He is respectful, honest, and cleans after himself when. His prices are far better and he discovered an inherent issue with the pipes in the home the previous owners attempted to conceal from us. Horrible support. Hot water heater from them 2 years ago that contained a warranty. A part on the unit has gone bad. They fixed me it under warranty the very first moment. This go around they said they couldn't get out here for 5 days and when I told them it was unacceptable, '' the owner said that because it already broke once they do not pay it and I need to get hold of with the manufacturer myself since they will not cover it.
I did not purchase a TV from BestBuy, I bought a water heater. Don't use them.
1. That delays our fix and our family will be out of water for an elongated period of time.
2. And when they did send me the part, I would need it installed.

4. The plumbing company refuses to make it appropriate.
1. "Master Plumber" comes in to fix an easy flow of a RO faucet supply line.
The plumber installed the comprehensive system for 2 years back in under one hour!
2. He billed for 1.5 hours claimed to have fix the issue. Charge was 178.50
This would be it, if a business could receive a ZERO rating. Yelp does not permit a zero rating. Allow me to tell you how the experience went. .
3. The"Master Plumber" left with the faucet installed backwards and flow restarted the same night; the whole place was bombarded by dawn.
Jeff arrived on time, was very professional, clarified everything. He stated he could replace our water heater that day when we wanted and gave us estimate. The job was done and he even took our previous unit away!! Surely will remember this company in the long run for our plumbing needs!!
Had an excellent experience all around! We were needing a water heater and I called plumbers in our area. Some gave estimates and others would come out for a quote, however there was a charge for it. Clay county Master Plumbing came out for a free estimate.
Called about a clogged drain. Dispatcher called right back. Set up an appt. Got a call from Alan their plumber technician about 10:15 saying he would be there in about 40 minutes. Alan assessed the issue, came and proceeded to work on it. He had it fixed in an hour and explained his activities. It was a fun having my pipes issue being worked in by Alan. Would recommend him.
