Both technicians explained the procedure of what they do to me and were very knowledgeable. They showed what I could do to stop backup in my home later on.
Mike was our tech for the second half of the work that had to be finished. They arrived at my home a few hours after I left a 5 am call.
Mike also went over and beyond about completing the work, by calling our HOA. The two times they came to my home I had a follow up call in the office. The price for this damage and customer support was reasonable.
This business was called to correct a clog (washer wasn't draining). Their plumber said he had to experience the toilet to conduct a camera to see the issue. ($200 for these to take off it and put it back , and no we couldn't put it back ourselves to lower the cost). The total went to be $671. I spoke to the boss, and he immediately interupted meworked himself up into a frenzy, yelling at me, and finished by saying he was carrying his plumber off the job and let somebody else deal with me. Well, I am SO GLAD he did! I predicted plumbpro, they had been clear, told me we can look after the toilet to save the money. The issue was fixed by trit for $225 and guess what! He further said that wouldn't have helped to repair the issue anyway, and did not even have to experience the toilet, so we took away the toilet for no reason! So $671 to not repair the issue vs $225 to really fix the issue! NOT a option! Call plumbpro 912-274-8153
Mr. Rooter came as promised, with adequate and clean equipment to clear, verify and examine my whole drainage system. Answering inquiries and listening to my concerns and previous issues . Explaining the procedure and making recommendations on how best to issues.
Can't say enough about the specialist, timely, courteous, knowledgeable personnel and technicians in Mr. Rooter. . .not to be mistaken with Roto Rooter, a difference that is CONSIDERABLE is there. In case you have a older home like mine, you want three best buddies...that a Plumber, an Electrician along with a General Contractor. I just found my Plumber BFF at Mr. Rooter.
In the close of the day , I am paying a specialist for his services, although yes, I am a customer than others. As I prefer to say"professionals perform professional things". . .after two years of technicians, I can attest to the quality and expert support that this company delivers.
Two technicians at a 24hr period failed to complete a task of clearing the primary line at my historic dwelling in downtown Savannah. One abandoned and had a collapse, the line stuck but not verified it. . .neither will pick up the phone when I called to cover the bill.
This organization and staff, notably Josh, are amazing! Was knowledgeable and comprehension. Josh came out into our home and he was HONEST, professional, trustworthy and prompt!! I will certainly use them again for future occupations and would highly recommend!
Josh was courteous, clean and careful. Prompt and very professional both times he came to my house. Communicator - answered all my questions immediately and in person. I would strongly recommend Mr. Rooter and use them again if needed.
Thus far so good. Very good customer service out of Dave and his helper. Service has functioned. Waiting to see how long.
The return call was quite quickly and the service was impeccable. Mark showed up late to resolve my plumbing issue. Very friendly, quite skillful, and a pleasure to talk with. I would definitely recommend these guys. Mr. Rooter will be the choice for me another time I have an issue!
