Keeley's Plumbing is an extremely reliable firm. They never tried to oversell anything. Tested the entire system, told us it is a minor problem and fixed the problem.
Tim patiently responded to each of the inquiries and made sure I was familiar using the fix before he left...

Tim is referred by me out to everyone, we are grateful for a night clogged sink dilemma or his aid in attaining our fixer goals.
Since we bought our home over five years back, the plumbing of kelley has been our principal plumber. Tim has made a couple emergency late night visits to our fixer top, we understand we can always rely upon him and his team. Tim has been instantaneous, priced fair, efficient using their work, very clean, and they are.

Tim re-plumbed the pipe layout from check valve down and swapped a sump pump to get me. His job is impeccable! His attention to detail is I have hired. His job is very clean, he's very friendly and his customer service skills are exceptional! I cannot recommend Tim and his staff . I'm very impressed!

As soon as the Lombard sewer lines fill up we bought a house which didn't have a back flow valve preventing sewage from coming into the house. Tim and his crew worked to help us rectify this circumstance. They also installed an injector pit and pump along with appropriate pipes for our new basement bathroom.

There's a reason for of the reviews, these people are good. Return phone calls, arrive when they said they would, really clear about the job to be performed (replied all my"what if" queries ), got right to work, solved the problem, assessed all of seams for any escapes and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, just good folks, what's not to like! That is the way you run a business.

We needed our toilet replaced and didn't have time to do it ourselves. We predicted Keeley's (based on their good yelp reviews) and have been given a quote over the phone with the knowledge it could change when there was something strange which needed to happen.
They got the job done and arrived on time. The cost was quoted - hassles. They did great work. We will use them again.

My expertise with Tim was fantastic! Unfortunately my tub was a bigger issue than I had thought. Tim explained to me what was going on, and all choices to fix it. I work with vendors every day and I know all the horror stories of doing a terrible job, or getting somebody show not show up at all. Working together with Keeleys was nothing like this! It was enlightening and easy!
I heard the tank and the toilet running empty and went to my mothers. I phoned Keeleys and I managed to send photos and videos of the difficulty to him when flushing and he even listened on the phone! He understood exactly what the problem was before he even got to her house. I wasn't there when he arrived to fix it but my mom said he was super fast and very polite!

A neighborhood business. Super friendly, dependable, with a fast response time.... Experienced and knowledgeable, I told him that the problem I had been having over the telephone and he understood precisely what my issue was and brought everything with he needed to fix it.

He then took his time. The device came with the home, so if it had been covered, we had no clue. As it wouldn't have been hard to get us to go straight into buying a new water heater, I appreciated the honesty of Tim in the matter. Tim gave us all of the information we would have to call about the warranty and billed us the service fee. In case we weren't able to get warranty support, he left us a very acceptable quote (my brother-in-law is a plumber but lives too far off to help out) on a replacement water heater.
I was not able to get the device services because of issues with the owner, so I called Keeley's again to move forward with the water heater. Now keep in mind, it had been about 4 days since the water heater broke down. Tim was quite self explanatory so that I might have the unit installed the week and squeezed me.
And the job was not an easy one as my own water heater is in a sub-basement which you get to through a hatch. It also didn't help that the former owner had the one installed halfway piled up. Tim didn't have an issue with it all though and place the water heater and copper piping so it was up to code. He got the job!
I called Keeley's Plumbing after not getting assistance from a firm and wasted a day in the process. Tim had no problem coming out to check the issue out with my own water heater. While he was able to find the pilot light on, he shut it down and noted that the device returned an error code.
Since I have gotten the water heater and no problems at 19, it has been about a month. Fantastic service all around and I'd easily recommend Keeley's Plumbing without reservation to anyone.

I am very impressed how responsive Tim was. Our garbage disposal ceased functioning, and while becoming beneath the sink to troubleshoot, I discovered a pipe too. He made the necessary repairs and was here in 24 hours. We're planning a redesign of our master tub within the next couple years, and we call Keeley.

Tim was so helpful. As new homeowners, he made certain to explain. He also worked neatly and quickly. His rates are reasonable and he's got a lot of expertise. He was available to finish the job in an acceptable time frame. We didn't have an immediate emergency (however it's damn inconvenient to turn on and off your kitchen water heater when you need to use kitchen sink) and a number of his opponents were two weeks out.

Then when everything was done and said he cleaned up after himself. No dust, grime, or hint he replaced 3 joints beneath the pipes jumble, dishwasher relations, the kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet, and the sink was gone. Well done!!!!
