Can I call them CERTAINLY!
Both effective pleasant and kind are these men, very simple. Rare in the plumbing sector.
I believe that they are father and son, fixed it and troubleshooted the problem. They were in their way in a few minutes.
This provider is wonderful to deal with. They ARRIVE on time. I was hurrying to come home and when I arrived home, they were here! Prompt doesn't get better than that.

Although he started to work but he was a bit overly talkative than you would expect from a specialist which come for a particular service and not for to be your buddy. In addition, he talked on his telephone on a matters a few occasions and I believe what do I do for a living and that he should have been focused on getting stuff done right rather than being interested and asking.
ABSOLUTELY NOT Suggested.
As I discovered later"all the parts" which have been wanted was one 20" standard braided hose to get a couple dollars. He did not have it nor he made any attempt to swing with a hardware store and return to complete the filter installation - no such option was given.
The guy showed up right at the conclusion of the specified 2-hour window and arrived in poorly maintained and dirty truck which kind of speaks for itself...
And adjust the rotation limiter and next, he neglected to set my new faucet up properly. When I want to so I can pour water not only in my sink but also on my window!
First, during the faucet installation he severely twisted both braided link hoses which is strictly prohibited in the installation instructions (I doubt he even read it...)
He finished with the faucet in like 30 minutes, billed me for an hour and said the water filter can't be installed by him because he doesn't have parts and called me to a third party company.
And the best part I discovered after he left and grabbed my check:
I reserved these men for kitchen faucet and drinking water filter installation and I had all the parts available for them. What can be simpler, right?
I would go and buy some tools and redo all of this myself with that non-professional service than cope again.

It has been two weeks since then and none of the other firms I contacted had called me .
It had been water began leaking from the toilet. ImmediatelyI either called and left and looked up plumbers on Yelp messages or companies that were emailed. Only one responded in one hour, JBC. In fact, JBC was the company. I spoke to Josh and clarified the situation. I told him it wasn't a crisis but that I'd like someone to repair it the next day, on Monday. The price he quoted was quite fair. One repaired it, identified the problem and of the plumbers arrived. Thank you Josh for professionalism and your quick service. JBC is a company you can rely on.

I so wanted to provide this company five stars however..my easy drip (so I thought) turned in to 5 hours and two visits of fix. Yes, difficulty Kohler products that are sourcing. However, they and Two visits got it directly. . .well almost as my hot water is cold and cold it sexy. But after two weeks away from work..the drip stopped. I just live with the water that is . The second chance I gave them was to correct my bathroom where a seal dry . They replaced the seal. . .however the next day once I flushed my guest bathroom its squealed!! Thus, called them. Winston came out and fixed it fast! Thus, ask for Winston..if I started using him, things would of probably been repaired properly. . !
Have patience. . .cause I lost mine.

Not a crisis situation but definitely not suitable.
We called JBC Plumbing, and Josh was able the following day to send a couple of his repairmen. Their birth was timely, and repairmen were communicative and friendly . After some troubleshooting, appeared the best solution was to replace the water heater. In a couple of hours, the old water heater was removed and there was a new one installed. Pricing was comparable to what other areas would have charged, but it creates a world of difference once are pleasant, polite and professional. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! Showed for appointment. Was efficient and clean. Additionally made suggestions for plumbing requirements. I will certainly use them!

If I could give a 10 Star I'd give it to Winston since in the last week I had problems with my toilet so that they sent one guy Filipino uncle who did nothing but seeking to unplug it. Uncle Winston was the plumber to appear but he did a much more marvelous job. He knew that something was wrong after times trying to flush so he took the time to take it apart and discovered that a thing that was stuck and after solving the exact problem he mopped,scrubbed the ground before he left. I'd refer him.

I set a quote but didnt receive no response so I opted to call..happy I did.
Josh came out another day for my project check. We set up an appt the next day to remove and put in new tankless water heater (that I bought from Home Depot). Josh gave me a cost upfront for the job. (no hidden fees)
I'd get a referral for a licensed electrician.
JBC PLUMBING LLC does NOT charge any sort of fees, any upfront fees quote fee. NONE!!
Ryan and his partner showed up very personable. Job was done less than one hour.
My water heater stpped making water. So I moved on YELP and discovered JBC PLUMBING LLC. Having a 5 star rating. No unwanted reviews.
The only negative would be that plumbers cannot do the hookup based on state code.
Highly recommended firm.

Once they were done, they explained what had been wrong, what they'd done to repair it, and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. After checking out a more problem, they were ultimately not able to work on (more of a landscaping issue) they composed my bill, accepted my check & were in their way.
By means of history, our bathroom had been making dreadful noises for two months, but we managed to live with it for a short time. After the bathtub drain also started giving us trouble, I knew it was time to bring in the professionals, & I sent out a Yelp request for quotations, to the maximum number of companies allowed (maybe 6?) . Just 4 responded, also JBC responded in just a few hours; additionally they told me their rate upfront. When I called to follow, I was booked by them for the very next morning!
Long story short, I wouldn't hesitate to contact JBC for assistance and would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat. While I can't talk for their work on more complex installations or"major disaster" type scenarios, I would probably call them for those also. By what I have seen, their support is really top-notch efficient!
I can see why they're very popular, and will call them again, next time I have any plumbing requirements although I've only had one experience with this company! JBC's customer support was great, rates were reasonable, and they obtained the work done well & fast, from beginning to finish. . .basically,everything I need at a plumber!
Mike & joey showed up . . .well, technically 10 minutes late, but after phoning to tell me their time of birth. No biggie for me. They went directly to work, after introducing explaining the issue ourselves. They were very courteous about eliminating their shoes at the area, and came in & out of their house many times. (I've had other service suppliers who weren't!) They were also very nice to allow my ever-curious 2-year-old see them constantly, and even responded"hello" with a smile, every time he said them. . .like 20 occasions, hahaha!

Quick, friendly, timely support? Yes, please! Needed the wax ring within my toilet replaced. Joey was completed in 20 minutes and even had the time to assist me with a couple of pipes questions I had. Will definitely use them again next time I want a plumber. Thank you!

They were my first choice once I asked for a plumber. I asked on the internet and was told to call. I ended up making an appointment with a different plumber that week. The plumber I did make an appointment ended up having to cancel my appointment they were available the next day and so I phoned this plumber .
The plumber arrived and said we needed 3 faucets. He bought 3 great quality sinks from Home Depot and fixed and installed it the exact same day. Including visiting Home Depot, the time it took took around 5 hours. The entire cost including labour and 3 faucets was around $800. No credit card.
I would use this company again.

We had a new toilet to install and some other small plumbing jobs to complete... these men were prompt to reply, had a very fair price, were just plain amazing to use and did a fantastic job in a timely manner! For any future plumbing needs I have for sure They'll be my go to plumbers!

Russell came on time to swap out toilet faucet and my kitchen sink. He was having difficulty since was a little too big, but he went out and have now its fit, and the tools to shave down my granite. He did not charge for this time he went to get the resources , and worked hard during. Our bathroom faucet leaked a little and then he came back right away to fix it. Great Job, and reasonably priced.

Russell assisted is with a flow at the base of the toilet. Russell was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He provided excellent customer support and did a thorough job. Also explained what measures would have to be taken in the event another problem. Fair.

Kitchen faucet hose sprung a leak. Ordered new part from producer American Standard. 10 days waited, component came. Removed old dripping hose. Pulled hose out the stainless steel housing on the sprayer end lodged within the fixture, out of reach. My bad. Locate or could not see it, but I knew it was in there, caused from threading throughout the fixture obstruction which prevented new hose. Called a Lot of plumbers. Most said" next Tuesday" of what , not an alternative! Chock filled with dirty dishes?
Matt from JBC showed up over 2 hours, plumber McGivered a solution and obtained the piece out in about 20 mins. Problem solved. Worth every cent, $115 after. Great job and fast response. What else would you desire. Wish I left that rate that was rather!

They have been with me two tasks and are a friendly and responsible. They could explain the issue clearly and made recommendations.

Super quick response, scheduling, affordable price, and Winston was fast to repair the problem!

We had a leak in our yard (Will Not pretend to know what part) and originally called a different Firm who Lent over $7k Called JBC to compare and turns out....it has been WAY less and just took a fraction of this time! The tech came out and cared for it explained everything. . .including he didn't need to do exactly what the company stated.

Water heater went bad not getting and with business coming to town chose to replace the heater. Wife didn't want me to do it called JBC and made an appointment. They arrived on time took the old one and replaced with a brand new one. I went to work when I came back was a large puddle in my laundry room floor. After cleaning I determined the leak was coming out of my water heater. Called up JBC (expecting that they'd send somebody over in the daytime ) and they sent the first install team right over. They began to drain the device to block the leak and confirmed the water heater was faulty. They asked when I needed to wait till morning replaced the next day, but I was expecting company. No issue. Totally impressed towards making things right with the client. Many businesses would have put blame on the merchandise that was faulty but these men worked to create me the situation right. I truly love that. Will repeat and recommend

Called this company for a service check, Winston phoned me and gave me an approximate time that he would come by, he said between 12 and 3, he kept calling me back to update me on his program , he predicted several times to keep me posted, very good support. Winston came about 2:30 and assessed what was our problem, he immediately saw that our dehumidifier(located next to the bathroom ) was leaking water and it was not the actual toilet that was the problem, I was somewhat embarrassed about that, but we did not need to dish out the big dollars for a fix, just got billed for the service call, AAA+ firm, thanks JBC and Winston, thank you for good honest service. Do not call the companies that are huge, call these folks, you won't regret your choice!
