Extremely impressed with this company. Had chose ServiceOne based on their professionalism, the rep's understanding and thorough evaluation of our needs and circumstance skills and certifications, and estimates that were acceptable, and interviewed quite a few companies to get an A/C replacement. They did not disappoint. Their customer service is top notch, from front office to the agent into the A/C techs. Job using our A/C install. Really a business of integrity. HIGHLY recommend this company to your A/C needs.

It was a day - I took a lot time out of my afternoon, the diagnosis was performed by trial and error over hours, it was not efficient, and at the end I'm not comfortable with the choice.
I had. When I called this company, I said that another tech came by and was not able to pinpoint which board was faulty without replacement one by one. This history was clarified by me and specifically requested for a technician to come they reassured me I will be in great hands. They came a day later - the man was a lovely man, but did not have knowledge in the boards. He called his Service Manager at least twice - twice the fixes and tests that he advised him to do did not repair the problem. We spent at least 2.5 hours on this trial and error quite liberally. Another tech gave an investigation that it is the zoning board and came from this provider later in the evening. Though I won't know until it is replaced, he was convinced. He offered $1500 to repair. Including two dampers for $800 - but there were no tests done to demonstrate that they are faulty, and it's costs too much to replace as a preventive measure or on a hunch. He said the fan isn't sending a signal to the board - but the unit's fan part worked just fine the day before this company came I remember it quite clearly and supported. I'm unsure what they did to also affect the lovers. The board is $700 of the $1500. Zoning boards from great brands go for about $200, and setup is straightforward - reattaching about 20 cables so that is a huge upsell in price. I really don't have the confidence that I'm getting a price that is fair with this company.

This is actually the home where I used ServiceOne to replace the HVAC system. Alfredo Raton gets me the cost and the best products and service and constantly is great. First impression is very important, I had a scheduled appointment from 5.00 until 7.30 PM, they did not show up at all I phoned in 8.00 to cancel, I will take my business into a more professional company.

Gave a report that was totally false to an AC unit in regards. Claimed the unit required to be repaired when in actuality, the next AC company that came out, stated that it just needed to be turned on from an switch! WOW! Talk about not understanding what it is you're doing! Watch out customers.

First time using my experience & this business did not start out well. The tech they sent out was rude and unfriendly at times. In addition, he charged us more than what we had been quoted. The dishwasher install was not done. A call was left by my husband . Judy was quite apologetic & Ken called my husband back right away. They made it appropriate. They refunded the gap sent out another tech when they said they would. Hector was corrected what was needed on the set up and fast, It was done this time around. I'd have given a 5 star if it was not for the start to this company. I do have a great deal of admiration for a business who made it appropriate to us after a bad experience.

These guys are awesome. We recently bought a company where our employees told us and have been using them at our house for years the a/c has never functioned properly. We spent a lot of cash on a/c that was high sweating and bills. Service One inspected the system went up on the roof and in all of the crawl spaces in 98 degree temps, came out and found the issue. They fixed it and we've been comfy and cool because, without throwing our money from the window on electricity bills each month. They are great, I highly recommend them to anybody!

There are a great deal of plumbing and HVAC businesses, some are fairly good. However, S1 does something others do not always. They perform work that is fair, good service and prices ALWAYS. Does a good job, they maintenance and are dependable. I had people. So along with my experience that is great, neighbors and many friends feel the exact same way. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.

I was nervous about phoning.
I can't complain about an A/C firm that's professional on-time, honest, courteous, and affordable. $80 to get a trip which includes the labor and a service call is uncommon in the A/C business. Not to mention they did not attempt to sell me on any other components or a replacement method.
My A/C system had a condensation line that is obstructed and that I was unable to clear it myself. Anthony, my tech, has been professional and friendly and came on time. After assessing my system, he told me it was older (12 years) but NEVER gave me any type of sales pitch to purchase a new one. He told me that if I merely maintained they system it might last me a few more years. He provided me. That cost included clearing my condensation line and performing routine maintenance on it daily and in a few months. That cost included all service fees and tax!

I had a business that Billy utilized, in tern I use them for many years. I feel I was never trying to find repairs. I signed them on a contract to come out. They keep my previous unit running, therefore I can't complain. I hive a five to anybody.

Service One has always been responsive and fair in price. The technician takes the time out to explain maintenance procedures and all possible difficulties. I never feel taken. I've dealt with companies and have heard of some real sacrifices. Highly recommend Service One. I feel the tech (forgot title ) has been with them for over 20 years. That says a whole lot about a company.

I've used ServiceOne many times in the last 4 decades both for plumbing and A/C work. This summertime lightning struck in longwood and fried the A/C unit out close to my rental house. I determined it was better to simply replace the unit than fix and try. Replace it and one of their techs volunteered to come out this day. The tenant didn't even need to spend 1 night without A/C. . .highly recommend!

UPDATE: I received a call from Billy, the proprietor, to discuss my evaluation. We spoke in my experience, and that I felt compelled to upgrade my review based on this conversation, which clarified many things for me. Foremost, I misunderstood the cost of freon. We determined that this was more inclined the quote for my trip, including adding freon, rather than a per pound quote. Among other things, had I understood this, I might have given a evaluation.
