Service was great. This is the only plumber for your own residence!
We needed the assistance of Meurer Plumbing to repair a gas leak in our home. Nicor found the leak but does not repair, the gas turns off.
Meurer had the replacement of a valve complete within one hour and had a serviceman in our home within one hour! Nick was the name of the serviceman, was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable as to what we had to do to get our gas.
We have utilized Meurer in the past and would recommend this company confidently at anytime!

Support that is timely, Fantastic job. Nick reworked sump pump pipes to guarantee everything fit and has been sealed. When he left, Place was pristine. I have used Meurer Plumbing twice now and happy.The past plumber we employed (Carlson)did a hack job using our water heater and took no pride in his work. Nick definitely did! Cost is a bit higher, but you get what you pay for!

Company, but you should be cautious. Get the quote up front so that you do not receive a surprise bill.

I had been looking for a plumber for some time. They were all somewhat different although I got three estimates. The owner Ted explained the project in detail including parts that others overlooked to me and arrived. I was impressed that it is a family run business he entails his wife and two sons and built with his dad. When it came time to put in the water softener (among 3 projects they did) the plumber that came clarified he had been hooking it up the way he was and not utilizing an existing drain line( installed in 1960's). After he was done, drop cloths were put by him and even swept. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to friends and family.

I suppose when you have lots of money to throw around that plumber is right for you. For the rest of us, I think that it's best to take your business elsewhere.
Obviously, I will not ever be using this company again nor will I even think about recommending them to others.
I was referred to Meurer by a friend and neighbor like I was needing a couple of minor fixes: a shower in 1 bathroom and a shower at another. Before the plumber I asked him what I should expect in the invoice. He explained it'd be around $200-$250. I received the invoice a week later and nearly fell over - $427!!! The woman explained that the price of components had gone way up (gee, ya think???) And that. She said that the plumbers don't have any clue about the prices (Hmmm. . .interesting if they do this daily for a living). Further, I had a replacement manage on hand the plumber used in one of the baths. After he'd abandoned I had to go out and purchase and set up the other in my own. (Though I guess that's a fantastic thing, because my invoice would probably have been approaching $800 when I hadn't!!)

I had a plumbing crisis at 12:30am. I phoned Sons and Meurer, and was immediately connected. They had the problem under control, also were at my home within a short time. Ted was kind, and efficient. He explained everything. Josh came back the next morning to complete what needed to be done. They were competent and skillful. I greatly appreciated one less headache during a circumstance. Thank you!

I needed a plumber after my outside water spigot sprung a leak inside the house. My neighborhood hardware store in Lockport refered to Sons & Meurer me. Called spoke to Debbie who advised me afterwards. Jeff showed up in the house in time and also did a superb job showing me the way to prevent and replacing the spigot. The most pleasant company I've ever worked with.
