Really good service! Bill Jr came out the same day for a quote. He was polite and listened to my worries, following a written quote via email for your work.
Happy with their work!
I managed to get quite a bit of work scheduled the week. The price was fair and they were patient in describing me the facts. Was fast and straightforward as we discussed the particulars.

Fast, reasonable and fair. They substituted an ejector pump than the plumber I had been out quoted by me for 80% less for now.

I have changed to that which I feel is being charged my rating do. I have utilized GP for decades and for the most part are happy. Unfortunately I have had an shower issue where the shower presented a leak . GP came out numerous times over the span of a couple weeks to figure out the issue since the leak spread and continued. Meanwhile, I'd the granite walls cleaned and re-sealed, the granite and glass joints re-caulked also all the hardware re-caulked in which it matches the granite, the granite floor mortar was removed and redone, and finally a gap cut in two places in the gutters on the opposite side of the shower wall to find out whether the leak could be discovered from that point which it was not. I have to possess the drywall and the walls painted. Same person came out to attempt to figure out our dilemma every moment. From the beginning I (who has zero expertise in plumbing) suggested eliminating the panel supporting the on/off lever to find out if this is where the leak had been happening since this is the point where the water acquired a water mark that was getting worse every time I used the shower. The plumber did not hear me and said it could not be the issue and to keep on using the shower. I didn't continue with that side of the shower. I had been charged each time they came to my residence. Then I started with the shower head on the opposite side (there are just two shower heads in the same shower space ) and the drip pattern on the leaking side dried up completely except on the ground of the shower under the granite tiles. Low and behold the SAME PROBLEM started with exactly the same drip pattern with the side shower on/off lever occurring AGAIN but now on the opposite wall! I phoned because it now happened with levers on other hand GB to voice my frustration. I voiced my frustration that the panel in back of the on/off lever was not removed to see whether the leak was coming from once the water was turned on which was exactly what I suggested from the get-go. Ultimately the proprietor came to my house to see if he can figure out the issue. The escape was happening behind the lever panels on both sides of the shower Since it turns out I had been correct. If they would have done this on the FIRST VISIT, I wouldn't have incurred the aforementioned expenses in trying to figure out the issue with vendors providing their services. I received another bill for their trip from GP for service and parts. While I agree I should pay for the components, are you kidding me in charging for a service call after formerly charging me for 3 visits rather than rectifying the leak that the first 3 visits? Lousy decision in charging me for service the time, after all the aggravation and needless expenses I incurred, the bill's service portion ought to have been comped. It's time.

Family recommended me this plumbing company. Discussing the nature of the job I needed completed (new sump pump/ ejector pump/battery back up sump pump) with Bill on the phone and via email was pleasant and professional. He managed to cost quote me with goods he'd supply and/or if I had been to supply to give me choices without breaking the bank. The thought of working with a company who is fairly priced and who isn't currently trying to up-charge me is refreshing. Scheduling was easy, and worked well with my program. They were able to come out the following day. The technician/plumber Bill who came out to the house was educated and friendly. I loved that he brought and wore the shoe covers and took the materials with him . Although Bill made the job seem easy, employing this professional was the thought. I would recommend to anyone with plumbing problems.

Glenbrook Plumbing was not able to assist me but I appreciate their candor in I want to know that up front and giving me hints about how to obtain a plumber that can help.

I've unfortunately had to use Glenbrook plumbing more that I'd enjoy, they've fixed many issues for me - including leaky faucets, faulty toilets, hot water heater replacement, ejector pump failure (2X), clogged toilets (I have boys who like to flush things down the toilet) and most recently a free standing tub with leaky pipes. Bill Jr.. Bill Sr.. And many of their employees did a nice job. Prices seem fair. They are prompt and dependable which matters most, especially in a plumbing emergency!

My wife and I recently needed few other more minor plumbing tasks done and a couple bathrooms. I researched plumbers in our area via Consumer Checkbook Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Based on the responses I received to a list of our tasks from plumbing companies in the running and what I found, I ended up choosing Glenbrook Plumbing. My wife and I were very pleased. He also provided useful information to us about several matters, although the plumber who did the work, Rob, not only did a good job. He was equally pleasant and professional. We expect to use Glenbrook Plumbing for any plumbing tasks that may arise.

I removed work and waited the 2 1/2 hour window that Glenbrook Plumbing gave me. They called after I left for work and said they would be there in 45 mins. I called another company.

My primary sewer drain had clogged after 30 decades of living in our property. Ralph and Alan came punctually and lent me a price of $385 for around an hour "rooting" and $47 a quarter hour then. They proceeded to clean the primary drain and eliminate roots for 100 feet. They cleaned up after themselves and have been both courteous and professional. They were in the home for 2 1/4 hours and charged me $645.00. After the fact, I looked up a house service cost calculator program on the internet for the job I had done. The work cost calculator claims that a 2.4 hour sewage line project in my area should cost $160.00.

We predicted Glenbrook plus they did the setup perfectly in one hour ($160). Rob, that did the setup was helpful and friendly and did not shy away from a bit - there was enough time to call the manufacturer about several tweaks and characteristics of the new faucet.
After we phoned our"visit" local plumber to install a Kraus KPF-1602 faucet (replacement the Grohe now installed) we had been told there could be a $69 fee to send the plumber out. We had been blindsided to install a kitchen faucet. Not just that, the plumber appeared uncomfortable and nervous with the setup claiming that it was"too tight" and also the faucet"too large end" and might require two individuals.
Am very satisfied our go-to technicians that are new, with Glenbrook!

Should you utilize Glenbrook Plumbing, I recommend requesting Bill Jr. or even Bill Sr.; these men are knowledgeable, dedicated, and their bills include charges that are reasonable.
Based on my experience with Glenbrook Plumbing, I believed I'd discovered my go. Regrettably, I did not have a fantastic experience the last time.
I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because his son and the proprietor are phenomenal, and I'd trust these men. But the exact same cannot be stated for the worker who worked on the toilet. It wasn't fixed by him, and he made the problem worse.

Acceptable price and great support.
I've used them and could not be happier. Both instances were crises and they came out and fixed the issues.

I didn't have a great experience with Glenbrook Plumbing. They fixed my sink, but therefore it looked shoddy, if recaulking it, didn't take the opportunity to do the whole job. When I said that I desired it to be redone and called to complain, they came back outside to fix it. Which day I paid off the bill, but I got a bill in the mail. When I called to learn if this was a mistake, they said because when they did the job, they simply fixed the component of the sink which was broken that I owed them. Apparently it was my fault for not being there to observe the job being done initially, which I must have understood that they only worked on half of the sink (despite it never being said in the former invoice, nor in the subsequent phone conversations, nor from the repair person who arrived to fix the first work). When I explained that this was the first time anyone had communicated to me that part of the sink was caulked, Bill said that it was my fault for not being present on the day. They chose to send a different person than had done the work, so that I could not have a conversation to comprehend exactly what was being done now vs the repair Although I was present to the next repair. Shoddy job initially, either way, complete lack of customer concern, and lack of responsibility. I would recommend that you seem to employ another plumber.

Purchased a kitchen faucet. on Tuesday. Paid by Friday with a soft guarantee for setup for setup. After not hearing from HD's builder, cheked Yelp for recommendations. Inadequate coverage on other pipes, although yelp kept me from a different Glenview plumber . Took a danger on Glenbrook Plumbing with No recommendation. Agreed to 1:00 p.m. service telephone on Friday. Asked for estimate and received a soft estimate. Co, rep came at my house EXACTLY at 1:00 p.m. Completed job in less time compared to estimate. I saved $56 when compared with what HD quoted. Rep dId an fantastic job. I would use again based on this experience and am extremely happy.
