Awesome reliable. When we had a tree he came out. He managed to use a jetter to open camera and blockage to let us understand where break was. We would recommend and use them again for our plumbing requirements.

Technician arrived on-site to help locate a waterline break. Noted to us that it would cost $185 to begin digging. We accepted this. Technician needed a excavation plan and dug at position for about 10 minutes prior to reporting that it was too heavy to dig . Technician subsequently got to talk about that plan. He reported back a proposal of about $ 3,000 and was on the telephone for more than 20 minutes. We asked that he keep digging and disagreed. While on the telephone, he purposefully talked loudly to the opposite end of the telephone to say 'we wasted our money and his time'. He reluctantly consented to dig another 30 minutes later we noticed that we would not be hiring him to make an excavator. He rang the door bell to say he was finished and dug for 22 minutes. . After he left, I dug for half an hour and went outside myself. In that time, I exposed to plumbing flow and inventoried the damage. Following a trip to home depot, I backfilled the gap and fixed the flow. To think, your technician attempted to upsell me on a $3,000 fix that could also have required major landscaping damage (which was NOT included). As far as I am concerned, Halcomb Plumbing is on my list of DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND.

I was quite dissatisfied with service and cost of service call. I called to schedule a plumber to come out since there was an issue where the toilet . I scheduled an appointment and was never offered a service call. The tech came out because we couldn't hear the doorbell, he was missed by us and he left. We did not get a phone call that he was t the home until we predicted an hour later and found out that he was there and gone. They said there isn't anything incorrect and did dispatch out someone else that turned the water back since it had turned off due to the over flow issue and flushed the toilet times. The house owner was called by him and indicated they buy a new toilet. Service call $145 highway prosecution!!! If I would have known it was that I would have predicted around. He took my credit card back into the truck since he did not have consumed his paperwork or anything with him, he carbon copied my card and a day after I am getting phone calls that I want to cover them since he composed my credit card incorrect... simply dreadful.

Thanks again, David. Thanks Halcomb Plumbing. 2015 is gont be the year.
Let's begin that David Halcomb won't honor. This was taken by me . See the calendar icon.
When you have a look at HalcombPlumbing.com right now, you'll see no evidence of a coupon that was on the home page a couple days ago. That is most likely because I called and spoke to someone at Halcomb.
She tried to create all this relate-able, stating something like"You know, for all the work he has to do, he says he can't do it for that small, because he has to pull the machine out, winterize it, take it into East Point, and then drive it back, you know..."
But alas. There was a coupon when I called offering one hour hydro-jetting for under $500 (it was the reason why I called Halcomb, since Roto-Rooter wanted to charge $1200 for jetting). It stated that it was valid for their support area, and had no expiration date. I live in East Point, GA, also I had been told by the individual I spoke with that they provide service. Basically she stated they don't tend to go beyond the airport. East Point is within the perimeter. Just being clear . The only stipulation is that you had to mention that the coupon to get the offer. Good thing that it had been there on the site before this week.
This is that coupon again, yet another time, so nobody has to scroll back to the very best.
Halcomb Plumbing is a company run by someone who doesn't honor his term. You are able to cover them at your own risk, but why would you if you can't rely on these to be honest about something which's right there one day, but when you say you saw it and request it, they say no and try to make it vanish?
You can imagine how surprised I was when I had been told that David would not honor the coupon. This was after I phoned on Wednesday, December 10 to set up the appointment. It was going to be set for Friday, December 12, at 12pm. But the agent (I believe her name was Lauren or Laura; started with an L) let me know that David had already put the jetting machine up and'd winterized it. So as to do the job, he'd have to pull it out, do the work winterize it.

I requested his representative to ask him to rethink. I requested him to keep in mind that I'd called in a fantastic coupon for a service he has confirmed that it is in his service area, and offers. By honoring the coupon, David would honor himself, his sentence, his workers and his firm. You'd think he'd do the ideal thing.
David's understanding of performing honorable business is stating,"Eff your coupon. I changed my mind, because I am David Halcomb, and that is what's up. Gimme $300 more dollars, because I woke up like this."
That's not my problem. I didn't attempt to negotiate a cost or talk him down to being cheap enough for my money. This was his cost, and this is his occupation. He's a owner of a plumbing firm and a plumber. That's David, the occupation, and this is.
But no. David hasn't asked her to call me back. I must suppose that my $500 isn't worth his honour or David's time. David doesn't appreciate honour. David's honour is like Russia's currency. Worthless. Weak. Un-American.
Here's the punchline though. The Halcomb representative did say that he would do the task, but it had to be to get the regular cost. Not $500, $800. She said he would do it if he could get another jetting job at precisely the same day, so it would not be such a hassle to do the work, meaning that I'd have to wait until some unfortunate person had a clogged sewer line and called his own firm just to make him come and do the work at my house, in his service area, at the cost he encouraged.
So David, here is to you which makes me go out and look for someone else to hydro-jet my sewage line so that my wife and kid don't get sick from the germs in the water that may back to the garage, cellar and laundry room again. Here's to your own honor. I will get you a shot of the most affordable Russian vodka I can find if I see you, and we can laugh at getting away with being a liar and changing your mind because anything or East Point. I'm sure you are successful. Be on the watch for me to contact the publications who have featured you all and also let them know what sort of business you run. No idle you to embarrass or maybe to tell my Twitter followers to not encourage you. Forget that. I work in press. I know how to create this bad. That's what I'm going to do since you don't have the decency to call me back and say no, I won't respect my coupon.

There is nothing worse than a company that doesn't operate in good faith or with criteria of honesty when it comes to its own promotion. To put it differently, it is not uncommon to renege on your word.

I have been looking for our"go-to" plumber and we finally have!! The office was responsive and our plumber showed up sooner in our window of time, as I asked (if it was possible). Our situation, which was a problem was coped with by freddie. He was informative about some questions that I had as well. Reasonably priced and professional. Call Halcomb plumbing!

Great Business!! I had a water heater. Professional and friendly staff.

We've used Halcomb Plumbing many times throughout the last few years largely soon after moving in. They unclogged a badly clogged kitchen sink put in a shower head that was complex, mended the shower, replaced a broken faucet and replaced our water heater. They have always been very professional and honest and they get the job done correctly. They are highly recommended by us!
