The Pampering Plumber

Desired a water heater and telephone. I predicted pampering plumber/who set up the water heater when our home was built and they quoted 899 and was there in one hour. George was courteous and professional and had the work done in one hour. I strongly suggest them.

Terrible! In a friend's house when a technician came in to service her bathroom. Technician came in and inquired if on septic. . .stated yes... he says she needs to call a septic company. That was it! Did nothing else! He then proceeded to argue about what she should have said when she needed to put the appointment! I'm happy I was there to see that... I will NOT use this company nor refer these!

Do not use!! My neighbor just used to those guys and they charged $400 for a single hour of labor and $10 worth of components!! When they whine, they were told"they charge a flat rate". Would you say RIP OFF!!

Terrible. Mislead, didn't meet service request, paid out of pocket and addressing problem that I called The Pampering Plumber out to complete in the first location. Spoke with director after the fact and he gave me the run around.

I can not say enough good things about this company. This was Sunday when we noticed a leak. Eddie, their service tech answered the"after hours" call and stated he could be over in 1-hour. 50 minutes later, worked on our escape and he arrived. I discovered Eddie to be efficient and courteous. He detected in which the flow was coming from inside a few minutes and it was completely fixed within one hour or so. I can not recommend these guys enough- you will feel Pampered with their service that is great! Oh... and the $59.00 service call charge is NOTHING compared to other services I have used in the past. Pay that for quality work!

So thankful to have found them. Have done business with them over 15 decades that were previous. Misplaced business card..and phone number dropped with brand new phone....so I searched until I locate their logo. Great services. CJF

The Pampering Plumber has the best reputation in the business. Their prices on water softeners are reasonable and best of all you are aware that a state certified plumbing company made sure your system has been installed the time. It gives me piece of mind knowing that if anything does go wrong, they are on call 24/7.

I've utilized The Pampering Plumbers several moment. Not only are they prompt, considerate but very professional. I would advise they are called by anybody in need of a plumber. It's unique to have these quality in Florida!!!

The polite receptionist called to get a bathroom clog repaired in December and advised me that the service charge that was $59 could be taken off of the final quote. The service tech came out and estimated the ceremony depending on whether he would need to get on the roof to snake the clog. An ordinary plunger was used by him and mended the bathroom issue, which turned out to be clogged. He was for 10 min. He then and I argued . I called the manager who basically walked away from my business over $59. If both men had coped with my husband instead of me I bet, I would not have gotten ripped off. Ever since then, my neighbors also have shared a story. I wished I'd understood prior to calling them.

The plumbers are professional and friendly.
The work they do is exceptional.
The office staff is excellent in scheduling support.
We have used this plumbing company for several decades. Their support is as good as it gets.

Toilet. Told need new toilet. $428.00 two days after same thing occurred, offered to send tech to put camera to determine if something clogged, did not need this because problem intermittent. 1 week after a second toilet not flushing, I called septic tank company and was told this is due to all the heavy rains and it'll deteriorate and don't call a plumber, I called pampering plumber and talked to brett, I asked to get a lien because marketed a toilet for no reason. He said no rebates. He agreed this problem happens with heavy rains. Did they sell me a toilet if they knew this. ?
