Shawn called me and stated he would be coming by in 20 minutes and like clockwork he revealed. He diagnosed the leak and mended it in about 20 minutes and was on his way back to his other scheduled job.
As I was cleaning up the yard, I noticed that my water heater spring a leak and went to the water heater closet. Shawn left so I figured I would call him to come check it out. He was run course to the job but he stated he would swing back later.
Team and shawn arrived with Dennis from AAA Best Water to put in my water softener. Whatever they did and job increased my water solved pressure in addition to my water issue in the sump fixture from my water heater.

My water heater decided to spring a leak over in my garage the other nite. I attempted to fix it with flex seal tape lol ‍ that didn't get the job done. So I waited till the next morning to call somebody and shut the water off. A friend of mines recommended Prestige Plumbing. Said that Shawn did a fantastic job on there bathroom. So I used my yelp app and requested a quote. I did not listen so I called, after waiting for some time. He was told by shawn replied I sent in a quote. He did not get it yet, but I told him my situation and sent a pic of the harm. Shawn stated he can come by later in the day. Great communication he allow us know when he had been on his way. He let me know after I sent it, he got my quote request. So it is not him it is yelp if you don't receive a response straight away. However, you can follow up with a call like I did.
Shawn was very nice. Figuring out exactly what was wrong and have to work with it. Explained everything he repaired and replaced. Something else started leaking, After everything was replaced and he fixed that also. We were really happy with his professional services. Didn't take more than 1hr for him to repair everything. He gave us a wonderful price!! Will call him if we need more repairs!!

My bathroom faucet wasn't running and that I called. He did not use the parts and so the faucet functioned but made loud noises when opened. The'fix' cost $400. I felt that the fix must have been done satisfactorily and completely. I called Shawn to possess the faucet re-repaired with the ideal parts but he declined request so my husband needed to fix it which he should've done in the first place and avoided the fee. Quite disappointed to say the least.

Our water heater passed away. It'd led a long and useful life, but alas was no more (I used far more colorful words than alas while showering in cold water). I phoned Prestige Plumbing and left a message. Within 20 minutes, Shawn returned my call. When he received my speech, he understood he was close by and scrutinized the deceased approximately 15 minutes. He phoned me back and put up an appointment for a heater that was brand new the following day.
Shawn was personable, professional, and pleasant. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will not hesitate to use this company for pipes work.

Great support! Was able to text him images of this problem because it was not a job that is very simple, then scheduled support. Was efficient and quite fair pricing. Able to charge me through and invoice and paid online. So easy! Will definately use again for future needs and highly recommend!

Shawn mended and replaced a garbage disposal.
He told me to remember not to use the disposal for a trash compactor, and also to conduct water for a minute after utilizing the disposal, but to scrape all the contaminants I could before rinsing. I'm grateful for the time that he took to prevent the issue that is next.

We moved to Hawaii to open the first location for our business (CC Cookies & Cream. We needed to have some plumbing work completed and received lots of proposals. It was not the lowest bid but after speaking with other businesses and speaking to Shawn (the owner of Prestige) it was quite clear that he was the company to go with. He was not attempting to take advantage of us by adding small fees for doing work. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. He explained everything what would be required and that has been existing in the space. In addition, he saved us lots of money and hassle in the end by accommodating our last minute changes. This is going to be the company we use for all our future locations and any residential plumbing matters!

This guy is great to go. I recommend Shawn. He also replaced a leaky pipe out of my second story toilet that leaked through the dry wall at the kitchen ceiling. He had been professional, effective, competent and timely. I like that we have a nice and reliable plumber at Kaneohe.

Dude is down to earth and came through to repair our toilet. When the water sounds like a flow all day, you understand, and it's driving you mad? Yea we were rescued by him .

Regardless of when they won't even return my phone to request an appointment to fix my shower how these men get 5 star ratings. I tried phoning them twice in a week's time but still nada and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Great grief, if they won't even return a call for new job, can you imagine how it's going to be if you need to phone them back for warranty repair?

Shawn really deserves the title of"Master Plumber!" He completed a intricate setup of an under-counter auxiliary water heater to provide a sink and a dishwasher, designed and set up a custom made diversion drainage system to prevent a flood in case that fresh water heater overheats and spews hot water, then installed a garbage disposal air switch, fixed and reinstalled a toilet, and removed and substituted a corroded toilet seat, all in under three hours. The caliber of his work was impeccable. Shawn re-tested the outcomes of his installments at each stage and analyzed, and left everything spotlessly clean. He had been well-groomed, low-key, friendly, well-spoken, and thoroughly professional. His pricing was fair and accurately itemized. I couldn't have asked for more. This was a interaction in every manner. Highly suggested!

Night had a crisis on Saturday, broken pipe in the wall and house flooded. Called Shawn Sunday for an emergency repair, he came at and had been on a job. At that time we were expecting we tried to clean the water up and could not understand how there could be so much water, well when Shawn and saw the problem that he went and checked outside at the main shut off valve and it turns out our main valve was also not good and allowing the water to keep on flowing at a slow speed (now we know why each single time we cleaned the water up would just keep coming back). Together with Shawn being an honest man this is what he explained , take care of the immediate problem today (broken pipe) because the main valve can wait. Than he clarified that because it is a Sunday he can return to do the valve through the weekday when rates are reduced and the speed is higher. I cannot emphasize how reasonable the price was for the repair of the pipe at the walls on a Sunday, we will be utilizing Prestige Plumbing again. By the way Shawn is the company's owner.
