Service Master Plumbing Substituted a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater (Propane) Within my Property. The plumber did the work, and also submitted an estimate, evaluated the work, showed up on time. 5 Stars says it all. I've an executive home so I'm no stranger to jacked up quotes by unscrupulous contractors with no integrity (Hello Ben Franklin Plumbing @ 3X that the 2nd greatest quote from 22 submitted) You don't have to think about that nonsense for this business, I would hire them again.

ServiceMaster Plumbing, regrettably, wasn't a competent option for our job. WOW!! I can't believe the guts of the company. They delivered. Walked when we questioned his skill. They have the guts to send a invoice. We predicted another plumbing service and the problem has been solved in one hour and a half.

Anibal immediately discovered the issue, came out and place it up for them to come back. Fit me in quickly and was professional and extremely respectful! Highly recommended!

Worse plumbing firm. I have a home in Orlando but I don't reside in Orange County. As a huge water leak was from first floor to second floor I had an emergency. The plumber came and said so he wouldn't touch anything there was mould. There is, although I had to bring a mould specialist who said there is NO mold whatsoever. I phoned back Servicemaster Plumbing and they answer saying sorry but that is what the technician said but also we unable to"open a pit" to figure out where the water is coming from if the owner isn't physically in the house. The point is, they sent made me pay to come over with no motive and they can not do anything because I'm not in the home. Service master plumbing: worse experience ever.

Each the time really is frustrating. I have made st no kidding, 40 telephone calls, 40 calls without a empty promises.
Very very very bad customer services. Scammers, avoid this business.
Poor permit follow up. If you value your peace of mind, avoid this company. They called on permit for final review and the city of Orlando construction department is a lot of new permit, new paperwork, advice and inspection chambers. When I call them they pretend to care but nothing gets done.
Don't use this organization. Teco informs me that I have to get it resolved through the Servicemaster business although te o gasoline refers them. Teco is submitting a complaint with them which will be reviewed when the warnings are .
Each year seeking to sell a service is called by them but can not get the permit.

Had a last minute problem when installing countertops. Servicemaster sent Chris outside immediately and was on the spot. He took good care of my problem, capped off my toaster cook top and returned later that afternoon to hook everything up again. Highly recommend!

I woke up to some smell of gasoline at 4am.
For your safety, NEVER use them!
They were quite dismissive and unconcerned that one of their techs could be putting clients when I reported that to Servicemaster.
Now, I phoned my gas utility business. Peoples Gas needed a tech over in moments and he showed me where the valve had not been tightened properly and in which the gas leaked. The fix was quick and easy.
They replaced the thermal coupler in my water heater (that took 4 days to purchase and put in ) erroneously, so that I detected a gas odor once they left. I called the after hours and a man who introduced himself as the owner came to check it. He said everything was fine and abandoned.
Their incompetence could have blown up my home or worse a person that was hurt/killed.

They spent an hour on it, results and arrived to assess the issue; they left with a complete hours fee and couldn't find the issue. The worker did not know how to perform his job, having to call his superior.

Thanks ServiceMaster for clearing up a water line problem and on. Jose got here this morning and fixed the problem. He explained every step he had been performing and was very proficient and knowledgeable. Thanks also for getting us immediately, to Heidi and Lori.

I would give it a -10 if I could give them a star rating. We needed it checked since our water that is hot starts and stops and have a tankless water heater. The senior service technician from what we could tell and Tony came out did nothing. We have known them for 2 days and can not fine out what he did but bill me $105.00. I won't ever use them .
