He got there early, he worked really got it all done, by doing that bit extra to be certain the job was done right and then he went the excess mile.
So I accepted his card because if I want a plumber I will call these men. Professional, fair prices, and fast food work.
So I made an appointment for an estimate I call around to several areas, these men sounded okay. He gave me a price showed up on time and made and appointment to do the work around my busy schedule.
I had a very simple fix, I had to have it installed and a toilet. I really don't know anything about pipes, because I needed it done 24, and I just didn't need to do it myself.
I do recommend going to those men.

Very unprofessional and offers the encounter to get a quote to you. 3 months to get back to you. DONT USE THEM

The plumber (Chris?) Includes all the needed tools such as a jackhammer, as my own water line has been encased in a concrete base, inside his van. He had my line water and fixed back on in thirty minutes. Wow. Friendly prompt and just plain awesome. I am so Pleased with Maui Plumbing! Great job guys!!
Can't say enough great things about Maui Plumbing. I had a water line burst behind my walls. I called numerous plumbers, everyone was booked up. Maui Plumbing yields my after hours sent someone to my home that day, and call the next morning.

Called them and got of what my usual plumber quoted me an estimate 4x he had been on vacation. Didn't want to wait had them perform it. After about a couple days later I noticed a leak and also inspected their work. Called them back to get out some one to repair their shotty job and they said it'll cost me more. How do you put in them wrongly charge to refix it??? Called my usual attorney and he explained and showed me what they messed up on. Lesson don't ever call these men again.
Saw among those workers vaping in my house while doing the job.

I had been disappointed to discover that my pipes issues were not solved after jumping through hoops to discover a plumber to replace my water heater. (The previous pipes insisted that the water heater was"ensured" the issue.) After spending roughly $6k replacing my solar water heater, I was somewhat dubious about going with the same firm despite having worked together earlier, so I did some research and came across Maui Plumbing (known as MP from here on out.)
I scheduled an appointment with MP for obtain an estimate for the repairs, and how the man I talked to on the telephone was amazed me. He immediately scheduled a quote and assured me that the technician would call the next day to give me an concept of when they'd be stopping by. True to his word, they did and I was impressed by their efficiency and thought. Dan came to scrutinize what was going on with my pipes and he gave me two options--either entirely replace my incoming plumbing or do a partial replacement. I received quotes . (I've had plumbers charge me only for coming out, so I was really, very happy about obtaining the quote at no cost.)
Lori turned out to be very nice and accommodating in person, also clarified that the issue with invoicing and e-mail has to do with their backend. (Which does not make sense, all she needed to do was open Outlook, compose a new e-mail with"Your deposit is $X" or perhaps just tell us about the telephone what the percent was...) That is only speculation, but I suspect she's just bad at communication via e-mail and over the telephone.
There are really. MP can be recommended by me wholeheartedly.
Having a group of two men (John and his apprentice) focusing on replacing our incoming hot and cold water pipes, then they were able to finish in only TWO DAYS! Also, but the work they did was very impressive and clean. They carefully moved them and moved out of the way to treat our items as though they were their own.
The quotes I received out of MP were not only hundreds of dollars less than what their competition quoted me, but the turnaround time was quicker. Despite not having worked together earlier, my husband reluctantly trusted Dan and believed that MP was more transparent about what had to be achieved, so he invited me to choose them.
To summarize: MP is highly recommended by me. Their customer service might seem bad at times but I chalk this up to miscommunication.
I feel awful knocking off a star, but the simple fact of the matter is that we had been turned away by her lack customer service. I'm sure she's a superb person and perhaps with the exception of communication with clients, she's probably really good in her job but If I hadn't gone to the workplace I would not have understood that she's actually a pleasant individual.
You may be asking yourself why this isn't a 5-star review. It is because of their office individual, Lori. Their workplace realized our residue hadn't collected after the occupation was started by MP. My husband called them to talk it asked if we can stop by the office using a check because we weren't comfortable giving our credit card information over the telephone. Lori sounded a bit off-put by his suggestion but finally agreed to it. He then asked what the exact amount would be needed for the deposit, and she answered:"Didn't you receive a statement?" We agreed that we did* receive a statement but wanted to understand how much the deposit was. Following lots of back-and-forths that were unhelpful, my husband asked her to send an e-mail with the exact amount in it, which she agreed to do to us. Minutes later, I receive an e-mail with the quote that I had (not exactly what we asked for), so I replied saying that wasn't exactly what we asked for but thanks anyhow. To their credit, someone else (Angela) replied to my e-mail and apologized for the mistake. Ask for the sum and my husband had to telephone the office, when we had been in the bank. Happily, we figured it out and I was able to receive the cashier's check for the right amount.
Following a month or two of deliberation and rescue, I tried to speak to the office through e-mail and chose to replace the pipes that were incoming. I didn't hear back, so I followed up again and finally received a call from them asking me to e-mail them, which was a little confusing, but worked out all right at the end as we worked things out and scheduled a date for work to begin. On the very first day, Dan came with John and his apprentice, whose title I did not catch, to reiterate what had been likely to be achieved and how long the work would take.

So 11:00 am rolls around and no technician has arrived. I predict to confirm that someone is in fact coming and Lori tells me that no technician will be coming within the"estimated time" they gave us and that I needed . We are currently going out of town for 2wks. This was known by them.
About when a technician would be out to simply eliminate a clog in our bathtub drain spoke with a girl named Lori at the office today. She told my bf before this week she was placing us on the program for a person to come on Thursday (today) between 10am-12pm, to operate on it. Perfect!
I have worked in this sort of business before so I understand if techs work beyond their period and jobs can take too long, when problems arise, it's certainly happened with Maui Plumbing! It's customary to call first thing in the AM if you don't think you'll be able to make the appointment THEN it's suitable to reschedule. As faithful customers who were very happy with their service in the past, I hoped they would at least respect us and our appointment and inform us (or our property mgmt) ahead of time that nobody will be able to service our bathtub today. Not sure what's going on today in their office but that's not the way you treat customers for company's mistake.
I asked if another technician could come outside or if they could come in the day, she told me. Every other time, the individuals who make appointments are very fine, work to accommodate our program and understanding.

We'd Dan Cardenas of Maui Plumbing come to install a kitchen plus a dishwasher sink recently. Shortly after Dan left I noticed it had been leaking in which Dan joined the dishwasher supply line hose. I called Dan and stated a problem was with his job. Dan blamed the leak on a newly installed closed off valve also stated it'd be $185 + to return. I took the connection that was leaking , saw the rubber gasket was not seated applied teflon tape, put it back together and no escape!
Maui Plumbing does not charge an hourly rate, they cost a set rate. Dan explained they could earn money that way. The job was hurried through by dan, while swearing gave me a occupation that was badly done leaky, non stop and then wouldn't correct his work without charging me more money. They are not moral to back up their work and did a job for me.

I came back to update my review of Maui Plumbing however I realized I never made a review. .
Bottom line: professional and dependable , worth the money.
The second time they came out and needed a fix that I could try to save money - thanks for this guys! It is service like this earns a yelp review a repeat client, and testimonials to you to my buddies as soon as it comes up.
This is my second time using them for residential plumbing stuff and there is a reason I decided to use them. Initially, I needed a capsule in my shower. They got it. I watch and try and learn and they had plenty of tips and ideas.

I have a Condo in west Maui, and needed a leaking bathroom that is cronic. Toilet looked brand new but replacing the wax ring wasn't performing the job. My tech Tim would not give up and was persistent, he came out! Yes I baught a new bathroom and he installed it. . .problem solved! No charge for unsuccessful efforts. Also Troy with dispatch has been quite pleasant to deal with

Wow! I urge these guys 110%! They were fast, the price and fixed the issue was right. After so many negative encounters with plumbers, it was wonderful to find a plumber who treats you - MORE than! These men are recommended by super. (John was the one who came out)

When a bathroom in our condominium clogged I called on a Sunday. Steve was the only. He was confident he could fix the issue called back within minutes and was upfront about all costs. I would definitely call! Thank you Maui Plumbing!!

I discovered a leak and known as Maui Plumbing. There was A technician scheduled and that I was sent an email confirmation. I received my scheduled period confirming support. Jeremy showed up to take a peek at the kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and friendly. He explained what went on accurately and clearly. Options were provided by him and went from there. I'm pleased to have my own kitchen ready to go. This was an experience. I call them for my plumbing requirements!!

How can I possibly suggest a plumbing firm that could cost $730 for 1 hour's work??? The plumber eliminated the toilet, cut to the walls, replaced a tube, came out, and put the bathroom back. He had to go for equipment (why he did not have them with him is anybody's guess) and so the whole time in the home was under one hour. I thought $200-$300 tops. Nope. That is highway robbery, even by Maui's criteria.

Today Maui Plumbing replaced my old, slow leaking toilet. I had been quoted a price. The plumber that came (with new comfort height toilet) stated he could simply repair the leaking wax seal instead of replace. But according to my knee replacement and arthritis generally, I decided to find the new one. And the price was LESS than predicted!

I've used Maui Plumbing's solutions several times . They are always responsive, quick, and specialist. Last time I called was for something simple, a clogged shower drain. They were on time, fixed it and charged. I would recommend these.

They called me beforehand to assure I was available. They were on time, professional and were able to fix my issue

2nd telephone to plumbers and I will never ever call them again. I used then with great service but really costly. It was a major mess. They had been more than priced 1200.00 and the tech was a creep. The work and materials used to repair a valve for your washing machine should have cost me around $500 was exactly what another company told me. I had to call another plumber change the valve out and to repair their work! Plus, the County valve on the road shuts off and caused a leak. I need to pay the county because they are to repair their valve. I tryed calling for as 10 days and all I got was a voice mail. - that is a no-no!!! Don't ever use them! As soon as they take your money, scams, and heartless, rip offs, creeps, dont answer. If I could I would give a 0 star.

Very disappointed. Higher price, Inadequate quality. Master Bath toilet and guest shower does not work. It's been 4 months and they won't come back to fix these items once we paid them over $10,000.

Through time, I have called upon Maui Plumbing several times (too many to count), for repair solutions and appliance installation. I cannot say enough great things. They're very professional... from the initial phone call until the job is finished. They back up their job and see it thru!

Great project, on time, Dan was knowledgeable and super skilled. New refuge was installed in our Kihei condo and functions like a charm. Mahalo Maui Plumbing!!
