The toilet takes 3 flushes for a typical"evacuation" and also the noise of the flush is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Will likely replace the whole toliet. I get water conseevation if three rounds are required by every flush, but it doesn't save anything.
From the company's defense we did not employ Allen's plumbing so we can't say precisely what happened. But we purchased a property that Allen's had worked by signs of the voucher cap with the contact number and name.

Hired Allens to install new sink and garbage disposal and to get water lines put in to get a water and dishwasher dispenser/icemaker on fridge. I ended up moving with Allens and had called around for some quote comparisons. Their quote was detailed and emailed over right away so we could see all the expenses that were itemized. Between having cabinets installed to appliances and counters coming in, we had a window of time and Allen managed without costing too much to adapt us. The tech that arrived did work and was on time, friendly, professional. This had been an all day task, but we were pleased with the outcomes.

Aloha my expertise using Allen's is that aloha from Keakoa and Jeremiah was nothing but the best experience. They were out reset and to remove my solar water heater. I have employed allen's for more than 1 job and as a consequence of these experienced technicians I have a method functioning installed much better than the original placement from years back. After having my appointment ubruptly canceled by a different plumbing firm (where I made a week prior), I discovered Allens through a google search. Already frustrated with my situation, I decided to give a phone to them. Their fast and considerate service got the job done no less than two hours after my call. Good job!

Daniel Kapoi along with his helper (sorry didn't get his card) were very polite and effective when our furnace broke. It didn't look like anything was busted and it was economically fixed by them! Living without water for a week was very difficult!

Allen's did a great job fixing the drains in our condo Preston was the technician and he did a fantastic job he had been punctually neat and clean. Marrisa the service coordinator called to be sure everything went well the also coordinated the sheetrock fix after the pipes was done.

Fantastic support. Happy with the job that has been done in a professional way. The tech was great and communicating was superb. The prices could be somewhat high however I would pay to have the job done once and know the job was done right the first time. I was also impressed that the plumber called a superior to request his can and a question by and delivered the part and explained everything was done to specifications. The tech hung the stand to maintain the hose off the floor which he didn't have to perform and it made the project complete. I highly recommend This company for anyone who is tired of craftsmanship that individuals on the island feel is the way. I enjoy the work and its business name and honestly feel that this company is legit they stand behind. So it was pricey but the task is complete and I will not have to be concerned about this in the future! Thanks!

They called one hour to verify, then did not show up. Came two hours. Could provide no aid for my own water pressure problem. Charged $140 for trip. Additionally attempted to sell me a $3000 water purifier. Did not take the bait! Beware

Emergency support on our system asked, and we were very thankful that our call was taken care of immediately. Considering that the Maui operator (friendly and cordial) informed us through her GPS monitor that tech's ETA was in an hour's time to our location, we left into a public restroom nearby because we needed to refrain using our toilets. She should've been more diligent to alert me through my cell he was within minutes away. We'd have waited. The 5stars go out into our drain surgeon JP Y. who had been very professional describing the drainage problem that influenced our piping, resulting in flooding. He patiently explained our options.

I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of JP. He discussed all of my worries . He gave great advise on how to avoid my kitchen sink backing up in the future. He was very detailed in cleanup and his job that's very valuable to me. I appreciated his ethics and trust his knowledge. If I have a plumbing issue I'd call Allens Plumbing.

I Suggest Allens Plumbing. I made a contact request on the internet and they were very timely in returning the request. The technician kept in touch with me about the time of his birth and was instantaneous. He explained what he was planning to do every step of the way was effective, and gave me recommendations for potential future needs. I will definitely call them again.

Tech and CS are great if they appear. Scheduled an appt. Very first thing in the morning. Called an hour earlier to confirm appt. And didn't appear till 1.5 hrs. later. After the service, I notice that they dumbed the crud in my front yard from the pipe. May have asked where to ditch it or pour it so it's not noticeable. Pricing was large.

Don't come on scheduled day. Next day with all our components, we were charged $149. Previous conversation on the phone didn't elude to this cost. They will not charge hourly and pull the number.

Daniel Kapoi has been very efficient, professional and easy to utilize and sourced and installed a bathroom. Definitely an asset to his company. We'll continue to utilize Allens Plumbing because of support techs such as Daniel.

This is the second time we have had work. They're fast and efficient. They took care of us and were quite friendly and professional. They are the ones we'll call for our company when we have plumbing difficulties. Billy and Isaiah we are great!

Was referred to the business by a friend who had a prior positive experience. Speedy scheduling, knowledgeable phone services and polite. Technician Bennet was professional and knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Described nicely and made suggestions on how to avoid costly repairs in the future without being pushy. We'd Giovanni DiCosta of Allen's Plumbing come out to look at leak problems. Both times he had been professional and congenial; at the first case he demonstrated there was no leak where we supposed there could be one. In the second he discovered the origin of the leak for a kitchen faucet that had been installed per manufacturer's recommendation, but he replaced the company's washer with"good old plumbing putty". He then had me spray water on the bottom of the faucet to meet us there was no leak.

I had a drain / pipes main clog at a really inopportune moment. I called Sam Medeiros and Allen's was at my house within 1 hour. He was considerate, professional and got the work done quickly. Dispatch did a nice job. The cost was quite reasonable. I will call them again when I need them...

Highly advised. They are as responsive as possible, often coming before the time that is dedicated. They are sensitive to keeping cost down and not doing work that is unnecessary. All on the area guys and the telephone, are considerate and very knowledgeable.
