The Proprietor is awesome to Make Use of .and Actually cares about his customers
After extensive investigation and family recommendations we determined by using AllTech Services for our HVAC and plumbing needs. I can honestly say that both departments, Plumbing and HVAC, completed a comprehensive and through appraisal of the state of state of our property. While we are unable to complete all the recommendations we will address them in another six months. We purchased the service arrangement and I am happy we did. They are on professional time, and dependable. Highly suggested.
We'd our house is visited by Jack Lewis and he pointed out a few items that needed to be done for maintenance that should have been checked on before. Nothing was wrong, just wanted us to be prepared if something did occur.
Jack did a wonderful job and I would be pleased to have him work on my HVAC.
All in all, seven days have gone by since Alltech first arrived, no follow-up has been performed, and we has pushed all communication.
To John, who this time supplied the number of the contractor, a second call to Alltech was forwarded Observing the weekend. A voicemail went unanswered and a follow-up call the next day showed that a contractor leaving for holiday (after having to clarify the matter, as it had not been relayed by Alltech).
It is unfortunate I can't give less than 1 star. Hopefully this review deters people from using this company until they improve their client support. They're so busy they just don't require business. Either way, below is a description of the dreadful service we received from this company:
The appointment shut out stating they would find out more about the guarantee and get the contractor after saying another contractor would have to fix the lines before the system may be uninstalled. The next day, soon after noon, we reached out to find a standing and John then said he'd reach out to the contractor. John called back soon, describing the contractor would be calling us soon, and needed also our information and the details. After 5 pm that day, and having received no call, a follow-up call to Alltech gained a"I will let our CEO know - who is currently in a meeting - and someone will be calling you soon." No call was received.
While he diagnosed the system, he discovered the geothermal lines unable to hold tension and I discovered a relationship after. He wrapped up all of the while chatting with somebody back in the office, his investigation, to learn whether the condition may be covered under warranty. He collected the minimal arrival fee and said there would be no charge since they determined guarantee status and the fix for the matter, but changed his mind.
Once you functioning and receive the men in, the service is good and that I never had a problem with it. So the score is 3 stars instead of 1.
I had been a holder of the home care plan and I must say, that instead of getting a treatment, you're falling on a burner in my opinion. My appointment was rescheduled by them in one day and both times it had been some kind of emergency. I feel like once you're a home care customer because they don't bill for them, they do not have to try tough for the business especially for the semiannual checkups.
I met with Jack to organize out things. Jack did an superb job with assist and the proposal answers all my questions and worries from begin to finish.
I finally have my HVAC system.
There are. (1) The brand new HVAC system did not perfectly line up with all the atmosphere return trunk. (2) They kept placing screws wholes in my air return trunk.
On the afternoon of installing the platform, the staff showed up on time and also did a good job of replacing my machine. The group consist of Gerson, Jose, and Jose. Similar to Jack, Gerson concerns through the day out of the setup and tackle all my questions, and did an superb job of explaining everything.
Overall, another fantastic experience with AllTech Services. Highly recommend.
You will rip off dependent on the way that they price their services. He charged me $384 to fix $454 and the pipe to replace the pressure regulator. After he left, I started looking up the price of the parts. The regulator and aluminum pipe price about $200 (maximum ). The entire job was 838. So I had been billed about $638 for labor for about 1 hour of work. When I called to talk with the supervisor, he said that they use"by the job" prices, they do not price by the hour. The issue is that their price book in their mobile device considers the pressure regulator and the pipe repair as 2 individual jobs. This is a rip off. Do not use this company.
Tried to sell me a fresh water heater when the issue was a fitting. Maintaining my business.
All that is nice but a) it's not good business to leave a potential repeat customer feeling as they paid 2x or 3x on labor. B) not great to estimate 1-2 hours of work and then do the project in 1/4 the time but still charge whole amount.
I would call All technician if I had a crisis but I would certainly get estimates to make sure I'm not getting fleeced.
Problem is with the charges. Joey explained that they charge a fee for their work which is an average of the time necessary to get a job done. He said it could take one hour or up to two to make the repair (replace induction engine carrier heater). He finished the work when Jack arrived. Which is great. But the labor charge comes out to between $1000 and $2000 per hour. Jack is the best darn tech out there. But if he took a complete hour, I dont believe the going rate for HVAC labor is 500/hour.
AllTech is great in regards to service. They came out in the afternoon on a busy Saturday. Diagnosed the Issue. Helped to implement a temporary fix. Component was ordered and Jack arrived to repair it.
I messaged to their customer support and they gave standard line 1) OEM component you could not have done it yourself 2) we arrived on saturday and repaired issue within 72 hours 3) technician was very experienced 4) 1 year warranty.
Because of our unit's age Tom let's understand that come 2020 we'd be out of chance to acquire this unit serviced because of phase out of r-22. However we elected to perform a injection of coolant to get us through this year and hopefully a touch longer.... Time to save up to get a brand new unit...
Loved that Tom was prepared to spend some opportunity to talk things. Also appreciated his thoughts going forward without coping with a"sales" pitch.
Friendly front desk will get everything off to a great start.... Called based that our 13 year-old air conditioner, yelp reviews when we understood n't cooled. They could come same day that was and even worked about out. We found their text upgrade system functioned on getting things started, well all great.
Throughly professional and will be very excited to work with them as we will need to!
Our technician Tom Goldsmith was professional and knew what he do. The first problem was chipmunks or rodents that had taken up residence. The big issue and Secondly was loss of coolant.
I recently moved and had an problem with my HVAC system. This was a more sophisticated Tam7 that a different HVAC man couldn't figure out. AllTech managed to get me in for an appointment in a day and their technician's knew what they do. They were on time and provide notice of if they're on the way. I felt the price was reasonable, will use them
These guys/girls are professionals. First of all, their communication: each and every moment, they email and text before they come. They also respond to emails immediately (even on weekends!)
Then his team and Gerson arrived, punctually. They worked all day, did a professional job that was real - and the new system is running like a charm and up. No difficulties, no litter. When you look at the method you can immediately see that pros installed it. At the conclusion, Gerson required 30+ minutes to walk us through every detail, and explain the next steps (follow up visits, guarantee, etc..)
This was our most striking contractor-experience during the previous 10 decades. These guys/girls are great!
Jack, the revenue manager arrived, punctually, given detailed explanations of each potential, quotations, cons, pros and its capacities. We selected a method, negotiated the price - all this through email - Jack was responsive.
We had a that wasn't functioning well, Stewart recognized the issues, came out, over time and explained that the problems in detail. There wasn't any scare-tactics technical details what can/can't be achieved, what is worth it what's not. The conclusion was to replace the system.
Very pleasant and considerate. However; overcharged, spilled water all over the carpet, left the open drywall size of the huge printer box in the downstairs bathroom. Cannot recommend...
That is why we return to Alltech for all and any needs- they're fair, effective, proficient and easy to utilize.
We have been All Tech clients for more than a decade and they NEVER disappoint! Tony Stango replaced with an awful and older toilet fast and only right and was our guy today! Gave us great suggestions on some DIY care we was professional and extremely friendly, and can give in the future. Our puppy enjoyed him instantly which is a powerful endorsement!
CHECK OUT THIS GREAT STORY. https://www.liftable.com/kara-pendleton/mother-must-cancel-appointment-s...
They replaced broken hot water heater the next day, a Saturday and called again after hours on a Friday night. Their tech was professional and did a fantastic job. I strongly recommend them.
Thanks!!!
I am a member of the Total Home Care care package of AllTech. It's totally worth the cost.
Tony: Came to scrutinize our plumbing and has been very professional and comprehensive. He was able to supply fixes for small issues I didn't know how to take care of. Also, Tony gave me suggestions about the best way to fix another problem we have that would ordinarily cost me $250 to fix (I'll be asking for Tony's help if I can not do it!) . It was nice to know Tony and AllTech were not wanting to rip me off.
Tom: Came. Tom was also professional and quite thorough. He checked the filters and heaters throughout the house and offered to alter them . He discovered that one of my own heaters was making a sound but still functioned and also to keep a look out for it. Nothing required to be fixed however. Also I have to mention that Tom was quite patient. He was followed by my 4 yr old about and he was kind to her.
My AC was blowing hot air and failed. Based on yelp reviews have them all come to check my AC and I chose to call them. They were quite polite and professional. Also I got an automated telling being on his own way. Stewart was really useful and he managed to fix my AC quick. I would certainly recommend them and I'd choose them again.
I frankly can not say enough good things about his team & Abe. I would, if I could give them 10 stars.
Wow, just wow. His staff & abe are the real thing. I achieved without a hope of finding help until Monday on a Saturday. Abe's guy was able to fix and also have my air conditioning working within the hour, covered his sneakers in my home and showed up at 3pm. He was very educated, honest, and got the work.
The experience was reassuring with this relatively new homeowner. Each AllTech employee I've collaborated with over the past two years has been a cut above other home support professionals I've done business with. Among these individuals are the technicians who inspected my system, Alex and Ian; Ed, who replaced the blower motor on my furnace; HVAC sales representative Jack, and support representatives Alex. and Kelly
After using AllTech for the two spring inspections, I contracted them to install a method in my condo. David and Jacob were efficient and professional, as were Greg and Kenny, who set up my own water heater. Because this was my first purchase for a homeowner, I had been initially concerned about two things after one of the cycles following the installation -- a smell and frequent cycling. AllTech sent Victor and Josh right off to check the system; they clarified why the rapid cycling and smell would have likely occurred (a spike in outdoor temperature, and blowing dust that had burnt off throughout the furnace's first run during the setup ).
