PLUS Mechanical, Inc. is also a complete service sheet metal shop, supplying our clients with custom duct work manufacture. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert (owner of Plus Mechanical Inc) today. My heater/air conditioner care firm who I've done business with for around 15 years indicated that they had been starting to run really loud, and I replace both units given their age. Given the big investment, I decided to have a second opinion and was referred to Robert, owner of Plus Mechanical Inc.. Robert took his time to thoroughly evaluate the situation, and decided two possible solutions. He tried the least costly first which improved the sounds. He then cleaned the whole motor housing (looks brand new) and replaced the motor, and problem solved! The expense of the motor was $280 (I don't think I was charged for the other area ) plus labor (much lower than I'd have figured for the time he spent). Robert saved me tens of thousands of dollars. When the work was completed, he answered other questions that I had on some issues that were electrical and allow me to identify. He does what is in their best interest, not his and values his clients. That really is a rare find. Call Robert, you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be using him again!
