Adrian was the plumber that came outside to unstop my principal drain.He was very professional and had a character that made me feel comfortable,such as we knew each other for ages. Within a brief time my drain was cleared and back to normal.Thank you Adrian and Aaron, you guys are fantastic. . I would highly recommend.
I'm disgusted with the total lack of care and work ethic from this Dr. Rooter. He was paid a lot of cash when confronted about his lack of communication has been extremely rude to me, to perform this job and then.
I'd if I could review with negative stars. This plumber has been hired as a contractor to finish the installation of a system at a steady. The project took months longer than expected to finish and he was limited in his communication. Now that's time for your septic drainfield to be inspected by the Department of health it cannot possibly be the homeowner. The DOH tried to inspect the work on 10/30/2017 but were unable to do this because of standing water (no matter plumber). It has been A MONTH since that inspection that is tried and the plumber has not followed up with the DOH to ask that a follow up. I MYSELF contacted this to be confirmed by the DOH and they don't have any record of the plumber contacting them.
