David's work van was completely equipped (such as a plumbing supply store on wheels), and so was his work belt.
He was patient and pleasant to manage, and had been calm, calculating, and upbeat about the entire scope of work.
He is a fantastic man, and I love his company and friendship over and beyond work ethic and his professionalism.
They provide the materials begin with the job straight away, do so. . .somehow in a joyful disposition, and answer your queries while this is happening. You don't feel as though they're trying to pressure you into repairs or a sale or alterations to the plumbing system, rather, you are encouraged as their customer in avoiding nonsense considerations to save money.
They were even kind enough to notify me about a"clutch team" membership which saved us a lot of money during the course of our project, which included a little over 10+ days to finish on/off.

David raised the reputation of his entire trade in a positive light on his shoulders. David was the opposite of disappointing plumbers who'd charge an arm and a leg for this support that is almost lazy, Considering all the reputation a lot of people connect plumbers.
He has over 40 + years experience in the trade as a plumber that is licensed, and can be with a plumber's marriage. It seems as though these men get a bad rap because they charge very bit for plumbing solutions, but let me tell you, what they bill for plumbing services is worth every penny! I think as it comprised labor and materials their pricing was fairly priced, and same day repair services.
He simply adjusted everything in sight, in the future such as any sort of machine. Lol. I'm still blown away with my encounters with David and this organization. Like. . .in awe! This was the entire conversation of my family at dinner the other night.
David is a professional. On my first day working with him he came on-site in Lake Forest about 8:00 am CST and I assumed he'd only be there to carry out an evaluation of what needed to be serviced in the home (like all the other companies/guys I have had come visit the home I'm looking to renovate over the last year or so). This wasn't the case.

David took his time as he was/is a wealth of knowledge for me and my loved ones with assisting us to understand the history of our house.

He claimed that my job was'easy' compared to a number of the jobs he's had to handle.
As the house has been winterized for over 5 years, we've been wanting to de-winterize the house for a little more than a year now.

Impressed, want I could give more than 5 stars. Called HT Strenger to get a supposed blocked drain and though not a crisis, I was able to obtain an appointment day. Dave was considerate, tidy, educated and efficient. He had the issue identified within 5 minutes and'd parts available for a fix. I have another plumbing issue and without hesitation, I will telephone HT Strenger . The Yelp reviews are true, the expertise, customer service and cost point are all impressive!!

Primarily we assessed five celebrities and we all wish we could give more. We experienced a water line that was busted during the freezing weather also referred to as the vortex when problems were being experienced by a lot of the town of Chicago. H. T. Strenger dispatched Josh who arrived within one hour of our first call. Unbelievable! We learned Josh had slept in the past days yet he had been professional, engaging and polite. He had knowledge and the specific tools required to resolve the problem quickly and correctly and carefully diagnosed the source of the problem. Before leaving for his crisis assignment, Josh took the time to sweep up his work area and remove. Given the character of our catastrophic water leakage experience, H. T. Strenger and Josh were not any less than angels sent to treat us.
Incidentally, another (different) water broke later that same day, and H. T. Strenger stated they would dispatch a person the subsequent day. Very astonishingly in hours H. T. Strenger called back and stated Josh would return around 5:00 PM. Exactly the day! We'll be loyal customers and we will request Josh. The Millers

Desired a Plummer to substitute an outdoor pipe, and to displace an shutoff that caused the leak that was outside in the first location. My men have become hard to achieve, and yet another company could not schedule me . Called HT Stranger, who might have somebody onsite by tomorrow between 2:00 PM and noon and answered immediately. Promptly Jesse, at 12:15 PM, the support technician arrived The following day. He got to work, quickly evaluated the circumstance, making some excellent suggestions on which I could buy to relieve the issue from occurring again and finished the project. The prices have been explained before hand to me, and so were reasonable given the quality of work. I will definitely use in the future.

We, being my wife and Spike, our six pound Maltese, were attacked with a toilet. As I had my knee replaced on 01 February, I was not ready to get on my knees and operate on a bathroom. Late last year we had H.T. Strenger Plumbing repair a different bathroom. We called them to fix this one, and fix it they did. We had. Matt went right to work, initially diagnosing the source of the escape, then fixing it. He was gone before my coffee cooled.

I contacted H.T Strenger following a poor experience with big plumbing company Roto-Rooter concerning removing tree roots in my main sewer line. I read Rodding the main sewer and thought this could be a rewarding investment. Customer service was friendly and informed me they would have a plumber using Jet Rodding gear sent to me about 2 days.
While the plumber has been favorable during the process, I feel like I had been charged an amount of time to complete the job. The job wound up costing me over $ for a power rodding. But using their Clutch Club membership (that costs $249 annually), and after I talked against the plumbers manager, I managed to get my bill decreased to just under $900. The sewer line is currently flowing so the task has been completed. I'll need to find my outside clean outside by digging or hiring someone to do that, and paying for another plumber to finish cleaning the line of roots when the ground thaws in spring.
At the morning of my service call, two plumbers arrived at my door, and advised me that if I had a problem with tree roots that power rodding (with a metal cable) versus jet rodding (with a water powered tool) was the suitable alternative for me. The job proceeded to take approximately three and a half an hour to complete which I thought was long. At one point, we saw the pipes snake coming from the pipes vent on the roof (apparently they had taken a wrong turn from the pipes). They bill according to quarter hour of time, therefore it seemed they had been in no hurry to complete the job.
The plumber, Jim, wound up discovering that I had an outside clean outside installed, which Roto- Rooter had wanted to charge me about $5,000 to install. They dug around outdoors but were not able to find the access, despite needing sewer line locating equipment. Ultimately, they ended up cleaning my line using the access inside my house.

Carl from H.T.Strenger fixed an outdoor faucet at our home today. He was friendly, and conveyed the problem and solution . The price was reasonable. Based on all this, I highly suggest Carl and H.T.Strenger.

We called HT Strenger when our water heater went out and received great support. They didn't try to drive for the most expensive choice and discussed pros and cons of choices publicly. The install has been completed accurately and quickly. When our bathroom has been remodeled we were pleased with the service and called them we received. They possess ethics and pride in what they do and stand behind their work. They are the plumbing support I shall call later on.

Last evening we had a heating inspection and the contractor smelled gas. . .which means the Gas Company needed to come out. They said they'd have to shut the gas and discovered 3 or two little leaks. Called H.T. at 8:30 at night and they had been outside by 9:15, rescue us from dropping gas support. The technician, Matt, then did an amazingly speedy job being the leaks were in areas that are tight. In that we had been told that this was an overtime rate, the cost was very upfront.
Will urge, and always use!
We have used H.T. for several small fixes around the house and they've always been prompt and efficient. The repairmen are always very helpful in giving an honest opinion on if the repair/change is worth doing if you are interested as to certain!
