I discovered Hawai'i Drain Cleaning Squad using Thumbtack (the Uber program of home improvement services,) after needing a plumber to fix our leaking toilet sink pipes.
After discovering that our kind of pipe did not exist in Oahu and going to 3-4 pipes stores, the pipe replacement parts were ordered by Jack rush . Certainly one of his technicians Christian came by within 48 hours was made to fix our sink.
Since HDCS ordered a replacement that is sturdy my bathroom sink is no longer leaking. The cost for the pipe replacement and service was reasonable, given how fast it was fixed.
Jack, the operator or HDCS, came to take a look at the pipe and provide a price estimate, and immediately responded within 10-15 minutes of my request.
I discovered Christian and Jack professional, instantaneous, and upfront communicators. They roll out a red carpet and put on booties on their shoes which is a bit of customer services.
I strongly recommend when we have plumbing demands later on, HDCS to your plumbing needs and will surely keep HDCS in mind.

The sole reason for subtracting a Star was because there was debris left out of where they cut into our wall. Although we had been supposed to be sent a quotation concerning installment of a sink but never received it. I'm assuming it was forgotten about. Aside from that, we'd certainly do business with them again.
Jack and his team were great with communication with us. We had a crisis job and they had the ability complete the job in a timely way and to do a consultation. There was a hiccup on the originally scheduled day of repair due to an emergency but had been in communication as soon as they understood they would be pushing the timeline back. They were very knowledgeable about what the issue explained the differences with all the elements of the new parts and our shower was they installed. They explained everything in detail to us and answered all of our questions.

Great customer services. This morning, first spoke with Jack and they were out here by 1:30. Took a look and gave the quote. They were quick and got it taken care of. Jack gave some suggestions on what and what not to utilize to deal with a clogged drain. Great group of guys, will refer them. To these guys.

Called Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad late one night when no other firm replied. They gave me options to deal with my clog , and came within one hour. My loved ones and I made a decision to snake the drain to get us up and running to the evening after going through the options. They failed a courtesy camera inspection to see what led to the clog and found rust and dirt build up , after the blockage removed. We ended up removing dirt and all of the rust build up with business machines. All I will say is MAHALOS to most of the hard working people you've got and when we ever need any plumbing assistance for anything, I will be calling Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad. Highly suggested.

I wouldn't recommend this firm for your plumbing project. Last Friday I scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. He cried because he forgot about the appointment, so we rescheduled to Monday. He replied to my text or never showed up. I took a day off from work to take care of my plumbing issue, so it was a real inconvenience.

Jack supplied a quotation to me instantly. On top of this, when he had been onsite, he gave me costs for other services up front. My initial quote was fair but he charged me less, since he could get rid of the clog. He really did not have to looking at how much work he put in, but its apparent that he's an honest businessman and very much valued.

I had a line up that started a day ago. Thought that I would attempt to troubleshoot itself but that did not work out. Mind you, I had been communicating from last night regarding availability and quote. I was onboard and my phone died. I loved the fact that they were eager to come out and fix my problem instantly and that they had been located on Waianae side. I read some reviews that mentioned not many plumbers are eager to come this aspect and costs would be $ $, when they did.
Contacted Jack first thing this morning and he came out within 30mins. This company stands by what they promote on their site. This is why I say 5
Knowing that I'm a female with minimal knowledge of pipes and costs. I never felt mislead or tricked . Jack answered every question for him to take some opportunity to describe it and that I had trust him with my needs.
His associate and him were quite clean from the minute they entered my house, during their workup until exiting my home. Shoe booties ongloves, towel fabrics handy... very sanitary.

Entered my house with shoe coverings, laid out a sheet to protect my floors and whatever may come out from the pipes. He had been prepared. The camera ran down my pipe to know the plan of action beforehand and to have a much better perspective of what we dealt with. I felt included the whole time.
