In September 2018 ProMag Energy representative Greg visited me. I agreed to a Trane unit's installation, even though my existing unit functioned, but getting old. When the County inspector visited post-installation, he alerted me that the device ProMag didn't match the version they placed on the County program whenever they applied for the license. Now, after several telephone calls and 3 weeks -- such as to Greg -- nobody from ProMag will react to my request. Totally non-responsive. As a recent priest, a difficult lesson was learned by me. Please be very careful dealing with ProMag. Their job is not backed by them.
