The price was reasonable, and the service was impeccable. Wehave tried several area plumbers and've lived here for 12 decades. I think we have discovered our man!

A man in my opinion!! He's not connected with BBB, but he will be when I finish this note. Because it took so long for warm water to begin in our shower we called him. He also installed a Watts Instant Hot Water Recirculating System. Found it online for under $200. And it did not take him more than 60 minutes to install it. There was no breakdown concerning labour. I suppose not! It read Installation of electrical receptacle in area of pump not included. It was performed on November 25,2015. I retained the Invoice since I talked to somebody about him, and I was advised that they felt cheated!
SSF resident and master plumber that is honest in the area. Doesn't do repairs that aren't needed and sometimes he comes across something sudden and that he still quite fair and fair and fixing it
We had a rental home that is 7 years of age. We noticed that a leak in the bathroom, After the tenant abandoned. Our property manager called Mr Flynn to come out. He mended the bathroom But he charged $265!!!!!!!!! I installed it and would have purchased a new bathroom myself in this price. Our property manager was amazed in the purchase price and attempted to sue be more in the $150-$175. This man is a rip off in my view and I would look elsewhere.
