The day the gentlemen who came and made the repairs were comprehensive, polite, friendly, and also brilliant. My A/C started working better than it ever had within an hour of the departure. So long as Ron and his staff are here, I won't ever go anywhere else for your own A/C requirements.
Nick was so comprehensive in his review and explanation of a few of the principal issues causing my recurring summer nightmare of an A/C that struggled (and often failed) year after painful year to keep my home at a comfortable temperature.
The expert team at Lakeside was able to address, thoroughly explain, and immediately remedy a problem that has existed on a level ever since my A/C system has been set up 9 decades ago (by a different local company that failed to address it during setup, and) that resulted in recurring issues in the onset of every summer. I sought help from many other local businesses (none of them could effectively solve the issue), before being referred to Lakeside by a buddy. I AM SO GRATEFUL.

Recently our air conditioning unit that was whole needed to be substituted in our home. I had about eight companies come out to provide estimates in relation to the cost, upkeep & guarantee options, system types, seer degree, etc.. We were not disappointed. Today was our day that is install and the staff came and they did a great job, they were very friendly and they talked us through the new thermostat along with the unit upon completion. We had a great experience with them. The one thing I would say has room for improvement, is there automated texting and email system. Both of them were shipped to confirm our appointment for now and posted a period of 9:00 a.m. Around 9:30 they nevertheless are not here to install so that I called the office to follow up. The lady who answered the telephone was very friendly and informed me that really is not 1 set time but instead a window of time so the workers can show up to the office and get what they need for your day in the a.m.. This does make sense, I just wish the texting an email systems could have informed me of this time range rather than one specific time. But overall they did an incredible job and we are extremely satisfied with our choice!

It's Sunday and I must have known as 30 A/C places trying to receive my. Did I mention it's Sunday. And it's summer in Florida. Most places I predicted had.
It was that the owners voicemail I 14, when I called Lakeside first of all. He let me know he'd send someone and called me back right away.

Incredibly delighted customer!! Not only did they provide the option from 4 quotes I obtained. They took the time to answer all of my questions so I really could make a truly informed choice about what I was buying, and educate me. I didn't feel like I was being SOLD I feel like they were helping .
Excellent customer services. Fantastic TEAM! Even in the event that you have to pay a tad bit more (that I did not cause they had the very best bargain )... it's worth it! Nothing beats on on customer services. Found out that they do plumbing too. They will be my one stop store for Heating & Plumbing because I know that I could trust them. Grateful!
They proved by making sure everything worked and was programmed to my satisfaction they cared. I couldn't get the WiFi feature to function. I tried to contact customer support on the apparatus but can not. Instead of sending me instructions or back to customer support that they shipped out one of their techs who had victory and any wisdom on IT stuff. It took several attempts till they got it all working, but they stayed and troubleshot!

Would highly recommend this firm They certainly deserve a five star rating knowledgeable and very professional from begin to finish Michael did a superb job and his cleanup was impeccable would certainly use this company again have not had such a fantastic experience previously with companies that do pipes and air-conditioning and I have to say I was tremendously impressed.

I thought I would give them a go and found reviews of Lakeside. We had a spot in a corner of my bedroom. Michael came out first thing went over and beyond to help us (and our neighbor) find the source of the leak. I highly recommend Michael Moody and this company. Very happy!

Lakeside to the rescue. This summer around my family broke down. First my mothers in law, in a day she had an unit expertly installed. The week my fathers' house A/C chose to go out, I had been out of town and they worked together with me through email and telephone to have it all fixed. The newest was now, the upstairs unit is not functioning. Keep up the great job you guys ROCK!!! Jackie communicates with clients and has excellent patience.

I had a new central heating & air installation from Lakeside. They provided a great experience to follow up after the installation. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I have had systems installed in homes utilizing contractors and this is by far the installation and . Oh, and did I mention that the best cost? And I checked 3 other contractors for the specific device. I recommend these men without booking and could use them again in a heartbeat.
