BMW Plumbing

I have used BMW Plumbing for a range of jobs over the last 8 years (sump pumps, sewer work, sinks, bathrooms, etc.). I have used them for both maintenance issues and home improvement jobs. Their technicians do good work and the owner, Mike, is available to answer questions or come by to speak through options that are different. Regardless of the range of work BMW consistently does a job and leave my house in clean and working order.
It's great to have a top notch plumbing company to call to help and understand that I'll be treated honestly and fairly although plumbing issues always seem to happen at the time.

They would get 5 stars if they were not so costly. They were prompt, courteous and their work was excellent. They will find the job done right for you and they'll do it 24, if you do not mind paying a premium.

I'd recommend BMW without reluctance. Our water heater discharged and broke in our basement and also 30 minutes on a Saturday morning, they were in my house to replace the water heater. Very professional and responsive and plan to use/recommend BMW's services in the future.

Expensive but rapid, courteous, clean and now my bathroom works! You get exactly what you pay for.

Picture this: it's a Friday morning following a snow storm that is substantial. Work is closed due to snow. The principal floor bathroom is flushed by you and listen to what ends up to be the dulcet sounds of water splashing on to your Christmas decorations.
My husband called BMW . About 10:50, I got a call letting me know they'd have somebody over in about 10 minutes, depending on the standard of the streets.
I have been very impressed with the high quality and speed of this service and the professionalism of the company, to the stage that I felt compelled to write this review (which I rarely do). I would recommend this company.
This was the beginning to my day this morning. We purchased our 1922 craftsman home about one year ago and we are still new enough to this area we do not have a normal plumber. I panicked and texted my husband and asked him to obtain a plumber once I tried to move our belongings from this line of fire.
I want to emphasize a few things here: the streets were not great. There'd been snowfall because the plow that was last pass and it was gross outside. This was also a very brief notice appointment on my part. BMW had a plumber out at our house by 11.
The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. Our sewer line might be nourishing a beautiful tree as it turns out. This can be problematic although poetic . One of our pipes is essentially. However, in addition to being courteous and prompt, BMW has been very thorough in laying out our alternatives and ensuring we have all of the information that we want. I can inform that they place a high emphasis on customer service. Because of the cheese pipe and lineup, BMW was here for a good deal of this day. Because it's an expensive problem, the bill was high, but they had been kind enough to reevaluate their support fee due to the period of time they were here. They had been upfront about their pricing and I never felt as though I was being asked to cover more than I wanted.

I had several jobs accomplished by BMW. A new sump pump, installing a sump pump that is new, substituting an exterior spigot and adding yet another exterior drain. They've always been on time and if there are any questions or problems have been back on the place to fix or answer. Very responsive and professional.

I have hired BMW on a couple of events. Theywill go the excess mile if required to take care of you and're professional, honest. In one instance we had a'hard to find' and'to access' leak and finally, Mike came and helped figure out exactly where it had been and the way that is least invasive to take care of the problem. We ended up repairing the issue.

We had another great experience with BMW Plumbing. They arrive on time and perform. After a couple of house calls and speaking with their technicians, you know they're honest and want to do right by their clients and so a great deal. We highly recommend this firm.

BMW Plumbing is professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Lou did a fantastic job running a gas lineup for my BBQ grill and changing out my kitchen faucet. I joined the service club, and will probably be phoning BMW for my plumbing requirements.

Being a homeowner in a not-so-new home, I was very paranoid since it went away even without rain that my sump pump was broken. I phoned BMW to see if they can check on the device and that I could not have been happier with the service we received. Dan was not only kind and professional, but knowledgeable and patient together with the myriad of questions and questions we had and came on site. The sump turned out to be fine but he still went through every painstaking measure to examine and make sure there were not issues. I just like to believe I know a good amount about home systems like plumbing, power, HVAC and consider myself pretty easy. I recently purchased a house, and have had many distinct companies out for quoting exercises to funding for your 27, to quote different systems and projects. I've run the gauntlet in an HVAC company quoting me 50K to replace my HVAC system (which is not required now ), to a very simple gutter protector installment being offered for $6,000. So when it came time to really replace ejector pump and my sump pump, I had a couple of organizations come out. BMW Plumbing needed Mike Dixon come outside to quote the job. I did not feel like the person coming to my home looked to throw a number when Mike came, for the first time since buying my home. Rather he took the time give me an honest appraisal to experience all, and also teach me some maintenance issues with my window wells. Work the amounts up and he left to go. He got me a quote within a day. It'd options sectioned into various proposals. And all them were priced. I called and scheduled the work. Conrad came outside to perform the work. It must be a company mindset, in which BMW plumbing workers visit your residence, and they describe everything and provide tips that will assist you do things yourself and save money, while performing their work. Conrad was the same way Mike was. Informative, effective, and did excellent work. On top of it, through out the procedure from first visit to scheduling to setup, they made me feel like I was a number one priority, because we had some conducted in the prediction. BMW Plumbing is now my go to pipes company. Background: mild plumbing myself before, and I've done electric, gas pipe installation, and carpentry. I manage a 27,000 sq ft property which requires tons of builders to quote and perform work. I done and have seen a lot. Reviews aren't written by me very often. BMW Plumbing warrants this review. A"Class Act" company.

Service from the scheduling telephone to wash up of our plumbing emergency. Lou came and was friendly and so professional. He was so pleasant and showed him his tools Cost was not to be overcome, to top it off. Certainly our brand new plumber!!

Mike, andy and the entire staff are excellent and give guidance that is practical. Recently I bought a stove and had to maneuver a gas line therefore the stove will sit flush against the wall. The sent a tech over who guided me and immediately evaluated the situation. At his recommendation a solution that was really powerful tried and saved that the ceiling.

They always react in a timely manner. The person who comes to the house and folks are pleasant. In more than 15 years I don't feel I have had a criticism on service or workmanship.

I ran into a bit of a garbage disposal stoppage and wanted and that I called BMW Plumbing. Because he had been in the area Dan was sent by them there. I'm not completely certain how this happened but there was a dime coin stuck at the disposal that occurred God knows how did a coin put in the disposal at the first place? Dan arrived in assessed the circumstance, found the problem, extracted the Entry and the dime has been clear. He also gave me a lesson although I must admit that it is a bit out of my league -- is garbage disposal maintenance. The price was really reasonable $99 to get a service call. Dan was in solving the problem and very courteous, thorough --they gave a wonderful notepad as a welcome gift to me. Should the need arise, BMW would be called by me .

I've been utilizing BMW plumbing since 1994. Over the years they've helped me out! They've come out on Thanksgiving to fix a faucet that has been not able to turn off. They've come out in the middle of the night to deal with sump pump problems. While I was out of city to reacted to my safety system water alarm, they've come out to my home. And these are some crises. Over time they've fix showers, toilets, hot water heater's, etc.. They are a organization that is responsible and dependable. On other plumbing problems where they knew they were not going to get any work because the property was out of state, they offered advice at no cost. I've found their prices in-line and competitive along with plumbers. I recommend BMW to my friends and they need to be pleased with them also as they're also repeat clients.

I'd known to inquire about a sump pump installation and price and also what was the new name of the sump pumps they utilize. The person who I talked to was irritated with me, and I'd asked him his demeanor seemed as though he did not need to do business with me. His response was" the right I dont" can you think. I called they and Roto Rooter came out within 1 hour using kind of cast iron pump and labour costs.

I appreciated the responsiveness when we had a problem using our sump pump battery. However, when the plumber came out, I felt he had been an"alarmist" and we have talked into doing considerably more than needed. He had been talking about accepting the backup sump pump outside (off place ) to a professional to estimate the issue or indicating we replace the system. I declined those options, and he put in the brand new battery and cleaned the pit out. As he quoted onto a brand new system we spent several hundred dollars on this but at least not in the thousands. He gave us a quote for a part in a couple of hundred dollars plus labour. I phoned the handyman and a handyman found straight away the spray button wasn't working because something was clogged. He's the button area. No new components were required and labour proved to be a portion of a hourly handyman rate. Will not be a repeat client.

You bet. Can they come out on time. Were they informative with good customer support, yep. Why is it that I feel like I had been a victim of rape? Since they charged me over $400 for 20 minutes of effort and a part in my sump pump. Whether it was a Saturday night I don't care. Charging an additional $200 is just plain wrong. Come on guys. When your company practices are still an open book online you can not get away with this nonsense. They were excellent but I don't know if I could ever use them again. Unless they wish to throw in a free sump pump in my call.
