It was a sewer rodding that took 30mins. I was told 500$ for this and I paid it. After googling and asking friends...I was told similar service on same day will cost 200$
It's my mistake to concur for the price.It is quite bad that a company charges so high in comparison to other similar companies.
I did ask them before committing to reconsider the cost as people in marketplace are charging just 200$. They told they have all and specialized service. . .trust me their service is same as 200$ support

Quality Plumbing lives up to their title! No doubt the best service experience I've had in a really long time. I received a report of an problem that was unidentified in a rental property of mine and decided to try Quality based on some other reviews. I knew I was in great hands the moment after I wrapped up with Diane! Wally and Scott were fair, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved much quicker than at a really reasonable price and expected. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

This provider is strongly recommended by me! Scott was awesome! He found solutions to issues that two other plumbers could not locate explained everything in detail and was really a professional. We were told by two other pipes companies that we did not have an external clean out, and Scott thought to look within the one at the house where he saw evidence of a fix and potential clean out outside. Hands down the best service appointment encounter I've had in Chicago. Dan and Kevin came out, repaired my leaky faucet hookup, tightened the faucet I tried to put in myself (thus the need to call these men ), and had it done in just a half hour. Discuss professional and efficient. Ralph and diane were responsive and amazing on the phone to set it all up. Would recommend to anybody.

If I could give this place 1/4 star I would. The sewer pipe that runs from my home to the wash out shattered 5ft away from my house. As my husband I called about trying to get 2-3 people offer us a quote and to come out, I encounter this place. Please, please try not to panic and seek the services of the very first asshole to finish a job that you can get done for a lot less because they want to take advantage of people in a hurry and would you study.

One of my tenants had a leaking toilet (began Saturday night) that they were able to shut off the water to and protect against continuous leaking, however that left them with no working toilet. I called QPS Sunday morning, and my company was almost turned off due to the fact that I had not always been in a position to approve the repairs. Substantial prices bill as other people here have mentioned, and unless totally essential, I couldn't approve such repairs without owner approval- .
Once the toilet was eliminated, he called back with a great news- the collar was PVC and could therefore be just $664 to replace (a bit of plastic!!) . For a SEAL!!! I explained that I just needed a professional that it had been under control. I thought that is what the 179 emergency service call charge would cover.
As insulted because I had been, I moved forward because I couldn't leave my renters having an abysmal toilet, and told Diane I would approve the cost to re-set the toilet using a new wax ring ($459 + $179 as opposed to the $170 my plumber could have charged me another day), assuming this was the problem. Of course that wasn't the sole issue.
The plumber told me that because 3 inches was moved to 3 inches and the left back, he suspected the collar had been broken and called. OUTRAGEOUS. I acknowledged that I understood it was Sunday and that his attitude wasn't needed by me. The work was approved by me.

I was having problems with a drain on my kitchen sink and I tried to rooter it out using a rooter I had from home depot but it didn't make a dent. So a friend of mine recommended Quality Plumbing Services. So that they gave me an appointment the following morning they were prepared to come over right away but it wasn't a crisis.

What he didn't tell me exactly what the because I called to complain about the outrageous charges that he put me onto a customer"black list" that they wouldn't support again. The identical issue just occurred (about a year later), and my tenants called the exact same firm. The repairman showed up, but denied to support the sink because of the billing issue the year before. He proceeded to get on the phone with me and explain I had been, and it had been my fault that he went to walk out of the flat using a sink overflowing with human feces. My tenants thought I was a complete jerk for complaining that the year before, and hung up on me.

These men really screwed me, not once but twice. In addition to ripping me off and charging me reasonable rates, they are awful beings that left my tenants crying with a kitchen sink as they walked out on an emergency scenario filled with sewage. We called a second plumber, Mike's pipes (amount above -call him if you want an emergency plumber!) , and he came out, was friendly and considerate, and fixed the problem for $289. This was precisely the same repair and emergency scenario that me charged $772 the year before, and then black listed me.

No question these guys will be called by me I have any plumbing needs!! 100% advocated as far as I am concerned.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I would strongly recommend them. They came out and my Aunt lost her drains' use and worked there butts off. Her drains were revived for a reasonable price. They could of easily tried to earn more money but they have been thoughtful and caring for someone they could of taken advantage of.

I feel these guys are the real deal. When my sump pump went out the night around midnight, with the amount of rain we get in my region, I was very worried. Storms were in the forecast. I called and talked to someone (Ralph) in 3:00 am who assured me they'd be out next day though not til noon. He could tell I was nervous and said they could get there sooner and to not worry. Had a hard time sleeping. But come 7:30 a.m. Diane predicted and was reassuring and kind and said they'd make every attempt to escape before noon cause storms were in the forecast. And sure enough they did, they got there before 9:00. Though not with the news I wanted (desire new pump and cost was somewhat high) but the men wally and isacc understood what they were doing, were completely professional and made me feel at ease. Pump is currently working good and warranty is in place. I would call them!

I'm a repeat client. We hired Quality Plumbing for our master bath to have the sink plumbing and shower cartridge. Wally did my bathtub is a dream to turn on each day and a great job and my new hardware is currently functioning beautifully! He had most parts together with ant and him he didn't he purchased nearby. Can hire them over and over.
