Very professional and reliable. Had a crisis at 1:00 AM in which a pipe burst and flooded out of my garage. Him and resolved the matter and his team arrived at my house ASAP. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***
Beware!!! Not quite honest people, not just that you need to ask Robert to put down everything in writing and make him sign it, but you would also need to physically check their work once they complete ahead of paying them. The job was NOT done according to codes. I have learned my lesson, I found out after I paid them that they didn't do. When I phoned them they threatened me when I call the code violations to be reported by the town, because they did not apply for a permit for this job I would have to pay the permit fee. If their license number is legitimate, I am not positive.
