Fantastic support. We had a congestion so we called Grace plumbing to come out and have a look. They came really within 20-30 minutes and were knowledgeable about what was happening. We heard a lot! They could fix our problem timely and is working properly! Would definitely suggest Grace plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
After moving in, we had a sewer backup in a home and Kevin came out to help. He was educated, and made us feel a lot. He walked us and then snaked the drain. I will definitely be calling him anytime we have a problem.
Another technician (Jim) stated that he could not make a previous appointment time because I did not give him my"city" despite giving him my address with zipcode. Does he not understand that my speech and zipcode are? Geez Louise.
Exceedingly unprofessional. Stay Away! Produced an appointment to be set by 3 distinct attempts in which the technician did not show up AT ALL.
If you *want * to give me a price estimate without doing that, in order to come then give me an appointment time and ask me to text you my speech?

On the 3rd attempt, after phoning the technician (who was 25 minutes late) to get an arrival time, the technician John blamed me and started talking quickly and harshly saying"I phoned it and you went to voicemail so that I didnt encounter. I want to talk to you before I will come to the appointment we place to give you a'price estimate' because some customers have balked at our prices'"....
You use them to talk with customers, if your cell phones are being paid for by your company then why can't? Does it make more sense a customer who has attempted just or to make many appointments to cancel them?
Still have toilets broken.
John and Kevin were very nice as they issue a plumber should have cared for and worked us through. If we're ever in need again we know who to call!
Dave was a awesome. He called me to confirm my appointment. Showed up on time. He managed to determine my issue. And began working to fix the pipe.
First I talked to some nice man who listened to my issue however wasn't the plumber. The plumber called me back a few minutes later to give an over the phone estimate.
The plumbers was very unfriendly, I would say rude. As soon as I asked about an alternate way to fix my dilemma and asked questions to explain the estimate he did not listen at all, rather interrupted me, telling me to consider it and then he just hang up on me. Needles to say, I would not employ this provider.
The estimate was large, roughly double the price then what 2 opponents had quoted.
Kevin was amazing and reassuring during a period of stress! They came out over the hour of a pipe bursting. He fixed it up and gave us a fantastic price.
