Do Right Rooter did right from me! They sent an pro -- David -- to perform an in person estimate after an initial phone call and responded to a request for an estimate. The price was reasonable and there was no waiting to find the job David mended my kitchen sink and toilet with a valve that is worn. He returned to fix it straight away and went to find the part for the toilet. My experience from start to finish was exceptional -- beginning with the courtesy and finish with service and the work from David.

Again on May 16 I want to re-iterate to people don't conduct business. They still have $1500 out of our HOA and therefore are all crooks and incompetent.... Vicky is a nice woman but she is incompetent we have the evidence after work was done they don't to not refund the money however since it was discovered months. A gentleman at our homeowners association who handled this in the time has since passed he'd cancer @ the right time of dbl payment and was perplexed... Do Right Rooter are a lot of lowlifes....do not conduct business with these guys...

We are having them back for some extra work.
Pretty pleased with these guys. Certainly they know their stuff without sounding condescending, and we communicators.

For anything from dishwasher installments (David and Gato did a great job), to major plumbing problems, I hope Do Right Rooter. They do top excellent work.
He has made himself available during emergency situations such as a flood.
In one case he correctly recognized a plumbing line breaking that many other plumbers had wrongly diagnosed (squandering my money in the process) AND fixed it for less than what others were quoting me.
Do Right Rooter, and especially John (the owner) have gotten me out of multiple treacherous plumbing situations with grace, adaptability, and also at a fair cost. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always available and individual to answer questions.

David did a great job--efficient, professional and courteous, and the cost was reasonable. I would use do right rooter .

We had been given a quote of $135 on Yelp, after supplying addition advice that the problem came from the floor which triggered our sink, the individual on the phone said there was a maximum of $165.
Avoid these people just to be safe, If you don't don't care about your money.
I assumed they knew because my telephone was recorded at the time I requested an appointment it was valid and I sent an image of this reception.
The employees requested $230 instead of 165, upon completing the job. It had been paid Considering that the job was done. We predicted about the situation and has been guaranteed $65 back.
I saw Frank's review and would like to add to it.
But it has been a month and I have not gotten it all back. These folks are benefiting from it, although I tried to be friendly and patient.

The owner John threatened me with slander due to this review and messaged me. I find it sad that instead of fixing his own firms problems he tries to threaten me to change my critique, which is precisely what he said. I don't have any reason to be anything but truthfull and that I want nothing from this company. I aspire to others the horrendous experience I had. Also I would be wary of positive reviews here, I'm convinced it's a bargaining chip for them. This company is corrupt.

I recommend finding more professional plumbers. These men were at my house for more than 2 weeks making creepy suggestive remarks, working 3 hour work days and carrying lunch hour, drinking on the job (they had been drunk many days with cans of beer obviously in their job truck) and did a bad and unfinished job. My house was out of them, my family was displaced for months due to their lack of effort and feeling of urgency. They have care or no ability and blasted music that is horrible over my TV program. They didn't care to clean the jumble of the house moving in and outside of their mud or their feet , they did not show up to finish the job or fill in the hole in my wall or yard. Also my birdhouse and my doorway display broke. The office is all about as imcompitant as respect for my time or the technicians with zero communication. Every time that I called the office would say something to me and mention his fighting pit bulls. Stay away from this scam of a organization. Those 2 weeks were the most worried I've been and it was 100% preventable, this company just did not care. It was a nightmare.

I want to update this review and I wish there were more stars that I could provide them. I have been blown away by the service I have received. It hasn't been a simple fix, but Do Right was with me every step of the way. From John (the owner) into Steve, who did most of their work, you could not use a better set of individuals. They not only wanted to make it repaired, Steve worked into the night so that I wouldn't need to close my business to the day. He seemed to really care about our company and my employees wishes to adopt him. They're clean, professional, efficient and service oriented. I could not have asked for more. Please give them a call. You won't be sorry.

I hired these men the days after the huge polar vortex that sailed through chicago. All plumbing companies were flooded with calls and we are trying their best feel of the chaos and to help out people. In this circumstance I'm Assessing Can Right plumber. Of all of the people I did so relatively on time and predicted that weekend were the only ones to show up. The plumber unfroze. Regrettably, my difficulty was suspended pipes in the sidewalk, in which the town is responsible. Even though the guy couldn't fix my issue anymore but I had used up an hour of the time, fair cover was negotiated by us .

We had ongoing sewage backup in our cellar drain, A month after I bought my house at Summit IL. We were known to"Do Right Rooter" who came out and after rodded/jetted stated the problem was larger. Indicated we had a washed out pipe causing the sewer backup because sewage was not going anywhere and afford to fix the problem assured we should no more have this problem since they detected my spouse high anxiety. The fix was in a cost of $2800. But since they consent to give us a payment plan, my only option was to go with the occupation. The pipe fix's day came. Notice, the condition marked my lawn to discover place of pipes. Two employees of Do Right Rooter's started digging. I advised it was marked on the side of lawn. So I let them continue. A destruction of grass and my lawn was finished although no pipe had been found. Once I called the proprietor John Cooper about the matter, then they decided to use the locator video system which indicated pipe was on the side prior to breaking the dirt of the lawn which should have been completed in the place. YesDo Right Rooter indicated they aren't accountable for landscaping on the bill but I was not expecting to pay $600 put in new sod in my lawn for their destruction and to fix the mud pile. After digging the new place, the pipe was found but it was not washed out as formerly diagnosed and really looked as if the pipe was tampered with since the pipe needed a totally modest round hole towards the surface of the pipe as envisioned which might have been achieved with a metal spade or a hammer since it was a clay pipe. No roots were located close to the pipe. I mean why dig to find a pipe ? As they proceeded shifting the pipe. We were not provided a check valve (flood preventative) knowing that this might have been our savior from the beginning since they dug . 1 month and half after we been having sewage backup. Are becoming sick and having an eye issue and my remodeled basement walls have been ruined because Do Right Rooter's neglected to fix the problem as promised from the beginning. Their explanation is that it is a town issue. I called the town to advise what Do Right Rooter's stated who is currently asking a copy of the video but Do Right Rooter's is using an unprofessional tactic by not returning telephone calls and black sending me to cover the remaining balance of $400 in order to do anymore work or fix our issue. This demonstrates they are currently misdiagnosing to gain dishonest and profit work practices. You would think that with the $2800 charge they would do anything to earn their client's happy. This is false advertisement. All and all, I'm really dissatisfied of this outcome. I believe the only way I can be happy is if they fix the landscaping afterwards on their dime and fix the matter by placing a check valve that they overlooked to perform in starting. Or reimburse me of this payment made so I can locate a plumbing company that can look after the problem without any difficulties.

If the customer was not upset or unsatisfied with work or the outcome completed there wouldn't be any review that was negative. Beware with this provider!

Do Right Rooter squeezed me for a plumbing issue precisely the day I was experiencing during the intense winter weather in Chicago. I was advised by him and an offer would be matched by Can Right. The also provide a five year warranty on their job.

Honest. Educational (he describes the process quite well). Patient. And positive (he made it feel like no big deal. It's a problem with a remedy ).

4 times were rescheduled by appointment by Do right rooter and no-one show up in the conclusion.

Had first encounter a year or two ago with this company. But, called a couple of days ago because my ejector pump moved out. Called at about was told I'd get telephone back and nobody called back. Really wanted to give my business to them, but as I said, I never received that phone backagain.

The dispatcher is amazing. She'll be certain you get a technician on it, Should you need it done. All of the technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They're communicative regarding next steps and pricing. Nothing is hidden.

I am called by one of my clients up . She told me she had been trying to fix her manage on the bathtub faucet and the water wouldn't stop operating.
I phone around and eventually found these men at Do Right Rooter. Jon the plumber replied the phone right away. He travelled there him self in half an hour from the time he was called by me. .

I've got a property in Joliet. We had cast iron drain pipes that had acquired a crack and all of it had to be replaced. So I tried to coordinate repairs and with the consultation with the tenant and this company, I do not live in the state. Joe was the office administrator that I worked with. He did a fantastic job set up with my tenant and was concerned with getting me of the info to begin. He had my schedule in your mind and asked how I chose to be contacted (via phone or e-mail) so as not to disrupt my schedule too much.
Brian was the tech that came out to examine the pipes and managed to send me videos and pictures of what of the problems were with the drain pipes. He and I talked and, because I was going to be at the rental the week, set up a time to allow him to show me in person what he suggested to be done. I agreed on the work and he was back later to complete the job. The work took just the amount of time offered and there were not any surprises. He even helped diagnose a problem and set up a pressure switch I'd obtained at no additional charge. Brian has a great attitude and it was a joy to have him around the house at that time of this repair.

Called when my basement flooded, these guys rod along with to come my sewer line. They got to work, locating so as to rod out it where they had access and showed up. Their rates are what I'd consider fair, and they were quite knowledgeable. Very professional, efficient service, and speedy. Would definitely use them again later on!
