What an amazing job. I am not quite sure why such reviews that are low have been obtained by them since the service. I wake up at 4 am everyday and to my surprise they replied to affirm an appointment that day. I wasn't accessible so I picked in for today. Immediately after confirming my appointment, I requested images to assist with my shower. Additionally they texted me . They have been extremely pleasant, quick, educated, and made many recommendations. Overall, they deserve ratings since their service stood out above the rest and trust me I phoned organizations to fix my problem in the area.
Honest and affordable. Difficult to find people, that is do not exaggerate plumbing issues. I recommend them.
Just use them if you've got great house owners insurance. The experience will be very frustrating for you since their job is simply, if you understand plumbing in any respect. If it were not for my bombarded dining area (under the bathroom they vandalized) I'd have been entertained by their job. The nice young guy who tried to install a toilet was, I think, a third production contractor (son of the proprietor ). The part of my experience with this company witnessed this young guy being educated to avoid taking responsibility and also to place over taking pride in his 32, avoiding consequences. Consequently, if you want like installing a toilet, simple plumbing performed, hire a different plumber OR take action and see a YouTube video yourself. Prepare yourself for disappointment have insurance if you hire Johnny Doan!
I do care about a project well done. All these morons, drilled a hole all the way through my kitchen wall through the backyard. They tried to hide the problem by putting a"chair" in front of the brick in the backyard. Both"plumbers" argued constantly in front of me. One asking if he should"fix" a clog in a pipe they created. Another one said that it wasn't"our problem". Cabinet man was disgusted re: the job that Johnny Doan had done on the indoor pipes. He called his manager. Everything has been done wrong.
If I could leave a 0 stars review..., I would. These men are incompetent in their day. They work for Home Depot as a sub-contractor. I've since begged for Home Depot to let them go. They are very unfriendly, of that I could care less about. If you're"cold", nevertheless get a professional job done, I am exctatic!
