but a little something was lost!
This company is a joke they tried to charge $600 to cover a water line. Don't use these men. You rip off on the prices just so you pay the service call. Avoid at all price.
$$$$$$$ That is right. VERY EXPENSIVE. Had some plumbing work. First, I must state that Jimmy was the plumber and he's the work he did was just fine and a nice guy. We had two shower cartridges 1 toilet tank fill valve and water line feed replaced, along with a sump pump cover replaced. Parts were $200. Jimmy spent hours here to finish the jobs. Should have read the reviews. The sump pump cover is a piece of plastic he got at Home Depot. He charged Sorry everyone but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY due to the exorbitant prices they charge.
Disappointed. But I've never received service, so their real plumbers might be excellent.
Could be they are so good, that they don't have time to get clients that are new. But the customer service is quite lacking for not letting us know what is going on.
He couldn't create a appt to get a quote. Estimator said he could start working on Tuesday, however 19 days later, still doesn't have enough time to write up a quote.
They charged $225 to diagnose my leak and came. I paid for $2300 for 2 holes and a quote. I was told the pipes are old and replacement is needed by all. Now my mom was home for the quote into paying for MY plumbing issue and her just about scared. I had another company tell me, at no cost, I needed to replace my plumbing from 2nd to first floor, maybe not all of it. I was disused with the quote gap. The company said $750. Now I decided to do it in my own and spent 29.00 at home depot and 2 hours to do it myself. The lesson? If you prefer your money Don't use this business.
The job got done and it is awful! They didn't create the gas pipe move underground (there was a hole there for this purpose) but cut the previous pipe and placed the new one over the ground, defacing my front entrance. I regret just 1 thing: this yelp doesn't have evaluations that are negative.
Short review: work and Terrible service! .
Outstanding Plumbing called my number twice and didn't introduce themselves but simply left a message like"Please phone us back to schedule an appointment". It sounded like a normal scam (no details on why they were calling, no reference amount , not mentioning our managing company). Finally, I got back to them and got an office assistance who had no hint of the job to be done (and even believed I had been the one calling for scheduling work as they'd no trace of them calling me). I other words, my phone number (they called) was not on document for work, neither was home speech - that they took my name and... and predicted when I was not around. I called back a second time and we are now back to square 1 (no mention of house number, no mention based on my contact number nor one at my name). This seems hopeless.How can get any company with this kind of lousy bookkeeping? And the job has not even said yet. I may change the rating if the job eventually gets done (at nicely ) but for the time being, I suggest that you move along and find a much better organized company.
These guys are good I used them to do an oil everything was taken care of professionally. They the chimney and oil tank were cared for and the bulk of the work was completed in 1 day, I would recommend to family and friends
It's been 10 months since the boiler was replaced and I thought I need to update my critique. I discovered I had been having some issues with my thermostats - unrelated to this job that the staff performed. They allow me to troubleshoot the issue and came by my house TWICE. Their tech Robert was able to explain the problem and develop a solution. My thermostats are working and my house is toasty about the fall's very first week. If you are deciding on an HVAC/Plumbing builder and considering Outstanding do yourself a favor and choose them. Know that I will call Outstanding to do the job and I'm going to replace my AC system.
