Cash Plumbing

I have had some pretty rotten adventures with technicians in the previous few decades, therefore it's such a relief to locate Cash Plumbing. I am going to make sure my neighbors know about the corporation.
I called a plumber I have used before, who charged me 65.00 to come out and look at my very old water heater. I had been quoted a price of 2750.00 for a 40 gallon tank. I went into Home Advisor and was connected to Cash Plumbing. The type person who took my call reiterated my view that a charge bidding on service and to come out is a thing that is bad. They gave me a quote of 1000.00. When the plumber came, (Dylan, I think?) He said that I could have a tank for the exact same price. He was very educated and also a joy to have in my property.

I can not suggest this team enough! My spouse and I closed on our home. Evening our ceiling in the kitchen began leaking from under our toilet. I put to Angie's List along with also a representative from Cash Plumbing called me within five minutes. I explained the problem and then he walked me so it did hurt. Then he said he can come searching out for 200 evaluation, or when we could wait till the afternoon to have a free inspection. Since he had already helped the leak stops we picked for the afternoon.
The team was quite incisive, and extremely polite. Each step of the way Dylan (Dillan? ) ) Helped to clarify what was going on, gave me options to save money, and showed me why the flow was happening. The homeowner had done a subpart job substituting the drain in the bathtub which caused an overflow and a flow into the kitchen below. As he saw it would make problems he mended that, then quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price to repair the tub faucet. He asked to telephone if there were issues, and gave a warrantee about the job to us.
There was a little bit of water to the kitchen floor, two days later. We called and they came out immediately, although it was the evening hours. After inspecting it they understood it had nothing to do with their job, or the plumbing, but the grout behind the tub and under the faucet was not sealed. He gave us instructions about how to do to the job for under $5, then actually grabbed a gun that was grout from their truck and patched it so it would not flow.
They stand by their job and actually helped us out where we were stressed out from being first-time home owners. Thank you Cash!

I highly recommend their services. I had tenants in my condo and they broke the shower handle. I believed this would be a simple fix, but there was no brand name listed to the handle on any of the components or the shower head. The plumber I called out of another company came out and removed the handle to take it to determine if he could locate the part. Problem is, he never came back did he answer any of my calls to bring the handle that is broken backagain. The plumber had no clue which kind of handle bought handles on a suspect and would fit on the cartridge and came out - and they did not match. I called Dylan and Cash Plumbers came out and he knew which brand it was and exactly what part I needed to order to fix it. Excellent service and very educated!! If needed I will definitely use them again.

Our expansion tank sprang a leak and we had water spewing from the tank and dripping down into the bath. We have the water turned off and started hunting for a plumber. I hadn't even finished reading the List recommendations of my Angie and that I had a call from Tom, the plumber for Cash Plumbing. Super responsive! I then kept calling him back together with pricing and queries ; he had been professional and patient with each call. We set a time for your morning, but ended up with his coming out the exact same night at no additional cost. I sent him a picture of the unit to substitute; he gave me a quote on the telephone ($100 less than another quotation ) which was the exact amount charged - no surprises. We had been without water for just a couple of hours - not bad for what we believed was a likely to be a deal. I highly recommend Cash Plumbing. If we need a plumber they will be my first call.
