Today, Chase and 6/11/18 Jason remained for 5 and a half hours in our home. They poured the concrete in afterwards and fixed both the cold and hot water flow. They used their chisel and hammer drill when they weren't able to find it over ground to get in the concrete. They were very professional and explained everything to us every step along the way.

Hmm, how best to give you a heads up. I called this business for an estimate on buying and installing an appliance. They said they needed to check..and they'd call me"back". They did not. I called them again. They offered no apology and said they awaited gram a price and they'd call me . No telephone. . .and it is now. . .left a message....and they STILL haven't returned a telephone.

Because I had everything I thought was a leaking water heater I called OMNI. The OMNI plumbers came out and replaced the water heater and I had a water heater in draining water sitting four days later. I phoned OMNI plus they offered to come back, I requested the proprietor come out, and he came. Jason said for an additional $300 and said it wasn't the water heater he would repair it. I said the original OMNI plumber should of diagnosed and fixed the leak first time, and I do not believe I should of been charged extra to have the job fixed. Jason was arrogant and unprofessional and in that point I wanted the water paid and repaired. I would not use this provider again.
Impressed. We tried to replace it all ourselves also had a small leak in the pressure valve. This is a DIY project but because of the piping and valve used by our builder, it wasn't a normal replacement. We called Omni on a Sunday night prepared to leave a message which would be returned on Monday. We were called back in 10 minutes and could make an appointment for first thing on Monday. Initial star. On Monday the technician and the workplace called before coming out and let's know timing of when he'd arrive. Second star. Cole and justin were professional and polite. Explained why we shouldn't use the component we bought at Lowes and rather use their component which would be warranteed (that is important). I would give them their star even though the cost was twice. They replaced it and a few piping . Very fast - 4 stars. I am holding that 5th star, since the labour for that 20 minutes appeared surplus (at least to me). The part was around $90. The total bill (with a $20 review reduction ) arrived to $355. I am sure it's the going rate for your trade and until we left on vacation, it needed to be replaced. It's exactly what it is. All that said, I trust them without some other plumbing issues and would definitely call them. You get exactly what you pay for. Thanks, Omni!
Did a great job. Came out quite quickly and addressed the dripping water/pipe...3' underground! I'd call them .
These guys were fast, fair and efficient. I had two broken bathrooms! Jason responded fast with help on the way. . .that today I can finish the rest of my holiday shopping and cleaning:/
They had been on time, polite, gave me a quote up front and even though I think that it was tougher than they thought it would be they honored the cost within $25. Matt was polite and comprehensive. I'll call them next time I need assistance.
Major shoutout to Omni Plumbing Services! I had an issue where water leaked from the upstairs women' shower and Chris Anderson recommended these men. They came by now, noticed that some baskets were hanging from the shower head, causing a lot of water to leak down the walls in which you turn on the water, and it had been becoming behind a metal plate. Removed baskets, conducted water for 20 minutes, no water, no moisture, NO CHARGE:-)
Matt and jason of all Omni plumbing services are professional, knowledgable and courteous. I had a sink clog that is lousy and they knew exactly how to repair it. They showed up on time and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this business.
I had a pipe burst from freezing. I received a call about the escape from neighbor and had been out of city. I called Omin. I drove home that day and Jason met with me that the very next morning. . .prompt, practitioner price and I could not be happier! I will call Omni for each my future plumbing needs.
