I had reached out to some competitor that was very 11, before calling UIP. They came out went up after a conversation and quoted a price that was massive and look around. They wouldn't even drain the tub. I gave them both the support charge and called UIP. They arrived the next day quoted 60% less and completed in a timely and cleanly fashion. Highly suggested.
Fantastic company to work with! They were fast to respond and also took good care of my own water heater just like it was nothing whatsoever. I would highly recommend!
The good:The costs were absurd. They told me that they charge $125 per subsequent hour and $200 for the first hour. I expected them to maintain that word. The price for my job has been $500; I anticipated the job to take hours. It didn't. It took them less than one hour. Sure, I can blame myself for not negotiating or knowing how complex it is, or I can say hey. . They understood it would take an hour or so but didn't say that. Rather, they charged me for what could be equal to a 3.5 hour job. Just how am I supposed to understand how long a job takes. . .that's why we employ professionals. The charging person on the phone charged my card and wouldn't discuss it.
They were prompt, friendly, professional, and finished the job. Plus, they offer estimates to no charge.
The bad:
