From Kathi at the office, to Tony and Steve who came out to do the jobs, to Ray the owner- communication was amazing, they showed up when they stated they'd, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, what worked or was mended and there were no surprises on the bills.
Five stars isn't enough for this plumbing firm. Since we moved in I have used them quite a few occasions. They did the pipes on our laundry area, came out on a solar water heater"emergency", set up a water flow meter so we can record our water usage independent from our neighbors, and most significantly adjusted the problems from our pool builder -backflow preventer wasn't allowed or installed properly even though the builder told us it was so we could get a Final on our pool.

He moved on to discuss that he's quite busy and if I do not need my job being completed by him, thats fine with him!!!
When I called him - to remind him about our appointment, I needed to leave a message. He in turn got my voice mail, when I phoned him back he said that he was no longer at the MIGHT and area stop by later in the afternoon and phoned back!
WOW.... Such a bad example of service.
He told me it was my fault for never answering his telephone!!!
Ray, the owner, is really self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills.

My mission today is to ensure Lahaina Plumbing's company slows down. A LOT.
He failed to appear for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he explained that"I need to call him to remind him about meeting me"
Absolutely the worst in service and customer support!
I believe that things should have changed because the reviews. The customer service was good. As was the plumber, the receptionist was fine. We had the plumber out to do projects that are different. Both times he showed. He worked. I was very satisfied with the experience.
I would if I could perform 1/2 star. The customer service is extremely poor. Aside from the customer service from the owner the job was bad also. This was a experience.
If you want to be over charged and don't have any customer support, this is your company!!!!!! I really don't need to give any negative energy Ray karma will catch up with u I am telling everyone and I've lived here 37 decades, Lahaina Plumbing simply wants your MONEY!!! They Could Provide a SH@t about un!!!!!!!
My loved ones and I on holiday when on arrival we discovered our tub didn't drain. Long story and pleasant and Kathy who managed to get a plumber to us within 1 1/2 hrs and solve our problems we contacted Lahinia Plumbing, spoke. Steve who was out tech was clean polite (no plumber fracture ) and completely efficient. You guys rock and can be wingman anytime!!!
