I referred to as sewer savers in my house in my 1st night. We had water coming up from beneath the toilet and into the shower at 1am on a Saturday. Sewer Savers had Dan out by 2am and was the first to react! He needed to snake the lineup all the way from the roof but was not able to find the main cause. After digging to the sewer line at 3 am, Dan managed to relieve the pressure by drilling the pipe but needed to come back to finish the job. After returning he managed to snake out a bunch roots and install a clean out connection, but said that we most likely have a pipe towards the lawn. We ran into the back. . .Dan was right. After discovering EXACTLY what and at which Dan said they would locate the issue (cracked pipe) they went above and beyond not replacing the pipe, but also snaking the remaining down to (but not in) the City sewer connection. In addition, I need to give a HUGE thanks to Rachel at the office for convincing the owner Steve to help out us with a discount off the cost. (Thanks to Steve also!) I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs work done at a great price.

Schedule an appointment to get a quote, got from work to be home waiting, didn't revealed nor answer the telephone and called, I do not think is a good business practice. Won't urge and will not call them.

After looking home advisor, fast call back. Fantastic quote and fast response. Cleared the line in the house to the street and located city tie-in. Difficulty was a city dilemma when companies might have tried to make the most. The owner even responded to help the technician (late on a rainy Saturday afternoon!!) Top notch service recommend highly to others and will surely call again.
