He was able to knock of $ 20 and did the fix in under 30 minutes. He was able to send an invoice to my email for my records instantly which was valued. Gary was amenable to my requesting lots of questions that are technical and was very favorable.
I based on testimonials and utilized yelp to find a plumber, I called Cornerstone. The client service partner, Caleb was really valuable in setting up an appointment for now. He was very careful about not getting dirt. He recommended changing the fill line and identified the problem as a fill valve that is broken we had to a coil with brass ends. He said that type was better because it might be flexed and still work.
Cornerstone made it a really painless experience while I despise mend.

My upstairs toilet stopped filling water after flushing. This happened a few days back and I couldn't use the toilet unless water stuffed in the tank manually each time I used the toilet. Uggh

They discovered some possible problems during our property BEFORE they became BIG problems. Being a member of their strategy saved me a fair amount on their posted rates.
In terms of the quality of their work along with the professionalism and cleanliness of their employees... you will not find any better, anyplace else.
Nevertheless, the only feedback I'd have for them is to quit driving up their rates and advertising so much. Their rates are still reasonable... but are on the other side of the other quotes I received.
We signed up for their"maintenance plan"... not sure what they call it... and all 3 technicians showed up on the same day as promised to perform their inspections.
In years past, they would have been a five star, but I managed to find the job.
FIRST CLASS OPERATION!
Have used Cornerstone for our AC needs for years and have always trusted them and their team. We so are pleased together in those areas, too and began using them for plumbing and electrical.

We had a toilet that was never installed despite company breaking up the toilet paper holder at the procedure and coming three times out.
Mike Hill did a beautiful job and came out and eliminate wax rings another firm left under the toilet without needing a proper seal. Mike also installed my new toilet seat which I appreciated. The timely and follow up arrival what was professional, from placing the appt. I learned my lesson from previous 13, while cost was somewhat expensive You Get What You Pat For. We'd definitely use this provider again and Mike Hill our plumber was great and specialist. My bathroom now looks great and I will be able to keep it clean.

Because of the awesome service I received tonight, I intend to tell my fellow board members about Cornerstone and I trust that we can do business with them again later on (hopefully for another reason though, ha!) .

Earlier today, I used Yelp's"Request an Estimate" service in search of a plumber to clean a complicated copy in a multi-unit shared plumbing line. Mind you, it's a busy holiday weekend, Sunday, along with a subtropical rain storm has literally just passed . Daniel responded to my online query and the moment I called to provide info to him, Reese, who saved the day here in my condo was promptly discharged by him!

Phenomenal experience. Serviced our very first house with a/c work, and pipes over recent years. Turned it into a rental and they've been keeping up the upkeep for the previous two decades. All the staff I have encountered has been courteous and knowledgeable. Always give term customers to pricing and discounts to team members. Fret or never had to question about the quality of job and we live away from the property in another country. Professional work done the first time. Listed with our property management company as my vendor. Nope their not cheap but neither is their quality of work/ service. You get exactly what you pay for! Extremely extremely and trustworthy recommended.

For something to go wrong you may start to believe the worse. The problem was not a problem but it might have been. I'm thankful for the support and friendliness. Thank you again. I know when I have difficulty, who I'll be calling .
If you're looking uses and honest techs look no more. I am always a skeptic once I must call someone. I don't know what to expect or what it will cost me. Marc and tommy showed up as expected, listened to me ramble on, and were upfront on the cost along with what the problem could be. I believed that I had been in good hands.

Cornerstone was hired for a repipe and that I was left with issues afterwards. While they were addressed and correct by them, it did require them more than 1 trip and the correction was less than satisfactory. I feel the job was completed not and to satisfy my complaints to go above and beyond. I initially dealt with Miguel who had been very friendly and useful; he was empathetic to my complaints and tried to resolve them. The reason I am giving two stars rather than one is due to Miguel's excellent customer support and a little refund I was given (it had been less than I asked ).

Called in a panic after another firm was a no show and they sent a tech. Kevin courteous was on time and explained everything. He was even super friendly to my two year old and comprehending if my dogs wouldn't stop barking. He emailed me a detailed receipt (including images of the work) only an hour after completing it. The cost was higher in comparison to other places that I predicted, but I would gladly pay more to receive such amazing customer support.

Customer service is enormous for me, and I was impressed by this corporation. Both of my AC units went out on exactly the exact same day (when a different company was performing care ). I had been scrambling to get quotes and get the installation done. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helped me as best they can. I felt like everybody. Matt did the quote and was friendly and knowledgeable. T.J and John R. were the contractors plus they were considerate and kind, and guaranteed everything worked correctly.
The brand was not one I had been comfortable with, but I came to learn that they were enormous globally, and that was just in the united states. I was able to get performance that is better than if I had gone with a different supplier's Trane units. They are so silent and we have now had the units for a month, and are unquestionably cooling fine.
The 1 suggestion I'd make to you, if you need a loaner unit, inquire to give/put from the ventilation duct. May have forgotten this.
Overall, superb experience, and I intend to use them to my AC requirements.

Did not fulfill service contract warranty. They market"24/7 Emergency Service". I have a signed"Gold" service contract together assuring a"24 Hour Service Guarantee". I had a plumbing crisis coming home from work, promptly called them and was told a person could come out 4 DAYS later. Their"reduction" you're supposed to get is nothing special, they give you establish prices that you can easily match or beat with their own vouchers. Don't waste your time or money.

We really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Cornerstone. Their office staff is always valuable. I like a photograph of this service person and emails along with the text. With the person working on helping me solve my pipes issue without needing to re-explain the 32, when the office team cut off I was reconnected. The plumber, chris, was knowledgable very nice, and respectful. While not the least expensive plumber in the field (the workplace sets the amount for certain services) they guarantee the job and get the business done. It's perfect for people like those who want reliable tradespeople and just moved into the area.

Cornerstone had someone and they could make the repairs. They are so considerate and professional as well as when necessary so that It was not necessary for me to sit anticipating the repairs communicative.
We suggest Cornerstone Air, Plumbing and Electrical for their own services. We've never been disappointed and both service folks like Carlos and Lory! Both were wonderful and handled our repairs efficiently and fast!
Within the last two weeks, we have needed both fix and plumbing and electrical services.

From the 15 or more air companies I have dealt with Hannah, Cornerstone and Brandon were the best. Their professional, caring, stuck to their pricing that is preferred and educated.
About 1 hour before the time, I got a text message. A picture was included together with a brief bio. (Neat!) Before I got home and my wife let him in, brandon arrived. He was in the center of servicing the air handler when I arrived 30 minutes after. My system includes a pump and that was inspected by him also. He had a great attitude and was personable, educated, funny. He pointed out some potential issues and offered GR8 maintenance suggestions. Then we went to the external compressor where he provided me and put up gauges. I was impressed.
This review is about Cornerstone Air and plumbing. The experience began at 10:00 PM on their site. I was able to initiate a query directly from the site. I used the HVAC business that had installed my system to perform annual system checkups. So that I searched for a new firm I was not pleased with the last few visits. Because before replacing my air handler and compressor I had service calls from just about everyone in the Brandon region, I was very apprehensive. I felt ripped off each time. This time, Hannah was my appointed customer service rep. We carried via email. She told me they had a particular that was at a GR8 price. I put an appointment for this afternoon. She had been extremely attentive, always concerned about me and my program - not there is.
Call the scammers and don't make the mistake I did for so many years - call you and Cornerstone'll be as happy as I am now! Thank you Brandon and Hannah - I really love you assisted me!!! AGAIN - This is.

Where to start? These gentlemen and ladies at Cornerstone have never let me down. I came to them after one of their competitors wouldn't make directly. They fixed my system and they have just done it again.
Once they found the problemthey fixed it. Courteous and professional all the way!

Scott came out and spent five hours running down the probable cause and if he had a fresh pair of eyeshe left the phone to the office and got Brandon and, their newest tech, William out on the exact same day though they all had complete schedules. They eventually discovered the difficulty tucked away deep in the duct function where a lot of cables were melted together (their best guess was from actual structure, which I would have to agree with that assessment, as we have had weird problems since we bought the house.
I am aware that no company can be all things to all people, but provide Cornerstone a opportunity to earn your business, I don't regret it!

I had Gary C. come over for a clogged sink and garbage disposal. Cleared my problem. Quick, friendly service and very educated. Iask and'd call him but hopefully I don't have to.

Begin by saying they are men and women! But... I could not get even a ballpark cost for the job I wanted. After I called several times. I had trash disposal, faucet, and a kitchen sink to be installed. I needed to cover them to come give me an estimate. It would have saved me money and them time, if I would have an notion of the price. Their quote was very high and they could not be used by me. But everyone was friendly and they did appear, so that means something! I wish it didn't cost me 60 bucks just to meet them!

I called and a tech was out to help within a few hours to service a clogged drain line from our AC unit which leaked into our garage. The office staff were very nice and helpful. Matt was our tech and he was great! Got to perform to repair the problem and gave me suggestions about how to prevent the issue in the future. Highly recommend and will call on them again. Thank you!

Josh, the Cornerstone tech, performed the normal checkup and upkeep on the HVAC. He had been quite helpful, professional and prompt. All five filters changed for this older client on the yields in our ceilings. I am completely happy with his job.
